Unable to download
I have an older phone that doesn’t have iOS Version 13. When I attempted to install the new version of the ABRI app a message appeared saying it can’t be installed but that there is an older version available. When I click on the download button for the older version, the download message reappears. Because of this the app is no longer accessible on my phone. Why wasn’t an advance notice sent out letting us know that the old version would no longer be usable? Is there any way to fix this other than getting a new phone?

Doesn’t show transactions on credit cards
Overall app is good. Just need to have pending transactions as well as ones that went through so you can check to see if you been hacked.

Terrible App
This app use to be great, I had it for years and it did everything I needed. It even gave me the instant balances. Not any more, all it does is have me verify my email and ask me the security questions over and over again. It’s like a spinning wheel going around and around taking you nowhere. I have other financial apps and I have no issues. The bank itself is phenomenal and I have no complaints about their customer service, but this app needs to be fixed properly. It use to be great, what happened? I created a shortcut on my phone to avoid having to go on my computer all the time. If I can create a shortcut that works well, I don’t see how a developer as yourself can’t fix this app.

There’s no point in downloading this app
I haven’t been able to log in using the app for a week. What’s the point? Sometimes even the website takes a few tries to get my transaction history loaded. Ridiculous online banking system. Chose a smaller bank and sacrificed Zelle not being built in, customer service is only open business hours/days, which I accepted. But come on, online banking isn’t even reliable? Very frustrating. Abri, invest in your mobile app. A ton of customers use their mobile device for bills and purchases, it’s vital in this day and age to have a functioning app available.

Login Issues
This app is horrible. I can NEVER see my transactions. I literally login abt 50 times a day just trying to view my transactions and all I get is an error message telling me to contact ABRI for assistance. My account has been compromised twice within the last year so being able to view my transactions are very important. I recently went to an ATM to withdraw funds only to have the machine not release my funds but I still received a receipt saying I withdraw the cash. Since, I wasn’t able to view this transaction I had to call customer service to make sure the transaction was reversed. This is so frustrating.

Terrible app
I am mind blown why this app has such a great reviews, all the time when I log in it shows problems and telling me to call number. I have to keep trying and eventually it works. So annoying. Sometimes I have to close the app open again or it doesn’t work. Another issue is it doesn’t show all the pending transactions. This caused all kind of issues when I tried to change my payment and only one payment was showing, but really took the $ twice. Try to explain to the lady in the bank but she told me I am doing something wrong! No it doesn’t show all the transactions!

Ok app but needs work
Ok app functions well and is easy to use but is very unreliable. Simply put nobody has time to be out trying to make a purchase only to find that the app is down and has kicked them out to the regular login screen. That puts some people in a really dire situation who depend on this app for their main source of banking only to find that they can’t get to there money when they really need it especially after business hours when they cant call. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!

Needs serious attention
Barely works. Most of the time I can not even see my balance and there is a standard error message that one should call. This is not addressed since several years now. Even worse for the credit card than it is for the debit, here the balance is usually shown as zero and you risk a late payment report plus a fee. If this wouldn’t be my oldest account I had already changed the bank.

Barely Functioning
Tried to make a transfer between accounts after watching a spinning wheel it said “unable to process request”, so I tried again. After the second request went through I look at the balances and realize, the first request also went through, Tried clicking on account history about 5 times, and every time “unable to process request”. Finally just went on the mobile site.

Many things need to be updated
Wish it allowed me to view CC transactions. Also the ability to zelle friends and family. I also wish it would allow me to set up automatic payments with the app, and not have to go to the website and what seems like jump through hoops to get it done.

Lacks quality & Consistency
Use to be good but took a huge decline in the last years. Business and the App. The app will only allow you to log in maybe 2 out of every 5 attempts. Then says you need to call them for assistance. People I have dealt with have not been very kind or the type of people you want to work with. SUGGEST YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

horrible app
this is the worst banking app I've ever used. idk how there more than 1 star on it. literally always telling me errors and i have to call and then don't even get me started with the text message verification every single time i try to login. i normally just use the web browser to login which is was more easier.

Not successful using mobile deposit
I am so sorry to write. A bad review I have many different accounts - so far your depositing mobile app has not been the greatest. Recently, I deposited a check via mobile and you wrote unable to process after I received confirmation depositing the check successfully. I believe in this era use of technology should be easy but simple is depositing a check with Abri has been cumbersome. Please resolve this soon. Appreciate it.

App Issues
This app used to be reliable and fairly easy to use, however, within the past year the app has become unreliable and at points inaccessible!! Sure you can use their website for online banking but it’s cumbersome and not easy to use in a pinch! Abri fix your app’s performance!

Error Occurring
Most of the time I try to check my transactions I get a message stating “error has occurred” and it’s frustrating. I wish this could be fixed.

App is very slow responsiveness wise and also I always get an error when trying to look at my checking account to look at my transactions. App doesn’t get updated much either. Developers need to fix some things with the app.

Bummer... Cannot use touch id...
Nice but not that practical. Any time one puts it in background to do something else it requires password to log back in. Either the password must be simple or this is not practical - it uses the web password!!! - not even local, application specific... I expected to be able to use touch id to authorize me, but cannot find this option anywhere. May be next upgrade?

Touch ID
Please add Touch ID.... Four generations of iPhone now have the Touch ID sensor and it should be utilized for this app. It makes signing in so much easier. I'll be more than merry to rate this app 5 stars once that happens. I like everything else about it. Just make it easier to log in.

No Touch ID
Instant balance feature is nice, but the screen should NOT show account number information! Only names. I also use randomly-generated passwords unique to each account, so Touch ID is essential. Please add support.

So many bugs
This has to be one of the worst apps I ever used. Every time I try to see my recent purchases, I get a error code. No matter how many times I refresh the app, it still happens every time.

Great bank, really crappy app
Update Dec 17, 2022 the app is garbage, still fighting with server errors and encountering errors doing internal transfers. Still hates reading my checks to do mobile deposits. One update fixes it then the next update breaks it again. Constantly asking for verification via code to log in. I respect security but come on fix the app. I love my bank but hate the mobile banking app. Original review: Frequently will not connect to the servers. And it hates doing digital deposits.

Can’t login
This app simply doesn't work. I called customer service five times, each time getting another advice and a promise that it would work now but I still can't log in. I get through all the login process (password, security questions, phone number) but then, in the final step, I get logged off immediately and sent back to the login page. And it's the same for my other device (android). I gave up.
