Their customer service is in the beyond category! The wrong order was accidentally shipped to a friend as a gift. It’s bound to happen, it’s crazy busy during the holidays. I emailed customer service after hours on Friday explaining the situation and early Monday morning, I received an email from Erica apologizing and letting me know she just shipped out my original order to my friend with 2 day shipping. Also, told me to tell my friend to please keep the old one’s for the inconvenience. So what did I do? I got on the app and gave them more of my business for the holidays because this is how you should treat your customers when they approach you with an issue. You have a customer for life. I appreciate you fixing this issue… this was a really special gift for someone going through a medical crisis, so the reaction time was very appreciated

As a new owner of an apple watch I was looking for a more comfortable alternative to the one that came with the watch. I also had concerns about the silicone band coming open and losing my watch. I saw the ZOX brand on facebook and figured I’d give it a try. They had one with a cat that appealed to my cat loving senses.I’m totally impressed by how soft and comfortable it is. I just ordered my second one today and have three more on my wish list. Plus you get points with each purchase for discounts on future purchases. Another big plus-using plastic water bottles to make them, helping the environment. Three thumbs up to this company!

Hi all, I have just started ordering zox wristbands and watch bands. Love love love them. Only complaint is make more large wristbands. I don’t always order right away but I look through em every day.. And then the large will be gone by the time I decide, yes I want that one…Waiting for my goal soccer watch. I have looked for a soccer band forever. So thank you zox. Hope you still have the basketball one so I can order if she does play that too…I am glad they are so affordable cause I’m hooked..😃

My first order was fulfilled and arrived a week later. I am happy with the products that I got. Later I got an email with a Spring clearance offer so I decided to place another order to take advantage of the discount plus the free gift when spent over $50. The gift option did not show in the app. I accidentally clicked the order submit button. I emailed the customer service if there was a way to add the free gift. Then I wrote another email asking to cancel the order when I came to my senses that I did not need so many bracelets. No one got back to me for a couple of days. By the time they got back to me they said the order is shipped and there is nothing they can do. Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, and resend the package spending my own money to get a refund. I am annoyed by this whole situation.

It all started when my daughter gave me the “I love you mom” bracelet. I then purchased a few for friends and relatives. I got free shipping because my order was over $50. They purchased for their friends! Then I received a credit to apply to a future order… holy cow! I bought many more, this time for my customers. AND I qualified for a free mystery bracelet! Hooked! I shipped a package of them to another customer in PA today. The USPS person at the counter asked me what I was shipping. After a brief explanation, they were so excited to go online and check them out! My daughter had ordered a bracelet which got lost in the mail. When she contacted support, they immediately shipped another one. The bracelets and watch bands are colorful, soft, flexible and have such beautiful inscriptions! Love this product!

While I was sitting in the emergency room with my son who came in from a bad car accident I was scrolling on my phone and a ad came up for these bracelets I almost cried because they had the perfect ones for him being that he injured his leg really bad and he plays football in college so these were perfect and when he came home from the hospital and they arrived in the mail and I gave them to him he was so thankful for them he said he loves them!

I have seen countless ads for these bracelets and thought what was the big deal. Then one day I was I was wanting something sentimental for my oldest daughter who works two jobs and she is a full time college student studying Culinary Arts and I decided just to look here and or purchased Love you to the moon and Believe in yourself. When they arrived, I opened the pack and immediately got it! They truly are hugs for your wrists and beautiful at that! My girls and I absolutely love these! I tell everyone about them!

I absolutely love my Zox ! They are so uplifting and special to me. I will pick the ones I wear based on how I am feeling that particular day or time. It helps to heal my heart and soul. I have even given them as gifts to my adult children and grandchildren, they show my pride in them and know how much I believe in them. Thanks for making these wonderful products and helping me to remember the important things in my life.

Please stop with the hourly notifications. You went from not enough notifications (for drops) to way too many (for every little thing). I want to be notified of new drops only. Please add a setting for that. I don’t need to know that you are “almost out of stock” of some random thing that only has XXL left. 🙄 Also on a random side note, make cooler designs. Maybe consider bringing back some older designs. Not all your customers are 20 year old girls. 😒 Why can’t I view my rewards in the app? This app is useless. I just use the website now. That’s also hard to navigate but at least I can view and use my rewards.

I am SO Happy I gave myself this gift! It’s the gift that continues to Give! It uplifted me daily sharing Time w/Jason and his family plus the Joy of connecting w/other Zoxers in this Joyful Circle! It also nourished my Perseverance to Push Forward finding answers to Strengthen my Health from Long Covid and now we can receive yet another gift strap of Appreciation from this Amazing Family! Guys, I ordered an bracelet, wait for 15 days and haven’t got, their website show a tracking number for USPS, but when I try to open it on USPS website they show there is no package with that tracking number and if I try to open it on ZOX website it shows my package is still in the mid way. If I click on that thing it takes me to other websites which shows my package is delivered. The other bad thing is there is no way to contact support, I tried to click 100 times to click on contact us option nothing works, even I rised a query no reply. Don’t waste your money guys. Be safe.

ZOX are so comfortable to wear and I get the ones that are daily reminders. An amazing wristband. I love the thick and thin ones and the fact they have a special number on them. The little cards that come with the wristbands are super cute!! I also love how very affordable these are! You really can’t beat 9 to 10 dollars for the amazing quality. I wear my ZOX daily!! Having an app will make it even easier to order; super exciting!!

Sometimes something goes wrong with any item ordered from any retailer, but this company goes the extra mile to let us know what’s going on, how they’re handling it and still making the best motivational reminders for customers! Love and recommend Zox 110%! I’m adding them to Christmas cards this year!!!

This watch band is beautiful, and so comfortable! I’ll never use a silicone band again. I constantly get compliments on it, and I love the fact that it’s made from recycled water bottles. The uplifting message inside each piece is wonderful, and I’ve already got a wish list made for several other pieces!

I’m so upset. I loved my watch band. Unfortunately I took off my watch and laid it on my bed while getting ready to turn in for the night. My dog found it before I did and destroyed it. So needless to say I’m ordering another one because I loved it so much ! Can’t wait to get it in the mail. ..

These bracelets are are wonderful. The other week I met a women who was wearing “My Story Isn’t Over Yet” (I have the same one) she told me that her reason for it was because she beat cancer and her story truly wasn’t over yet. These are sentimental pieces that can mean so much to people would highly recommend.

These watch bands and bracelets are great! They are so comfortable and reliable. I have an apple watch. They sayings are positive and the artwork on the bands are so pretty. This is a must try if you hate the regular watch bands and want to try something different.

I am so like these watch bands. Happy I purchased them and I did purchased 2 more. Buy them and you’ll never regret it.

So much functionality is missing. Can’t see strap quantity, if an item is sold out, and no stored info making checkout a nightmare & cumbersome...I could go on & on. The app was rushed, has glitches such as discounts not showing up properly & charging for shipping when it should be free. IT Dept did a horrible job testing, if any formal testing was even performed.

Maybe it’s just me but 90% of the straps don’t have photos, they all have the same picture of like a hand and arrows pointing to the same strap. Do love their products very much though. Hope this is just a glitch that needs to be worked out.
