No referral code on the app.

I sent a referral to a friend, but they did not receive my referral code when opening the link. I also do not see my own referral code on my account (under Rewards), which makes me think there is no referral code.

App Does Not Work

Created an account today to use ZIPS at my workplace. Zips app crashes when it tries to parse my delivery address, and I’m not getting the email confirmation codes at my work email.

Deceptive

This app is deceptive and works and gears to those who don’t have transportation and would like to schedule pickups and delivery. It doesn’t benefit those who use their 24/7 drop box service. So we would have no way to earn rewards, check status, or even get notifications. Rewards earned should be available for everyone. What makes matters worse is not even the staff know how the app works 🤦🏾‍♂️. I can see not a lot was put into it so that ALL their customers would benefit from their rewards earning and not just those who schedule delivery and pickup.
