Once I established these accounts my daily routine has become much easier. I can do everything easily and almost never need to go into the bank any more. Great personal service when needed. The ATM network is everywhere. Keep up this awesome awesome service
I’ve been trying to register for an account since summer. Everytime I enter my phone number, it keeps changing from an American based number to Barbados for no apparent reason. Not sure why, or even how it’s possible? But I thought ok maybe it’s my phone? Which is strange since my phone is brand new. So I used my iPad and the same thing. Changes to Barbados. Why? I can’t even contact support to address it. I thought with a new update it would get fixed but alas to no avail. I’m trying to make my account but it’s really not possible for me.
Dear Privat !! You have to somehow to change the way of connection! It takes for ages to get through your constant options. Otherwise your service is always good.
I am using PB24 abroad for more than 3 years. Really cool and fast application and bank services are amazing. Way more better then most of US banking applications.
I have trouble logging into the app because I don’t receive the necessary text message and there are no alternative login methods available. This makes it difficult to access my account and is a potential security risk. The app needs alternative sign-in methods to ensure users can always access their accounts.
I’m impressed how well the app was updated! UI is modern, easy to navigate and intuitive and enjoyable to use. Definitely their UX went to a next level! 5 stars!!!
Could you please add email verification? Text and call verification methods don’t work when you are abroad (text messages and calls are being blocked on the sender’s or receiver’s side and noone admits his fault). Email verification is already used at such banks as “Bank Of America”, Chase, Barclays etc
The site works great only it needs to have a complete English version so someone like me can take full advantage and completes all his work on the P24.
It’s not using Apple Keychain for auto filling password! Password for login into this app already stored in Apple Keychain! Omg about what security you talking.. such a poor understanding of Apple ecosystem.. and Apple security overall ! Also: themes auto system is not working! Use SwiftUI omg!!!
