Updated the app today. Now, the My Account section won’t open. The account page goes grey, I get the spinning icon and the app freezes! I’ve forced closed the app many times, but the prob keeps repeating. And when I first opened the app after updating to the newest version, I got a weird pop up that says “Payment cards and passes in Wallet will not work automatically when Wynn app is open.” WTH! I stay at the Wynn four or more times a year. I have stays scheduled for early September and November. I need the app to work! FIX IT NOW!!!!!
The Wynn Resorts Mobile App is very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are lots of good features that allow you to book room, dining and other reservations, view dining, bars spa and salon menus, view loyalty rewards account details, view resort map for navigation, etc. A five-star app by the 5-star Wynn Resorts!
Hi guys. I had the same problem with the endless Spinning wheel as the app wouldn't load. I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and everything works perfect now So just delete and redownload the app and you'll be good to go!
This is my 5th time having to delete the app and then reinstall in the last 7 months because my app keeps freezing up and I can’t open it. Getting a little frustrating at this point.
This app does NOT let you check into the Vegas Wynn. It does NOT give you a digital room key. It does NOT get you into parking. It basically does nothing useful. Instead you still have to wait in line to check in which took me over an hour and half because this hotel doesn’t have working kiosks and the front desk is woefully understaffed.
My company email ends in .capital, however regardless of the validity of this web extension (as is .com, .net, .org) the app thinks this is not a valid email extension. It seems portions of this app is stuck in the old days.
App crashes when trying to open. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app and still not able to start up. Customer support should do a better job and respond to the latest negative reviews.
App not loading after bug fix update 2 days ago. Tried other method to report issue but it just takes you to the app. It’s trying to load but it just apina.
Terrible Hotel Since Steve Wynn left, dirty rooms, rude staff
Became a bates motel since the departure of founder steve wynn, dirty rooms, bad front desk staff, hotel guest get rude hate its all about comped gamblers?
This game is a total ripoff! If you have plenty of money to blow, it’s probably great. If you don’t have lots of extra cash to blow on a game, you’re out of luck. Then if it seems like you’re on a roll without dumping additional money into it, all of a sudden the game will glitch then you lose the progress you’ve made. It also periodically charges for purchases that were not made, so if you opt to download it, you should review purchases made on your Apple ID and co firm you actually did purchase what you’re being charged for. If you’re really trying to earn a stay at the Wynn, you will likely end up paying for additional coins to continue playing, because you never get anywhere otherwise. In the current “Raids” game you can collect coins through raids which seems like a good option for those who don’t want to spend lots of money buying additional coins. Unfortunately, you collect coins but then can’t seem to spin the 3 treasure chests necessary to get the coins into your bank. If you have a significant number of coins, you might purchase additional spins to try for the chests so you can collect the coins. Somehow the chests never come up. This is pretty much the typical for any of the games. As long as you have plenty of money to dump into them, they’re good. Otherwise, you’re out of luck. To be able to earn a stay at the Wynn, it takes a combination of gems and VIP points. The VIP points reset back to 0 quarterly. They only release dates a month at a time and there seem to be a lot of dates that are not available for through the game even if you have full points and gems. All in all, absolutely not worth it!
Who developed this app? I hope Wynn didn’t pay much!
This app is so glitchy. The online check in user experience is terrible. I uploaded my drivers license to verify my identification. It didn’t work. Then I tried to use of the other options from the app…using Google. After going thru the full process I got an error stating that Google does not comply to the ID.me security policy. Then why is it an option on the app? I don’t think the person who developed this app has ever tried to use it…or traveled. Period.
