it’s okay.. it’s good to see how much it in you’re account balance sometimes i have to call the back to transfer money from one account to another . i feel like that should also be on the app (if it is i don’t know how to do it) but i like that i can see how much money is coming in and what money came uht.
I really enjoy using this app. It’s user friendly and I can control my finances. You can link an account you have at another financial institution and easily move money back and forth without any fees! They also allow for credit monitoring and show your credit score. This also allows to see what loan options they can offer. The transferring is instant, so if I’m standing in line to pay for something and don’t know if I have the funds, I can hop in there and move money. You can also set alerts for the app to text you if your balance gets below an amount I set in the app. This is a great app to be able to manage your finances!
Here it is almost July 2022 and still no real time alerts???? Why not? I’ve been complaining about this for YEARS!!! please incorporate real time alerts After complaining initially about real time alerts, it’s 7 months since the last update of this app and it still doesn’t have any real rime alerts...PLEASE do real time Alerts on the app... currently if the alert option is turned on, the alert doesn’t come until 6am the next morning... Especially in this time of high fraud I would like to know what’s going on with my accounts immediately! Compared to other banking apps... DCCU needs to be updated! The appearance and user interface is ancient!
I have been a member of Denver Community Credit Union…now Zing Credit Union…since 2006. Over this last month I have had authenticate myself every time I log into the app even after I select register this device. It become more and more frustrating. This is not just happening on my phone but my iPad as well. This needs to be fix.
I typically love this app, however for the past week I’ve been having major issues with the card controls. I usually move money around and then lock my card so nothing gets used… however I haven’t been able to do so and it has been really frustrating. I lock my card so if I happen to lose it, it can be used. Now that I can’t do so it makes me worry . I would like to have this issue looked at or addressed so that I can feel secure in any time I use my card
I really love this app. I find it easy to use, especially compared to the apps of other financial institutions I have had. I really like how it has a credit monitoring feature that doesn’t ding my credit score. A+ for accessibility, an intuitive layout and practical functions.
I can’t think of what more you could want from a mobile banking app. Everything is in there - transfers, statements, even my credit score is in there! It’s nice to have everything in one place that is easy to use.
I manage a family’s finances. This means I auto transfer allowances, have a joint account with my spouse, and my own personal account. I can see them all under one login, making sure I stay organized. Thank you!
I love this app. No other bank offers all the features in one app. Which is quite annoying. Having to download 3-4 apps for card accounts, loan accounts, and card control apps is pretty frustrating. But the Zing app is top notch!! The best!
I have literally tried logging into my online account multiple times over a span of 5 years. I still to this day have not had any luck logging in. I’ve called numerous times to get help as all I get is an “I don’t know” from everyone over phone. Then they want to go as far as to charge me for an over the phone payment even though their app to make a payment is not working. Seems to be a quite a struggle with this credit union top to bottom.
Don’t know why the name was changed to Zing. The new notification is very annoying after you disabled it, it still pops up every time you open up the app. The process of transactions should be much faster with the latest technology software and security.
This app is quick to fix any “bug” that interrupts the functionality of logging in and using it. I find it easy to get log in and see any activity that I am looking for on my accounts. Also, depositing checks online is made super easy through this app. I recommend using this app to handle your finances through MyZing bank.
If I don’t select log out when I exit the app, it doesn’t have the face log-in option available unless I swipe the app away and re-open. Not a huge deal but an annoyance. The app content is great once logged in.
I hope the app is not a reflection of the actual product!!! This is the worst mobile app I’ve ever navigated. And I work for Chase bank and am very good at figuring out how to get around an app. I have had to call twice just to figure out how to set up autopay for my car payment. Whoever the app developers are should be ashamed of themselves.
I Have use this app for over a year and have had problem after problem with it. My password gets changed on a regular basis without my consent or doing. I have deleted and restored the app with no relief. Very dissatisfied with the app and the bank altogether
