Their dresses are really good quality and awesome! I ordered twice from here but you would need to order it in advance because it seems they also have few days for production which not be included on the shipping time you know
Ordered a prom dress for my daughter and requested Express delivery. After over a week that it was still processing I emailed them and let them know I needed it by a specific date. I had several similar “chat” conversations through their App and sent several more emails. “Still processing” and “we’ll let you know once it ships” is what they said when they eventually responded via email. Prom was on a Saturday and the dress arrived the following Tuesday. Thank goodness we found a different dress elsewhere with time to get it tailored. Customer Service was a scripted joke and I would NEVER buy from here again. All the Better Business Bureau comments are correct about this place. I wish I would have read them before I placed my order.
You will get your dress--just not at the time that you think it will. ZAPAKA is very unclear about their shipping policies. You will get your dress and it will be of quality, BUT the shipping is extremely unclear and you may not get it before your event even with expedited shipping. What they don't make clear is the production time. If your dress isn't from their warehouse and is already made, they will "make" your dress. This can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on ZAPAKA themselves. If you email them about the production time of your clothing, they will dodge the question. The emails feel robotic. I would skip out on this one.
Terrible customer service & impossibly high lead times
RUN AWAY! Go find a more reputable place to buy formal dresses! Ordered two dresses for two formal events. I received the dresses on April 27th and tried them on over the weekend. They didn’t fit so I emailed to try and return them. The customer service people told me I was past the time to get a refund even though I was still within their 7 day return window. They kept telling me the order was delivered on the 17th, which it wasn’t. So now I’m out over $200 with two dresses I can’t wear. Not to mention I waited almost 2 months to receive the dresses. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I have called your voicemail customer service line that’s unattended four times and left a message. I have sent five separate emails. I tried to do your customer chat with a bot that wouldn’t send me to an agent and when it did send me to an agent no one answered I have a simple thing of wanting to just exchange a dress that’s it a simple exchange nothing more nothing less. I ended up buying another dress just because my daughter wanted it for her prom. Personally, I wouldn’t of done it. It’s a joke I would tell people don’t buy from here!!!!
My first monthly membership three bracelets I got in the mail two days ago and love them. Been wearing them both days and my 18 year old daughter loved them so guess what she’s going to get for her birthday 🥳
I haven’t received the order, yet and I’m already regretting that I ordered anything from this store at all! We made a mistake with the dress size and immediately tried to cancel the order. I replied to Zapaka’s confirmation mail as indicated at the bottom of the mail. Today I receive a notification that the recipient declined my mail. This is bad business practice! It's safe to assume that I won't be able to return the dress or even get a refund if it doesn’t fit!
i’ve been trying to return my dress since April 23rd! their support team emailed me and said i would get my refund if i returned my dress unworn and unopened. i did both and ive emailed them 4 times since i shipped it on April 27th. they have NOT given me my FULL refund and they have NOT emailed me back that they have received my package! very poor customer service when you try to get your money back!! if i could give it 0 stars i would!
Make sure you pre order the dress, but besides that it fit amazing and was overall a beautiful dress, the love chats are kinda annoying cuz they can’t tell you much about location once it’s shipped I ordered the dress march 4th and received it April 11th
The worst experience ever.. they need to be very clear where the order is coming from and the time I paid 20$ for shipping for my daughter prom and the dress and shoes arrived late I also had to pay 30$ To ship the items back and go back and fourth just to get my refund with this company I will never order again from This company

I took a chance and ordered a dress from here and when I received the dress it was too small. I have yet to be able to have someone from zapaka contact me back regarding where to return the dress to for a full refund. They are unethical and unprofessional. They are in China is all I know and I’m still trying to get my money back to no avail.!!!
I ordered a dress a month and a half ago and I paid for the faster shipping which is to 10 to 15 days. 25 days have passed since I ordered it and I didn’t receive any notice about my dress and like two weeks ago I received a Gmail where says my ordered was already delivered and I didn’t receive anything this is a completely scam do not buy here
I ordered a dress and it took a month to arrive. When it arrived the quality of the dress was cheap and not worth the price. Then I tried returning the dress but they refused! The window to return is 7 days and I took 9 days. The costumer service is the worst. They also said some rude things to me. I would not trust this store. I also have emails of them being so rude!
Find somewhere else to buy a dress. This place is terrible. Bought 6 dresses. All of which are not good quality. Half didn’t even fit… though I got them all in the same size. And the return policy is ridiculous. It costs as much as a dress to return the poorly made, terrible quality dress they will eventually send to you.
Don’t get scammed! They’re not going to deliver them they’re going to offer 40% of your money back if you request a refund on top of the $28 you paid for shipping. Their agents will mock you for days and tell you it’s your fault cause you don’t want to wait. Complete scam! Hundreds lost! Wedding delayed despite ordering 17 weeks ahead!
Unfortunately we ordered a dress on April 6th and it is now May 16th and there is no dress! Their teaching information is horrible and there customer service is just bad. All I get is a tracking number that say “in transit”. No clear where it is or when it will arrive. Do not buy from this company!!!
I ordered a dress and it said it would ship in 48 hours because it was in stock. I haven’t heard anything and now it says it will take 12-20 business days to get here but the tracking just says it is not fulfilled. I can’t get ahold of a real person chat or email.
There was no help at all from the agent , I tried to call four times and speak to someone and no one answered the phone The order is taking more than they were expecting at these time I need my money back and they did not cancel the order
The dress I have purchase is way to off , it’s not what I expected, the problem is I don’t find any way to contact costumer service and ask for a return or exchange. The only contact information is a Chinese number and a Chines address,how??? So please someone contact me!!!
Unfortunately I did not see that the dress defaulted to a small size at the check out and the return of the dress and purchase of a second was nothing short of a desisted. The return charge for shipping is as much as the dress
Do not buy from this app. It’s a scam and you will not get what you paid for. When you contact them about a refund through the app it just ends your chat and they take way to long to respond. Please do not waste your money !!
i spent almost $200 on a prom dress weeks ago and have yet to hear anything about it. i have called, emailed, messaged on facebook and on instagram, but i simply cannot get in touch with anyone. the tracking number i received doesn’t even work so there’s no possible way to track my order (if it’s even coming). prom is two days away. if i could give them 0 stars, i would. 🫶🏻

I bought a dress and tried to return it and they wanted me to keep the dress and they would give be 20% of the cost of dress. I declined and never heard from this company again!

Beautiful dresses and amazing prices but there is no size chart. I will not order,especially from China, without some size chart or way to ensure the dress will fit.
Ordered dress that was list as ships in 48 hours on 3/9/2024, have reached out via email multiple times and no response to date from company. Did the online chat, however still no status of shipping and no answer on customer service phone number (mailbox full).
