Zeelool - AR Try On Glasses

Best glasses Ive ever had. I have only ordered 2 pairs so Im hoping it wasnt just luck. So many different frames. I only wish I could pick the lenses more like other sites offer. Also says 1.61 mid index doesnt have UV protection but thts not true. Other than tht the lenses and frames are extremely affordable. They have flash sales often and $1 frames available for limited times. At first I thot the reviews on there were just influencers doing it for likes n free stuff but now I think for sure they do it to get deep discounts cuz they really do love the glasses. Pretty sure they are a sister company to Vooglam which is also amazing. Dont know how they got my script so perfect cuz i have astigmatism and its always been a challenge getting tht perfect. Most of the time i have just not fixed my astigmatism with glasses cuz its always a fail. Im glad i took a chance with Zeelool. Everyone compliments my glasses and whn i say its from Zeelool they look at me weird. Lol! Yep I said Zeelool. Which i think is just strange enuff to be memorable.

This is hands down the only company I use for my prescribed glasses. Their wide collection of glasses are not only so dang affordable, but so freaking beautiful! Every pair I have purchased and received so far,( 12 of them lol) have a good weight to them. They aren’t cheap and flimsy feeling. And their styles are so elegantly unique that it definitely will get you addicted by just browsing their website on the ZEELOOL app! They are so fabulous and I always get so many compliments on them! Can’t forget shipping barely takes a week (for me) with your prescription added into them as well! You can’t even beat that if you were to walk in to an actual eyeglass store in person and expect to have your glasses in less than 2-3 weeks. Never would you get that. Choose ZEELOOL! I had the worst experience. I downloaded the app and uploaded my prescription onto my account. I made with them via the app. Well I go ahead and make my order and place it. I was so excited for my new glasses since I needed them for work. The order finally arrived and I try them on and notice hmmm there’s no prescription on it. I try calling good luck with that! I finally get some type of customer service. Mind you I double checked if my prescription was still in my profile sure enough it was there. So the person who was chatting with me cause I couldn’t get no one over the phone. She told me to keep the glasses and she would give me a credit for only half the price! I was shocked I just waisted money on something that’s literally collecting dust on my home desk. Now I checked my account and see the credit they gave me was reversed! So I paid full price for frames they messed up. And on top of all that when I told her I uploaded my prescription onto my app profile. Magically the prescription disappeared! As I’m speaking to the lady! She went ahead and deleted it while I was chatting with her. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Ladies and Gentlemen to put quite simply you get what you pay for. They already have optimized suggestions based on your prescription. If you decided to cheap out on what’s already cheap it will be poor quality. I’ve gotten my sell a mechanical like frame with spring arms. Yes, unfortunately I went to sleep in my glasses several times their very comfortable. Fortunately, with how well these glasses are made I have no bend or scratches in my frame or lenses because I went with their suggestions. Overall 10/10 because the price actually match the quality and sometimes over exceed expectations. My first pair costed me about $89. I got higher index and photochromic lenses.

So I had ordered darice some weeks ago and was so excited when I saw my glasses were in. Unfortunately when I opened the box it was the wrong glasses. So I sent an email to support with a screenshot of what I ordered and a picture of what I got. I also called the lady was so polite and empathetic she pulled up my email and apologized then asked if I wanted a refund or the glasses I ordered free of charge of course I wanted the glasses and she did just that and on top of that I didn’t have to send the glasses that I didn’t order back to them. I absolutely love zeelool and will be ordering again.

Purchased two pairs of glasses at the end of November. They took 7 weeks to show up. One pair was ugly, uncomfortable, and didn’t fit right. When I asked for a refund, they told me I could get 50% of my money back. I emailed them everyday for a week asking why I was only getting 50% back since this policy isn’t anywhere on their website. I sent messages via Instagram and Twitter asking what their return policy was and I was ignored. I called several times and was sent to voicemail. It was only when I left a bad review on Google Play that someone called me twice in one night. After talking to someone for 40 minutes I was told that I could pay to send my glasses back and after discounting this and that I would get my money back. On a $100 purchase, that equaled $30. It would cost me $15 just to send them back! Absolute nonsense. Don’t buy a single thing from this company.

Don’t show the glasses unless the testing capability is working, the whole point of the app is for you to test what you look like with them on and literally what seems to be about 60 to 70% can’t be tested. This kind of an app would be much more successful, If you just have a very large range of basic but distinctly different styles to open up to a bigger audience instead of what it seems to be right now. Which is keep pushing the newest hottest item for the 2% that want to look over the top. Businesses that succeed over long periods of time do so by establishing a baseline and building on it. This is either an attempt at 1, recreating the base line every 5 minutes or 2, ya’ll are too new and didn't get it ironed out completely before attempting a launch.

I’ve been using this app for a little over a year. I have not had any problems. I get so many complements on my glass. My husband and others have started ordering glasses! My only thing is you are unable to speak with customer service directly, only via email; however the concern I had when I ordered my first pair of glasses over a year ago was resolved promptly. So far, I have 11 pairs of glasses that I have ordered!

I love how there are so many different styles of glasses to choose from whether you need far-sight, near-sight or reading comprehension. The glasses has given me a different look of classy, sexy, and vibrant when I’m going out. I gave the review 4 stars because it seems like glasses that look good but may not be classified as popular which the sight labels “hot”, sell out so fast. Once it’s sold out that’s it and I wish the glasses can be restocked just to have an opportunity to buy the glasses when I’m able to purchase. On the other hand, I love the glasses I have so far and looking forward in purchasing more.

It took months (partially my fault) to get my corrected lenses. The glasses took almost a month to arrive even though I paid for expedited shipping. I selected the flower pattern Winston frames. I got the correct model in tortoise with gold side pieces. I have a fair complexion, white hair, and hazel eyes. Black, red, purple, blue, silver, and even green compliment my coloring, but brown and gold do not. Even though I did a virtual try on, the frames are almost too large for my face. Now, because of the ad ons I chose, I’m stuck with another pair of glasses I don’t like/want that cost almost as much as the ones I usually buy at Costco. The only positive is that I can see out of these new lenses so they are useable.

I ordered my glasses because I need them! so I used the express shipping option, so I can get them faster and my order was cancelled For some reason after being processed?! I had no update or email letting me know the reason as to why, or that I would be getting a refund or anything of the sort. They was just gonna keep my money!! good luck trying to talk with a representative about anything! I tried to contact them but the bot said it wasn’t rep hours and some one would get back to me after 24 hours but it absolutely is!!! I ordered my glasses January 6th and it has been 10 days and still no update or anything. I’m not happy with this app and I will be deleting after I get my refund.

I have been wearing bifocals since my teens. I have ordered from several different places over the years and never ever have I gotten such a huge variety to choose from with such low prices! And the quality is great too. I now have 16 pairs in total & Im always on here looking for the newest styles. I love earning points to use as credit for my purchases and there are always coupons available! These prices are AMAZING! I LOVE ZEELOOL!

They are awesome. These are my first pair and I can’t wait to order more! I was a little skeptical but when they arrived I was very impressed. I usually wear rectangle shape glasses. I work in retail and I am constantly getting compliments on my glasses! It isn’t like oh I like your glasses but wow your glasses are really cute, I love your glasses and your glasses are gorgeous! I have a very hard prescription and I ordered my first pair. The prescription was spot on. It was perfect better than whenever I went to the eye doctor and my frames. I absolutely love I got everything I needed for less than $150 whereas my last ones I bought at the eye doctor were $700 on my part plus my insurance. I love this company and will continue to order. I have ordered from Zeelool three times the first two pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and used the website, and I assumed that I had some how I put some random numbers in there that weren’t mine. They gave me 50% credit for “my mistake” and I ate the shipping charges that forced me to pay express. The second time my glasses came in fine. Now this is my third time and used the app, and for some reason those same wrong numbers for my prescription (like they were the first time). I haven’t ever had a prescription of that number in my life. Can’t get a hold of anyone and I’m pretty upset to think that maybe the first time wasn’t my mistake after all....

I ordered glasses from this company once and the glasses were fine. However, that was several months ago and every single day since then, I have been receiving spam text messages encouraging me to make another purchase on their app. I’ve sent many times a reply to stop the spamming text message and every day I am being guaranteed that I have opted out of text message advertising. And the next day, it happens again. So you will not pay a high price for your glasses, but you will be stuck receiving text messages from this company forever. If I stop receiving spam from them I will remove my review

I am OBSESSED with this app! The wide selection of absolutely adorable glasses has made me appreciate the fact that my eyes don’t work well! lol I have bought quite a few pairs and they are not only adorable but the prices should almost be illegal and the quality is worth writing home about!! I will never order from here again I paid $19 for express business shipping and then the UPS driver says I have to pay a $25 international fee. If I would have known that I would have just gotten glasses from the same place I get my exams from. If you guys are going to charge almost $20 for express business shipping then your website and app need to say that they come from China and we will have to pay an international shipping fee upon delivery. Super unprofessional and the “customer support” number on the website doesn’t even work. Never giving my money to them again.

The frames are very fashionable. However, as a longtime glasses wearer, it hard to sort by frame size which is important. That way you’re able to see the frames that fit your face and choose appropriately. I do hope that option is included in the next revision. I would also like the function that is associated with the stars are in the commercials to be highlighted so you can get to them easily. All the best!

I had a great experience with this company, I had accidentally given them the wrong prescription, but I emailed twice called twice and they got back to me the following business day. (I called and emailed on Friday) They fix my prescription and I paid for expedited shipping and my glasses got here in seven days. I ordered three pairs they are all my favorite I can’t ever choose which ones to wear continuously throughout the day.

I love all of my glasses from zeelool and so does everyone else. I’m always getting compliments on them, and people that I know have used zeelool because of me. I ordered 4 pair of glasses under $100 bucks. All my frames have my prescription in them.. I will never go back to eye doctors for expensive frames. Totally rip off but if you prefer designer frames .. go right ahead because it’s NOT WORTH it… ZEELOOL frames are wayyyyy better and affordable. Who cares for stuff because it has a name ?? Not MEEEEE! My favorite frames I bought were $7 .. you can’t beat that !!

I have prescription glasses which can start at $100 at my regular eye doctor. But ZEELOOL really helps me out buying beautiful glasses for a fraction of the cost. Quality is great and customer service is on good. Plus I enjoy the coupons and points I receive for just checking the app. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get great glasses on a budget.

I get all my glasses here because they have the best prices and also they have the best styles now I’m more of a guy that likes to wear labels when it comes to my glasses but for some reason, I always break my labels and my normal glasses stay in tag so if it’s not a label, I’m getting my glasses from here and none of them have broke or got messed up or lost I’m riding with lool

I started purchasing from Zeelool after I pretty much went through Zenni Opticals inventory, and everything started to look similar or boring. Zillow always comes out with so many different cute styles. And the price is ridiculously low. Love them so much. I have 32 pairs of glasses at this point, and I’m about to order some more lol.

My first pair of glasses I ordered I absolutely fell in love with. By accident I had placed them as prescription sunglasses thinking I was ordering transition lenses but I absolutely love sitting outside reading with my glasses. I have just placed a second order for a regular reading pair and so very excited for. Love the prices and I have a feeling that I will end up with many more.

I don’t know if it’s just my app or not but I have been having issues with daily point log. I’ve been sitting at 363 points for the last 4 weeks! I was not able to check in for the last 2 weeks of June and I’ve checked in from 7/1-7/6…. 363 points still. I used to love this app and ordered all my glasses from here for the last 2 1/2-3 years and referred a lot of family over too! Please fix the app 🥺😪

I Love every pair I have ever purchase! But I do have a problem with the shipping when I order the $1 glasses and you have to pay a $20 shipping! Like now I have $25 worth in my basket and it is saying I have to have $43 in order to get free shipping. All of my glasses came from Zeeloo that is about twenty five pairs! The four pairs that’s in my basket is all I need for now.

This app is such an easy way to shop for glasses without having to go into a store and deal with people trying to sale you something you may not want. You get to try these on and see if you like them and they have so many options that are affordable!

I love buying glasses through here but the points are a lie. They keep switching the points to +0 instead of +1 or +3 when I log in every day so I can’t rack up more points. It’ll say tomorrow is +1 and I’ll log in the next day and get 0. Nowhere does it say they cap us at points and nowhere does it say they will change on us. Constantly tricked into not receiving points and am manipulated into continuing to log in every day.

I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses and not 1 complaint. I never thought to look at the ratings before ordering. Just so happened to read them now while updating my app and I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews 😱.... unfortunately it has no impact on me as a satisfied customer ✌🏾

This is my second pair because my doctor’s office would not place my prescription into the pair I already have. I was able to input my prescription for way cheaper than purchasing a pair of glasses from my eye doctor’s office. I will always purchase my glasses from here. This company is amazing!!!!

I was absolutely shocked when I received my glasses. The prescription was perfect! It’s usually not this good at my eye doctor. I was really skeptical, so I ordered one of the least expensive pair. The frame is well made and friends thought they looked GREAT! I’m definitely ordering another pair, so I hope this isn’t a fluke.

I have a pair or should I say 12 pairs of ZEELOOL frames and I receive SO many compliments when I wear them! Everyone wants to know where did you get those glasses??!!! I tell them the site and have written it down on napkins for flight attendants! Love my experience with this company!!

I have never had a better experience purchasing my prescription glasses! The cutest, most stylish frames at the best prices I’ve ever seen. I literally just got two pair for under $75 total!!! At first I was nervous about ordering prescription glasses myself but it’s so easy…highly recommend!

No way to delete an account online. Finally found that it can be done through app (which popped up multiple windows in the 30 seconds I had it installed). When someone accidentally uses your email to sign up for stuff and you a: can’t unsubscribe without signing in and b: you can’t even delete the account attached to your email, that is a massive problem. Never heard of this company before but I know I will never order glasses thru them

They don’t want you to actually get rewards. I have my points wiped away twice now for no reason. The app “glitches” when you get to around $15-$20 in rewards. Then you have to start all over again. The glasses I previously order are good quality but if you need another pair don’t rely on rewards to help you save when buying them.

I was so excited when I received my glasses in the mail. First of all I was a little skeptic because I have bi focus but when they arrived and I tried them on they fit perfectly. I will be ordering all my glasses from them from now on, thank you so much.

Why do you even offer this app? NOTHING transfers from your profile. Very awkward and not user friendly. Feels like app was built by an amateur. This company makes excellent glasses and I’ve ordered a few glasses from them but thru their website. Great experience there. I wanted to try the app. What a joke ... they will loose customers probably and people will miss out on the great cheap frames and fun frames these guys have. PLEASE hire a professional company to build your app where all our profile info transfers to it including our saved prescriptions. Thanks.

Love all the beautiful variety of frames to choose from. Received my package way sooner than expected, which is great. The only thing is with the shipping is the app isn’t really accurate I had to go track my package on USPS. So make sure to do that.

So I seen these for a few weeks and I started ordering which I ordered 5 lol I couldn’t wait to get them and when I did am in love and Ordered 3 more lol I am even scared to go on the app. I already told me Friend to look into it and she’s about to ordered some. Love my glasses thank you.

The app crashes every 5 - 15 minutes. It will especially crash when trying to do the AR or even adding images. This makes using the app pointless when it performs better on a browser…. I don’t even bother trying to add photos to try on with the app. I just use the browser. 2.5 stars for below average performance (crashing) and an extra star for having some differences that are only available via app (live demos, exclusive rewards…and when trying different colors, it’s easier and faster to go back to the main page with other models of glasses)

I ordered and received two pair of glasses. I’m so excited about my frames that I keep switching back-and-forth between the two. The shipping took a little longer than expected but it was a very pleasurable experience overall.

The glasses are so sturdy. I love them! I have bought glasses from eyebuydirect. But ZEELOOL tops them! I got 2 pairs of glasses for $40. That’s a STEAL! I’ve been recommending this site to my friends once I got my new glasses now they are waiting for there glasses to come in. Definitely give it 10/10

My optometrist messed up my prescription and by the time I caught it, I’d already ordered my glasses. I reached out to customer service, they got back to me the next day, changed my prescription, and my glasses came in perfectly! Raving fan!

I absolutely love these glasses and the prices are so affordable. I love all of the styles as well. They’re so unique each and every style shows your own individuality. Every time I get a pair I get so many compliments. Standard shipping takes forever though lol.

What did they do to this app?? I haven’t used it in 2 weeks and now it’s awful! The majority of the AR try-on options are gone - you can only use a picture and that doesn’t work well. I’ve been eyeing a few frames and been waiting to buy them. I’ve tried them on with AR multiple times and now I can’t. The changes to this app have cost them because will not buy something without the AR try-on being correct. Fix it!!!

I purchase from you several times a month! And unfortunately there is something wrong with your app after the update yesterday! Everytime I go on to check my order or to just browse it’s blank. I have to go through the web browser to log on.
