I’ve used a few different banking apps and this is by far the best one and easiest to use. Accurate up to date instant debit info shows up and doesn’t just say pending like other banking apps do but actually shows you what is pending with information for the company.
Works well and has the same functionality as the online banking site. Has all the things you would expect from a mobile banking app. Tons of options and functions hidden in a simple but elegant UI.
It is currently 1am CST, and almost any time I use the app to check my accounts later in the night the app does not work correctly. “Application Error” pop up appears and I’m not able to see my account info. Plus, the website also offers many features that you can’t do on this app, like looking at the Money Management section to look at budgets, etc.
Love the app overall! Everything except the constant red dot notification from the cash back options.... none which I would ever use... Even after adding and the dot goes away.... it comes back shortly after! My ocd can’t handle the constant notification for no reason...
This app is amazing love it! My favorite feature is Check Deposit no more forgetting about paper checks!! I can just deposit it right into my account by taking a simple photo!
Overall this app is very helpful in letting me transfer money, deposit checks and check my account balance. However, the app never works after like 11pm. As someone who works late sometimes this is really inconvenience. It’s an app not an actual bank so it should work even at 2am. Super annoying
I loved this app! The check deposit changed my life. However, it doesn’t seem to work with either iOS16 or my iPhone 14. I just tried to deposit a check and it won’t let me. Please fix this. I imagine lots of folks with iPhones are having the same problem.
Amazing bank. At the local branches, all employees are friendly and very helpful. Most banks I did not trust with my money but I will recommend this one for sure!
Great job 1st MidAmerica! This app is amazing and it’s another great way you serve your members. It’s easy to navigate, looks great, TOUCH ID....and I can deposit my checks through the app! Woop woop!!!
My iphone updated to IOS16 and now mobile check deposit does not work. It will not let me take a picture of the check. There is a message to rotate the phone which I do and nothing happens.
Sometimes it’s works great but most of the time it messes up. It used to tell u ur real available balance but not anymore and that’s even if it let u on the app
