My job switched over to Mercer marketplace and I wish they wouldn’t have. This app was useful enough when I first downloaded it in the beginning of the year and it recently all of a sudden stopped working. I’m having the same issues as so many other people with logging into my account. It’s as if I just never existed in their system. Still taking money out of my paycheck though. I’ve been trying to email them to rectify this but it’s like playing twenty questions with no actual resolution. Thanks for nothing, guys.
I was having so much trouble with frequent login issues, so much so that I am writing this review just to vent my stress. This the first time I’ve ever done this! Then I see that essentially all users are complaining of the same problems. Obviously there is no motivation to fix it, maybe because we don’t have a choice. We should all figure out a way to put pressure on the appropriate entity to maintain and resolve the issues customer are having with this app!!
Can’t log in and Customer Service is ignorant of how to help
I also can’t log into this Mercer app. But—- I can log in with the same info on my computer though!! How can this not be fixed in 10 months from when I see people starting to complain? I just contacted customer service thinking I had been locked out or had the wrong app and they can’t even tell me which app I should have. Total fumble as a company.
I can access the website on my phone, but not on my computer. And once I’ve re-created my login information yet again, the app says it’s wrong, so I do the account lookup. But it always says I don’t have an account. MM has been difficult to deal with since my company switched to them a few years ago, but this is a new low.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. It started out ok when I first downloaded it because you could set up a pin to access your info. The pin option was removed and I now have the same issue as other users. I cannot get logged in. I went to the website to reset my password just to make sure I had it right and I still cannot get logged in. It’s completely useless!
I’ve been using this app since last year, then suddenly I’m unable to log in. I contacted them, answered all of their questions, and I was able to reset my password through my email. But if I try it through the app, it’s saying the password is wrong. 🤦🏽♀️ I guess I’m going to have to keep going through the email, but what is the point of having the app if you can’t use it?🤷🏽♀️
What is the use of an app if you can’t even login? I’ve regularly had problems with the app and it saving my login info, but now it won’t login at all. I’ve called customer service (zero help) and have logged in online to reset my password there. The concept behind the app is great, but it’s completely pointless without any functionality. Mercer needs to change this...
The system was upgraded and no longer supports the app. It was so convenient to take pics and upload docs that we requested. Basically like all the other healthcare sites can do. I already have the company asking for receipts for claims processed via the card…Ya - good luck with that……
The app and the website are horrible because it’s almost impossible to log in. I save my login info every time but it doesn’t save and I have to reset my password every time i log in. I DO NOT like Mercer Marketplace; it’s terrible and very frustrating to use. Our company used to use Health Equity which was 10 times better.
The other reviews are correct, this app is worthless. Wouldn’t let me get past the first gui screen to setup an account through the app. What’s worse, hard to say if there was a pii data capture on their end or not. This app should be removed from the App Store.
What an awful tool. Works at set-up, but as time passes, they lock down your account access through the app. There are plenty of ways to verify ID after lengthy login gaps, but locking out users shouldn’t be one of them. Hire a programmer to manage this app! It shouldn’t be this hard! Looking at you Gail!
This app does not accept passwords. There is not a place to reset one either, although my password is correct as I have repeatedly checked on the web login. This app may be helpful if it was usable, but I have been trying to get in since November with no luck.
The app is full of issues and is missing basics like Forgot Password. Selecting a tax document to load throws you out of the app. The facial recognition log in stops working every month or so. Yes you can see deposits but not much else functions well.
Same issue as everybody else. My password works on the website but the app says it is invalid and I can’t log in. How long has this been broken without them seeming to care? Does it even work for anybody?
