I just activated my cold wallet to find it had been hacked. I was robbed of 11,040 XRP. My cold wallet is empty except for the 20 mandatory XRP I used to activate the cold wallet. My two Ripple hot wallet, which were active in the same App, were untouched. Seems like an inside job because I have absolutely no idea how they gained possession of my secret and pass phrase, both of which are needed to restore my cold wallet. Also, why would they leave my hot wallets untouched? For this reason, I think the Ripple Wallet employee’s have probably stolen my 11,040 XRP. I reported the hack of my XRP cold wallet to Caramba App Developers. They fully understood the issue; investigated, and restored my 11,040 XRP to my Ripple XRP hot wallet. I’m very grateful for the way Caramba solved my problem. They made me whole again. Thank goodness.
I don’t ever leave app stores reviews but after reading some of the most recent ones left about this wallet I just had to leave one. Look maybe you all or making the mistake and using that marketplace area where you pay a higher per coin price using PayPal do not do that. You can buy using Transak right inside this wallet I had my crypto within minutes and then I suggest you promptly move it into your cold storage wallet of choice i’m currently using the Ledger Nano s+ keep in mind something like 10.2 coins have to remain in this hot Wallet at all times as a reserve but that’s a small price to pay. I found entire process fast easy and straightforward and well worth the $.99 to support this project and of course remove the ads
I had an issue with a buyer committing theft of my XRP by cancelling the transaction with PayPal after the transfer went through. PayPal was horrible to deal with. The issue was squarely with the buyer and PayPal. Despite the issue not having to do with XRP Wallet, they were incredibly responsive and aggressive in remedying the issue. They restored my XRP in less than 24 hours from notifying them. I have never experienced customer service at such a high level, especially when it comes to cryptocurrency. Absolutely recommend this app!
Can’t buy xrp in America through this and it’s one affiliate partner ....so?? What’s the point
I mean if you can’t use it what’s the point I downloaded it setup all the accounts the wallet all that stuff which anyone whose done this before knows that it’s a little more involved than setting up a gmail account, all this just to get a message that says, we’re sorry but Transact, whatever that is has suspended trading in America so yeah basically can’t use it.. I mean yeah I guess I can keep xrp in it and trade but I’m sure I’ll get molly whopped for a gigantasaur fee making it not worth it to do so So yeah skip this one until they make it so you can actually buy xrp in America
I sent XRP to my wallet a while ago I have the transaction details of when I sent it there and it seem to be the same account but when I check now it doesn’t seem to be there? I checked the history but it does not show up and I have no other way to contact u besides here so I was wondering if there’s anything u could do? Please help there was a good amount of money there to me.
I got logged out recently and I was in a major panic. I couldn’t remember how to recover my account. After about 30 minutes of pure panic I reached out to customer service for assistance. Their response was fast, within a few minutes and my account was recovered. Word to the wise, go to you account settings and go through the backup process, write down all of your info!
If you get this app please dont sell it through your paypal account. You will get swindled with people who buy xrp and report an unauthorized transaction which forces you to refund their money but you do not get refunded the xrp tokens. I’m not sure if someone is actually doing this as a scam or if it is actual fraud. But once your tokens are sent, they’re gone. If the xrp app executives may contact me on this issue please do. Therefore again if you use this app, use for holding purposes only. I lost more than $600 which is a bummer. I mainly blame Paypal for this because that’s the exchange xrp marketplace app is using. Paypal most definitely need to fix their verification system.
Edit my XRP showed up days later. Maybe when you delete account t takes longer to process. Keep in mind you will only get 15, it’s supposed to be that way. The app is good2go! Went to delete account, added legitimate XRP address and tag and after I deleted it waited and never received my funds in my other account. Lost $30 USA dollars because of this.
I’m going on 2 weeks trying to get verified to access my XRP wallet that I transferred money into! I’ve used my passport for ID, I’ve also used my drivers license! My address is different on my DL since the DMV is only accessible 1 day a week where I live! Not sure if that’s the reason it fails, or if it’s because I was clean cut when I got my pic taken for them and now I’ve got a beard? Regardless it shouldn’t take several attempts, and multiple weeks when it says it should not take more than 48 hours!!!
My account was logged out of and I was able to contact the developer. Upon doing so and following the information given, my account was reinstated. Thanks
I got locked out and the developers of this wallet are nothing but honest helpful and kind within a hour they helped me get back into my account which as a fireman and nurse my family deeplyRecommend this wallet to everybody I wish I could put 10 stars and I’m not over exaggerating this is a wallet you want
If I could put negative stars I would , I would also have this app removed from apple store!!!! Basically I put in my passphrase manually and tried to copy and paste it as I’m trying to send my xrp, but I keep getting a message that it is wrong. So now my xrp is stuck here. Upon reading other reviews I see other people are having the same issue. And it looks like the positive reviews are definitely people associated with the app. Pretty upset that this app is even allowed in the App Store on apple. Even when trying to go to the developer pg to get support you are sent to a generic app creator
The last week I keep getting a connection issue notice. Not sure why this keeps happening. Haven’t been able to get back into my wallet. Never had this trouble before. Also it would be great if you could update the seed phrase to tap the order rather than type them in. This would be ideal since sometimes the seed phrase given had misspellings.
My phone run the latest update and my wallet was lost with a sizable amount of xrp in it. I did not have a copy of my back up but they were able to help me recover my wallet since I did have my wallet address, I was very happy to have my xrp back, thank God, the person helping me was amazing!
As the S.E.C. Has basically halted the exchange of XRP in the USA, these folks have facilitated the free exchange of XRP FOR iphone users, I've been looking to buy XRP for months now, never was able to because no platform is carrying it or exchanging it at the moment, until I found this wallet. I had this app for about a week and can’t buy anything on this app. Every time I try to buy anything I get an error message, no matter which way I try to purchase. I contacted support and did everything they said and still doesn’t work
Had all my info, but my Acct would let me back in... It took two days with customer service to fix, and let me tell you these guys are patient, and awesome... I’m a true believer in the project and look forward to the say Thank you so much all , and keep up the good work!!!!
I thought I was out of luck and a few hundred bucks. I had neglected to back my wallet up and something occurred to where I no longer had access to my wallet. They were great. A few emails later, my account is recovered and backed up.
Bought XRP through the marketplace and have yet to receive it. The transaction history shows no record of the transaction but the PayPal went through - when refuting through PayPal the other party mentioned that they sent the XRP and are also now being held for the dispute through PayPal. Not worth it. Probably a scam, use a different app if possible. Customer service is slow to respond . Will be disputing through my credit card for the XRP not received.
This is an easy to use app for storing your ripple. However when you send ripple from this app you need to use a pass phrase and there is no way of recovering your passphrase if you lost it. Also have no recollection of ever setting up a passphrase when I first set up this app and apparently in the reviews others have said same. Better to use a exchange such as uphold to hold your crypto. Now have no way of getting a hold of my money in this app. Very sad and disappointed.
I was locked out of my wallet. Emailed customer service and it was recovered in less than 24 hours. Probably the best customer service I’ve received for a product or service in a very long time.
So when I downloaded the app I took a screen shot of my pass phrase but when I tried to send XRP to another account it said the pass phrase is wrong. This is the only wallet I’ve had to store XRP coins and I don’t know why it’s telling me the pass phrase is wrong. Basically I lost money that I can not get back. Is there someone we can talk to about getting our coins? I hate to see hundreds of dollars go down the drain.

Or I got hacked. suddenly had me try to log back in and now my wallet the file is corrupted and it won’t pull in through my back up - nothing works and I lost over 200 XRP.I hate this app do not buy I spent most of my extra money for the last two months over trying to buy the XRP and now it’s all gone😕✌️
Very hard to get thru. Clunky interface. Hard to find wallet information. Only got because it works with my XRP crypto. If there was/ is something else I will definitely be moving on. Not very intuitive. Every other button pushed sends me to download Coinbase which is already installed.
Stay away from this wallet at all cost. I’ve deposited 1600 XRP I have the pass phrase that was given to me ant the wallet will not accept it. So now even with a pin I’m unable to withdraw any XRP money lost. Complete scam. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give zero. This developer should be removed from the iOS store.
I had trouble with 3200+ XRP disappearing in front of my eyes, but after several emails I did get step-by-step directions on how to get it back and it worked. All have been restored.

I would have rated this app a 5 star. But once downloaded, I noticed I can’t connect my XRPWallet to another wallet (Exodus,Trust, etc). I don’t want to buy another 20XRP just to open the account again on a different wallet.. Since we can’t transfer the full amount into another account. There should be a way to connect wallets so users can have more freedom to buy and share cryptos how “they” choose.. If there is, please show me how!
I put 400 ripple into this wallet and out of nowhere all my ripple was sent to someone’s wallet. There was absolutely no way someone took my phone unlocked it and sent ripple to their wallet and now I lost all my ripple. The people who own this app have your information and I messaged them multiple times and not even one response.i honestly don’t trust this.
I invested $100 to purchase xrp, a few hours later I received an email stating that their side couldn’t make the transaction happen but they would reimburse me. My bank account was still charged and I was never reimbursed. Terrible app with little to no customer service.
This while it is not friendly at all I’ve had it for almost a year and still can’t seem to cash out or even know how to cash out my XRP so disturbing. Does Apple make it so complicated is not easy like Coinbase or any other source I have
I lost approx 11,475 of xrp when I used this app. As soon as I swept my paper wallet with the toast wallet, I saw my coins and then they vanished. I can see where they are now, in some guys wallet with 2 million other coins. I think I was hacked but not thru my phone. The phone I was using was anonymous. Don’t use this app unless you want your coins stolen.
Tried to purchase through their market place with PayPal as instructed. After many attempts I could not place an order because PayPal told me they deemed this a potential security risk. There is no way to contact this wallet to communicate. Would not recommend.
Set up is easy but passphrase restore etc is a nightmare! I think this is to keep my money. No problems until the crash, then app miraculously had an update and my info is gone and I can’t restore it. Luckily I did not have a lot invested. Count is a loss.

This app stinks! I never got the chance to set up a pass phrase or recovery passphrase. So you can’t take money out, you can only deposit. No customer contact or support... their FAQ’s actually say “yeah you’re out of luck.” Do yourself a favor and just forget about this joke of a “wallet”.
This app will have you running crazy. First your coins go in then your passphrase won’t work. Then you try to move them to a more SECURE wallet and you’re stuck because the passphrase blocks you from doing so.
I gave this app a poor rating because I could never link my account. Customer support wasn’t helpful and said it was on my banks end. I’m now using a different app/company
