This app is quite intuitive and explains every setting. It is way better to use than the controller. I have one suggestion for the developers/ UX: on the auto setting of the app, you can see the high temp and low temp set points but you can’t see the humidity settings and it is not clear that you can scroll down to access it. I was scratching my head why my fan was running outside of the temperature set points. I almost called for support, then I scrolled down .
I have noticed there to be bad or incorrect info on the app FREQUENTLY which completely goes against the point of this. When I’m at work and like to check my app for data, I notice that if shows my lights are “off” during the day. Those 2 ports that house my t24 IONGRID showed off, so I freaked out. When I called my wife to check… she showed me on FaceTime that the lights were indeed on. That’s not good because what else is the purpose of the app? Second time this happened was this morning. It shows only one of the 2 lights ports were on but when I physically inspected I noticed that they were both truly on but the app/controller is not displaying it correctly. What gives? The whole purpose of having the 69 pro was so that I could see accurate info on the go. This is twice in a matter of weeks that I have freaked out because of incorrect info on the app. I really hope this gets figured out quickly. For the first 3 weeks it worked perfectly then these two recent issues of bad data… it’s happened within 1 week. No, I haven’t changed any settings or anything on the controller or app to make it glitch. No my power hasn’t went out. No, I haven’t gotten a new phone. Yes, I’ve checked for the latest update of apps and even have it turned automatically on. Yes I’ve “restarted” the controller several times and even turned on and off my breaker. I really hope this gets fixed asap.
Up until I uploaded the new updates to my controller 69pro and iPhone, everything was going great! A week into my first grow all plants were thriving! I was hesitant to upload to the new revision but got tired of checking “later” in the apps pop ups. So I updated the app to 1.7 and the controllers firmware to F4.2.16. Big mistake! iPhone kept loosing WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. When I had time to go check in the grow tent my in-line fan was running a max, the light was on max and would cycle off and on when I tried to reconnect to the controller through the app. Nothing like shocking week old seedlings with excessive light, heat and air flow! I’ve been working on this for two hours. I deleted the app off my phone and factory reset the controller three times now! It will reconnect to either Bluetooth or WiFi but not both. Why release an update that isn’t properly tested! Then force your customer to either update the controller and app or deal with annoying pop ups with every screen change of the app… very disappointing to me, and possibly devastating to the new plants!
I’ve tried a few different setups but no matter what, setting programming on my unit will occasionally flip my A/C outlet on and off even though the mode is set. Sometimes it will leave the light on even if the port isn’t part of automation. I haven’t had as much trouble just not using the app, but even with high hopes I’m afraid it’s just too dangerous to run. You’re killing my tomatoes! Maybe I set something up wrong, but I’ve tried different port types, rereading the manual, using preset automations, deleting and recreating said automations, trying different control modes. I can’t figure out how to set up this app without knowing that what it says it does isn’t what it actually does and some non-obvious way of fixing it. I’m sure it’s something to do with the light outlet, but I’d rather just not use it. At the very least, I want the app to stop automating the tent as soon as a fault occurs. Seems like the cloud instructions aren’t compatible with my Controller 69 Pro and A/C outlet running a 300W HID LED and official devices all at the same time unless I disconnect the chip from the Internet.
The AC Infinity app is awesome. It allows me to have full control over my tent and all the associated accessories from anywhere. Setup is simple and connecting new accessories is easy. Setting my lights, fans, and vent fan is super simple using the presets and then I adjust from there to hit the temp and humidity ranges I’m looking for. The app also records tons of useful information about conditions in the tent at all times, allowing me to see a long-term picture of the environment and fine-tune to get the best yields possible. It’s a great way to control everything in your grow environment, with a polished interface and frequent updates, this is the only way to grow.
I have the the app running six controllers, six humidifiers and an equal number of fans. When the app works well, it’s great. However, I have frequently have problems with it talking to the different AC Infinity devices. I have had the luxury of having extra cords so I could test whether it was cord or the unit itself. sometimes the cord, sometimes the unit, sometimes the controller itself/app just won’t recognize what is attached to it. There is a plate of information that can be glean from the devices, and I find them to be way more useful than not having them. I do have two different AC Infinity lights, but, again the app/controllers would not recognize them and I had to run them on a separate timer
The most recent firmware update, cautioned the system would be down for three minutes, and that my devices would be reset to factory defaults. It did not say that all of my automation settings would also be cleared. Now I have to reprogram multiple automations for each of my 4 devices, which is very time consuming and could have been avoided with a little forethought. Clearly developers could have found a way to save our settings and reupload them after the update but this was overlooked. The rest of the software is good. Could use more graphics and info about each device running but the automations make this app well worth the time download and understand.
I noticed that a few of the negative reviews had to do with not being able to connect to the smart controller. To be clear... the “Smart Controller” included in the T6 and T4 kits will NOT WORK with this app, as they do not support Bluetooth needed to connect to the app at this time! Right now the app only functions with the brand new “67” controller. For what it does... this app serves the much needed function of at-home monitoring and controlling your fan and programming different functions, alerts and notifications, and having the ability to chart the data! This is HUGE! There are some quirks to be worked out. If you are running a program and want to override the program for manual control via the “on” option... nothing happens. You need to first disable the program and THEN got to “on” for manual control. It was a bit frustrating before I realized that, but it makes sense. So far no problems with connectivity. Will update in a few months.
AC Infinity has pretty quality stuff. The UIS system is nice and the AC infinity environment is nice. The only thing I have a quarrel with is the controls. I bought 2 of the 69 pro controllers and both had issues with my T3 humidifier. When I had the grow lights, clip fans, in-line fans, and humidifier hooked up to one controller; my grow light and exhaust fan would pause. Turning on and off every couple of seconds. As soon as I remove the usb plug for the humidifier, the system worked great. If AC infinity could figure that issue out, the system would work fantastically. I am looking forward to the 75 pro controller - hopefully there are not as many issues.
I’m a new grower. I’m doing a soil grow in a 2’x5’,x7’ tent. This is my 3rd year and about my 5th harvest. I needed a new inline exhaust fan, my hydroponic store guy finally talked me into the AC Infinity 69 pro controller that came with the exhaust fan. It took me a little time to figure out how to set up the controller but I’m so glad I have it. I’m constantly looking at the app and seeing what the conditions are in my grow. I’m learning about VPD and will make that my main focus on my next grow. I’m also waiting for the Terraform 7 to be available.
This is an app where you can tell that the team that made it really gave it their all. Easy to use, and they seem to have thought of everything when it comes to customization — tons of levers and programs and bells and whistles you can set up / control to easily manage your grow from your phone. Hoping wifi is coming to a future model (currently uses bluetooth so you must be in range) but that’s my only wish so far! Especially for the early days of an app... impressive!
Was a 5 star product until the last update. I have 2 controllers that took 25 minutes to set up an automation program for because of the constant freezing and unfreezing. Never had any issues until this last update that combined all the graphs. iPhone is just over 1 year old with current iOS, so hardware isn’t an issue. Update: All lagging has since been resolved with updates. Back to a 5 star product!
I’ve had several t’s and s’s cloudline duct fans and I’ve left a lot of reviews that praise ACI and my reason is simple. When there is a competitive market and one brand leads in all categories it tells me they are here to stay. Sound, aesthetically pleasing, cost, features (I believe they were 1st and are currently the only fan that has a digital controller), customer service/warranty, and air movement. Since the s4 was released I haven’t shopped for a different brand.
I’ve been using the AC Infinity app, coupled with AC Infinity fans, for environment automation for years and the technology just keeps getting better. Now with WiFi (and still Bluetooth enabled), the app and advanced controllers help drive a perfect growing environment and you can dial up changes from anywhere. My hats off to the AC Team for fantastic products, superior customer service, and an app that lets you control it all from your phone. Happy growing!
The acinfinity app is the best app ever !! Everything is so easy and self explanatory! You can control you tent set up controller from your phone from anywhere in the world through the app.! I have a busy schedule so this is perfect you can get alerts if something is wrong through the app and change the temp and light intensity and control the fans all from the app. I give it 2 thumbs up! Can’t get no easier then that. Haven’t had a problem yet !!
I’ve been using this app for a few years at this point and it has done nothing but serve me well. Anything I can think of that needs to be automated is right at my finger tips making the process as easy as just adding water and nutrients. I also had to make a call to support one day and was helped very quickly getting my problem solved within minutes. Can’t say enough good things about ac infinity.
Love your products. I truly wish two things about this app. 1. Control on the go not just in proximity. 2. Smart watch/Apple watch capabilities. Other than that I have zero complaints. It was confusing at first but I’m catching on quick. I’m starting to use the Log and cross referencing any changes with my security cams. Ac infinity is an awesome and high quantity brand, this app is the opposite of that. “Timer on” and “timer off” does nothing except literally take time, it doesn’t turn anything off or on. The modes you can put the light, humidifier, fan, etc. on is extremely sensitive, for example if you set .8 vpd your humidifier will be quickly turning off and on, allowing nothing else but .8 vpd. You may thinks that’s good but you will be buying a new humidifier in 2 months. Last thing is there’s just pointless stuff like humidity modes for you light and if you try to use it it’ll just turn the light off. 10/10 company, 1/10 app
Works with Cloudline T series fans for your garden really well!!! You just have to use Bluetooth to pair with your controller. Newest update now tracks VPD for you!!! Really easy to use use. Can’t say enough good things about it. The only thing that would make it better is if it worked over WiFi instead of just Bluetooth so you could control it from anywhere. For now it works from anywhere in my house so it has a pretty good range.
I would love to see the addition of widgets… I am constantly checking my grow parameters and would be so nice to see on the Lock Screen and Home Screen without opening the app! Would be very useful. Also the addition of a web based form of the app would be very nice as well, would make my 4 start review go to 5… it’s 2023.. these things should just be added right away. We have the technology! Let’s make this controlling our setups the easiest thing ever !
I’m on year two with using my AC Infinty set up and everything is awesome. All my gear is AC Infinty, lights, fans, intake, and everything works well connected to the controller, with no issues at all. I recently started having the controller maintain proper VPD and my plants are even happier now. The app and controller are great and once you have it set up properly, all you have to do is water/feed you plants, the app and controller will do the rest.
I have had this app for over two years and am still stoked. Yes there have been hiccups with some software, but they have an update out within 2 days….so chill. I use the Bluetooth portion and the APP works amazing with the 8 different ACI product I hook up to it. I can set all different parameters with alarms and notifications. It makes growing effortless and allows you to focus on the plant instead of the environment.
I love my tent, first time grower and it makes it easy to understand as well as easy to reach my target VPD with all the automated systems and settings they have! I love my tent if I haven’t already said it and plan to go to ACinifinty for another. The app works smooth with the controls and I personally have had no issue in the month I’ve ran mine. It’s been perfect and smooth the app helps and the interface on it is clean and sleek.
Mine keeps going down for hours I have to delete it off the app and put it back on and even then it still goes down for hours before I can do anything from the app ever since I got the newest update this has been going on plus I’ve never been able to control the fan from the app or the main monitor it’s great if everything works right
Although the app is nice, the previous version was way better for one reason. When looking at the control panel on the new version, the SET temperature is huge where as the temp from the thermometer is tiny. The old version it was reversed which is the way it should be. Same thing with the humidity. I want to be able to glance at the app and see what them temp/humidity IS not what the high SET limits is at. I really hope AC Infinity reads this and considers changing that because other than that it works pretty good.
Airtap T4: To change the ON or OFF speed, you have to go to the device and manually adjust it. Would be nice to be able to adjust the speed as needed from the application, especially if your device is in a hard to reach area. You can’t turn on or off the device either. So, say you wanted to manually control when the device is on or off, you will have to go to the device each time. I was hoping this would be a feature.
Ac infinity has been an innovator in the space since I discovered them almost 3 years ago!!! Continually pursuing quality at a reasonable price, they also stand firmly behind all their products!! I use the controller 69 pro on my IPhone and it works great!! Even controls my grand master LED master 6 Bloom!! I use their tents fans fabric pots and ph probe on certain occasions. Thank you AC infinity and their awesome team!!!

After running into connection issues with my brand new Controller 69+Wifi, I contacted customer support & they were able to fix my issues with a firmware update that was released within a week of receiving my trouble ticket. The controller & app have been running perfectly ever since the firmware update.
Some of the features were buggy at the beginning of the roll out of the app but I haven’t had any such issues in over a year+. No problem restarting either my phone/controller couldn’t fix. Works beautifully now and haven’t had to worry about my plants much since. People say it’s difficult to navigate, but I don’t see the difficulty in connecting a port, selecting the port, selecting a setting to run, adjusting necessary variables, and boom, set and forget.
I recently upgraded from controller 67 to the 69 pro . Unfortunately this controller has repeatedly changed my fan settings in the middle of the night causing massive humidity spikes . It also likes to turn my lights on in the middle of the night even though it is set correctly on the controller for lights to be off . Very disappointed as I loved the 67 controller never gave me issues and never almost cost me a run . This needs to be fixed for this controller to be useful and not potentially cost the customer a harvest .
The new update to the graphs is harder to read and doesn’t look nearly as clean. It would be helpful to be able to group controllers together. So instead of setting up 3 lights to turn on i can just alter the settings for the group. Update: Thank you for taking the time to adjust the graphs. Updated to 4 stars for the actual response and effort.
I’ve been using this app for a while now, powering several different fans, and it has been absolutely flawless. Honestly never even looked at any instructions, it’s very intuitive and easy to figure out. Logs data 24/7 and allows me to control and monitor things while I’m not even home, what more can you ask for?
The app helps dial everything in. Calibrate the sensors easily. Set up schedules. I have 2 fans/exhaust/humidifier set up. With the offset settings you can have gradual curves in your temp/humidity instead of sharp spikes. Also being able to see my info anywhere/anytime makes going away on trips less stressful. Biggest Pro.
I use the app to control my exhaust fan and rotating fan. I find the app great for setting timers or other criteria such as temperature or humidity to turn the system on or off or to different speed settings. I did not purchase other items from AC but find the overall system amazing. Would recommend!
This app and what it lets me do from my phone is a game changer . I have two different set ups with all ac infinity lights , fans , and exhaust fans hooked up to two controller 69 pro + and I can easily control both from the app .The quality of their grow equipment is the best and I’ll only buy ac infinity products for my grow rooms from now on .
This most recent update which I stupidly decided to do at 5am in bed has completely screwed up my system fan now sounds like it’s on level 10 at all times and is blowing no air out of ducting can’t get anything to sync up properly keep in mind this has worked flawlessly up until this point
I am loving the new UI of the app. Most of my growing equipment, I bought from AC infinity it is easier for me to have them set up all in one app. My humidifier, light, circulation and inline fan are all controlled through the app I have never use my controller pro because it is so much easier to program using the app.
A superior quality product and an outstanding customer support team! Being able to monitor my grow while away from home makes life easier. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone interested in indoor growing.
I haven’t grown in a long time and most of it was it was hard to maintained everyday life and watch over a garden. AC Infinity made it easy for me to still be able to watch over my garden and still live life without being so stressed! I am now back in the game and thriving. I appreciate how all products work with each other well.

The new upgraded controller 67 works great. I am able to achieve a steady 80 Degree Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity quite easily. The app is easy to connect to and has a good range across my home. I think appt of reviews here got confused because this app only works on their Bluetooth controllers and not the one that comes included with the t-series cloudiness.
Controller 69 doesn’t come with amazing instructions but I got it figured out, my only improvements I could recommend are changing settings like intensity level from the app and I would like to see a widget that we can add to our Home Screen so we can check extra quickly that everything is in order.
I’ve been running multiple ac infinity products via the app for a couple years now. It was a little glitchy at first, but they’ve since worked out all the bugs I’ve run into and everything runs great. Always have happy healthy plants!
I’m not sure why we need to have location enabled just to connect to WiFi. Is there an explanation to this? Please remove that setting, it doesn’t make sense if the purpose of the wifi connection is to access from anywhere.
Love this app! Works seamlessly with all my AC infinity gear and controller 69 wifi. Sometimes goes out when there is a power outage, but easy to fix back to normal. I cant complain with the products at all. Everything is reliable & customer service is second to none.
Love love love this app. It has been with me through my growing journey, maybe 6 months after I started. There is a learning curve to using it but the more you play with it the more you figure out what works better for your situation. I don’t think I’d be half the grower I am with this app
I should be able to adjust max speeds for each automation mode. The max speed is locked in one setting. I want the fan to run at speed 6 (based on temp) from 7-11, then from 11-3 I want it to automatically switch to speed 3. Currently this is not possible. Hope this can be a feature added soon. Thanks
I downloaded this app a little over 2 months ago and it has operated without a single issue since. It is a very dynamic app that does everything that it promises. Don’t waste your time with others products. You will not be disappointed.
Have used this app for years and it has been essential for controlling my environments. Even when away on vacation I can easily control and adjust everything I need to. Any bugs or errors are always quickly addressed.
After facing some connecting issues with the fist update, I’m glad they patched it up so quickly with 1.5.1, they fixed the Automation issue and improved on the graph with a filter option. All this was done in like a day or two. Have patience guys!
