It’s okay, but changes need to be made.

The app is okay, but it could be improved. One thing that needs to be fixed is the pharmacy section once you sign in, it’s not letting you pick your local store. The above was my review before they updated it and I gave this app 3 stars. Now that they have made some changes I think this app deserves 4. The app seems a little easier to use than the previous version.

Yuck!

This has got to be one of the worst apps I’ve had. The new update doesn’t even open. The other versions you can’t see all your prescriptions especially if the pharmacy has them on hold because your physician sent you new refills before your others expire. So now you don’t know when you can actually re order the RX. And that first of the month auto recorder makes it more confusing when I get those auto phone calls from WinnDixie. Not great when you have chronic illnesses such as seizures etc.

Very convenient

I used to always use the automated phone system to order refills, but this is so much easier because it only takes a few seconds, and I haven't had any problems with my prescriptions going through.

Eh…

The app never reminds you of a refill, says you have picked up when you haven’t, says it’s getting refilled when it’s not, says it’s ready when you go and they’re out of stock. Doesn’t remove old medications. Needs a ton of work.

Needs Improvement

The app os good it can be better. Maybe I haven’t figured it out completely. However, how about showing all the prescriptions on the account in list form?

Useless

Keeps telling me it doesn’t recognize my user/password combo but if I try to create a new account it tells me I already have one with my email. When I try ‘forgot password’ it tells me it doesn’t recognize the email. When I try to submit feedback in the app, it gives me an error. Went to the desktop site and was able to log in.

Thank God for this app

I love the app, easy to use, and sends you a notification within 5 minutes after it’s filled. Saves a lot of time. You choose the pick-up time is great!

Need more data

Would like to see Rx status received, accepted, filling, ready Would like to see insurance used and ability to pay ahead of time, so others can pick up. Insurance copay and deductible total, amt paid, total paid toward deductible. Especially for Medicare patients, total deductible, how much left before donut hole. Ability to upload insurance card.

Worst pharmacy App and Website I have ever tried to navigate

You can only book covid vaccines online. I tried and then had 3 other people try to figure out this terrible website and app. It has this stupid virtual assistant PIA. Who ever did these programs should be fired.

Trust me when I say, it’s easier to just go to the store the receive excellent customer service rather than spending hours trying to set up my account. Winn Dixie needs to find someone who knows how to program apps.

Can’t even get registered

When you go and search for your local store I have entered the store zip and then tried the city. Each time it says “we could not find any stores based on what you typed”. So yeah, this is an app fail.

New app is awful

It separates meds weird. Hard to figure out! Whoever approved this design should be fired and the designers should go back to a better IT school and learn how to make a functional app. The only thing that keeps me from moving my prescriptions is my pharmacist and staff!

Why can't you create an account without a current prescription from Winn-Dixie? Why can you create an account so that you can transfer a prescription? Talk about an awful design decision.

The worst app

I thought this would be a good app to help keep my medicines organized. This is the worst app! It does not show even half my doctors or medications. It shows medicine I’m not on. I also sent an email and got zero response.

Worst app ever

Extremely poorly written. I try to log into the pharmacy app, but it tells me my password is incorrect I ask it to reset the password, but it tells me I don’t have an account I try to set up a new account, but it tells me I already have an account An aside: I designed and built computer systems for federal and state governments for many years. In addition, they misspelled my first name on my first prescription

Does not work for my iPhone or DH's Galaxy

When you go to refill a prescription it says there's a problem and you must log out. It has done this since we've had the app... Maybe 2 years. The only reason we keep it is so we can see which prescriptions have refills, when they can be filled, etc. The text reminding you of refills is also very convenient. Please someone fix this problem. I have no idea how this app has such great ratings.

Pretty good app

This app is good but there are two issues I'd like to point out. First, when the pharmacist inputs the Rx into the computer it notifies me that the Rx is ready as soon as the computer accepts it when it usually has not yet been physically processed. I know now that is the case so I usually wait a few minutes before going to pick them up. I understand the pharmacist is doing many things at once including speaking with customers and Dr's offices. My second issue is with the updating of the Rx list. I find that even when I update the list on the computer it does not update on the app. That's all. I do find it to be a helpful app and do use it twice a month. I fill 10+ Rx's a month, so anything that makes things easier I'm all for! The only other Thing I would like to see is the cost of the Rx that was filled.

Extremely convenient

This app makes filling prescriptions so easy. It has many options to customize things to suit your needs. Personally, I like the refill reminders and the text messages when the prescriptions are ready. Also, it allows you to check the status on refills in progress, and even use it as a calendar for your doctors appointments. I find superior to apps from Walgreens and CVS. In Florida, Walgreens and CVS have the worst customer service and treat pain management patients like criminals. Not only does Winn-Dixie have this convenient app, but they treat people who suffer from chronic pain with dignity.

Virtually useless!

Once you figure out how to use it, and assuming it doesn't crash while using it, the app works. Today, when I was trying to open the app, it kept crashing, but not before putting a little pop-window that was begging for a review. I couldn't resist the opportunity to write a review of such a handy product! As long as you have your prescription number right in front of you to enter manually – because selecting it from the list doesn't work – and the app doesn't crash at some point while you're entering your refills (one at a time, I must add, because it would never allow me an opportunity to add more than one refill), it will work. I can honestly say that I've had more trouble using this app than it is worth, so I just call the store when I need refills to "save time."

Worst app I've ever used

I'm sorry! I am not a negative person, but managing prescriptions is important and this app does nothing but set reminders. Find a rep from CVS. Their app (store combined with pharmacy) has the best design for its purpose that I've seen. Almost a 3D experience using IPad. You are literally in their store and see all store departments. You go to pharmacy where you have many options. At a minimum: where is the history of prescriptions filled? How many refills per prescription? Click on prescription to fill, etc, etc. cvs even shows pictures of the actual pill and gives drug info. I'm so disappointed in this app and I think it's important to be able to manage prescriptions and have our history easily at our fingertips.

Great app!

First off, I must say that I am employed by this company. I am excited that our patients have the ability to go mobile with their prescription management. The app does have some setup to go through, but it's a necessary precaution. Once in the app, it's very easy to navigate with prescription history, refills, refill reminders, and pharmacy locator. All things one would need. Thanks for uploading this app!!!

Good App

This is a great app for requesting refills. Drugs are listed in alphabetical order. I wish you had the option to change the order to most recently filled. I also wish it told you your cost once the drug was filled. There should be a button for prescriptions waiting to be picked up instead of clicking on each drug to see if it's ready. The text message letting you know your prescription is ready is great!

Pretty good app

Like another reviewer said it would be great if you could work out the issue with the automatic notification of the RX being ready as soon as the pharmacist enters it into the computer. I also have a suggestion. What about being able to pay for the prescriptions thru the app? I would love to be able to do this so my teenage daughter can stop by and pick up her own RX's.

Can be better

Winn Dixie is now called Harvey's Supermarket so of course the app should be renamed ......App crashes. App not up to date with info. I have my n my two boys prescriptions on website but in app it just shows mine, so I end up still having to call In others. Needs work. I see still no changes with being able to add people to my profile I don't like having to request refill for mine in app and then still have to call in my kids stuff. The scan dies not work tried many times.

Great app! I'd be lost without it!

Recently I lost cell service, so I can't make phone calls. Luckily, this app saved me again! I already depend on it to refill my RXs, and now I know I can refill my meds without a phone! Thank you, Winn-Dixie Pharmacy! I have to add that my pharmacists there are the best I've ever known. Great job all around!

Outstanding!

This is a great app! It's very easy to use. It allows you to view your entire RX profile, which shows all your prescriptions on file and the # of refills each has. Ordering a refill is simple and a text message tells you when they're ready! It's great!
