BEGINNERS

this game is very beginner friendly, with great graphics and frame rate options to support low end devices. even if you are a racing veteran (played Asphalt or something) this game is for sure a must try. i just downloaded it and I loved the tutorial. it guides you around the menu, which is not as confusing as it seems. and the gameplay is quite unique for a racing game. every car has an ultimate/special ability, and there are neat buttons to help give you an advantage while racing. i saw an ad for this game on instagram, and i’m blown away by how little people it’s reached.

Weird loading issues. Love everything else

Okay, where to start…This game is iconic and unimaginably entertaining, basically a whole new twist to existing games like Asphalt 9, but with character customization and unique team races which I don’t ever seem to recall other mobile racing games of this type utilizing. The steering controls are very responsive, even on a low end device and what’s most surprising is the fluidity of the graphics during races. I still experience some lag, but considering how I’m playing this on a low-end 2016 iPad pro, it’s almost expected. There are some weird bugs with the loading screens, though, where sometimes every last detail, like during the victory scene, doesn’t load until 5 seconds or so after the results are posted and it often looks as if my character is floating in the air. The second spot this often happens is in the garage with the same issue of the entire scene jot loading before you enter and my character will often appear sticking partially through the front fender of the car until everything loads and then she’s sitting where she is supposed to be: on top of the fender not in it. There are also significant delays because of this in loading races and such and this often causes me to start late…if this bug is fixed, then it will be here to stay because Ace Racer is something and I will Highly recommend playing it

Good, but could be better

This is a good game, but there are some flaws. 1 Cosmetics. Please make more wraps and rims free to get. This could be through limited events. The main reason I got this game was because of the unique customization, but most of the cosmetics you have to pay for. 2 More Events. Everyone love limited time events and limited vehicles and what not. Include good rewards, but please make them possible to get without having to spend lots of money. 3 Bugs. Some annoying bugs that occur in game are when the mvp is shown after the race. It takes a long time for the full picture to load in and it’s pretty annoying. The same goes for when you first get into a race. It takes a long time for everything to load in, and half of the time I miss the head start. Also sometimes when I’m clicking on something in the menu it doesn’t fully load and I have to leave the game and open it again. 4 please make limited cars like the Infiniti prototype and the Excalibur just a little easier to obtain. I’ve gotten a bunch of draws for those cars, but I only have a single fragment or so of the car. Besides that this a great game overall. Sorry about the long review. -AtomicScythe

Awesome!

This is the most amazing racing game iv ever played on mobile! And the fact it’s controller compatible is even more amazing, i just discovered something very very irritating though. After the first race in career mode, it’s like the level shoot’s up to super pro or something because I can’t complete the track and I have 6 cars that can more than get the job done! But it’s only the second race! It should be like racing a boss! I tried the same race with every car I have even 2rentals with higher rantings and still can’t beat the board. It’s like the tracks longer than the time you have to actually finish the race! Please look into this, but other than that I plan on keeping on this for awhile! It’s like a dragon raja but a racing addition! Great work guys! And the gifting system is amazing as well lol I spent over 30min just opening all my freebies and that’s Dope!

Great Game, Great Graphics, Hard to get upgrade parts

The overall concept of the game is honestly remarkable, and is a bit different from other car games. But one problem I have is it’s pretty difficult to get a lot of parts to upgrade your car to a certain extent. I’m a F2P player and the game hasn’t really been hard to get ahead of, just the concept of getting parts is difficult. Also, I have experienced a bug where I bought 10 pulls and it wouldn’t load and I didn’t receive the items. Which is okay I just find it a little frustrating. Though this may not be a bug just bad internet connection. But the cards I used to spend never got returned. Oh well. The storyline isn’t too pushy and too much which I’m fond of. I’m picky with games and this game has surpassed my expectations and actually meets what it says in its ads.

it's a good game...

but there's some gameplay issues that should be adjusted. nothing major, just like the planter boxes and other obstacles in the coastal storm track, at first play through you'd assume that you'd be able to go through them until your car stops like you just hit a brick wall and in a ranked race, you should have every advantage possible to stay in the top 3, but it doesn't help anything if your car can't whip around them fast enough. another issue that I've noticed, are the more difficult tracks of 4+ stars. i understand they need to be challenging, but in a ranked race with the number of S-curves and U-turns... those cars don't exactly turn on a dime and trying to drift around those turns, just wind up causing more damage to your car impacting your chances of even finishing the race in time.

Mind blowing!!

Id waited for the lunch and when I saw it was globally available, I wanted to have it part of my library till I was ready to try it out and didn’t realize my Wi-Fi had it downloaded in my sleep. Tried it and got hooked!! I must say.. the team actually put in a lot of work! From licensed cars to amazing visuals! Not to mention the expansion of the drift mechanics, turbos and ultimates. The overall design and dynamics from the perspective of a aged player is quite interesting. This beats every other competition out there including Asphalt & NFS racing. This, “Ace Racer” is console standard!..

Exquisite

The game reminds me of drift girls and i love it, i wish the game will implement it’s existing cars from the Chinese version like the bikes and regera but we’ll see. Also please add controller support or at-least a control where i can keep my drift in tact without tapping the directional control button a hundred times, it looks and feels clunky when i try to drift chain when i have to tap it a lot. Overall the game is 10/10 from me.

The quality of the game shows in the engagement of the events. Many new rewards for each event launched to keep us coming back for more. One additional suggestion especially regarding the new track released with the most current event ( and some older ones ). Please improve and audit the performance of the “auto-cruising” capabilities on all tracks if you can. When first launched it worked perfect on all tracks, now… there are issues of delays when turning, getting stuck running into walls, forcing the player to reset, and many times going off of the track (forcing the player to be reset). But even with this problem, it’s still a 5 star game. Thank you.

Has potential to be the best racing mobile game

This game is great mix between asphalt and the other racing game, it has insane and crazy physics like asphalt but a bit cooled down for it to be a bit more realistic, and the graphics and car designs are just amazing, I definitely recommend this game for anyone looking for a bit arcady racing game

I like the race and mechanics of this game it’s really good it’s different and you feel rewarded for your progress on my colors where you feel like you have to dish out hundreds to box which makes you not want to spend this game makes me wanna spend the night because it seems like it’s 100% worth it

Great game but few problems

I love ace racer it’s an amazing game but lately after the server merge I have been having issues with logging in it keeps saying network is busy please try again later every time I try to log in please fix this I still want to keep playing will change back to five stars once it’s fixed

Best racing game ever

I can’t fault the the the game is both a cross of racing and drifting at the same time, the 3 classes of vehicles are awesome and I like how u get different bonuses once u match up correctly. The graphics are awesome, game play is awesome, altogether the game is a perfect 10 trust me. Ohh yea and my opinion is only valid if u are a real racer

This is a very fun game. I like the graphics and everything. It’s a really good game for free. I gave it five star because I love cars and I love very good graphics games so if you’re looking for game that is fun and challenging at the same time and you can drift in this game. It’s a very fun game. I love it like I’m never deleting it ever again.

Fix black screen bug

I wasn’t able to play the game for about 2-5 days bc the black screen just wouldn’t go away. This made me very disappointed in even trying the game, hopefully you fix this is future updates!

Review

The game gives you so much at the beginning, including the draw that makes you want to play more and more. It also doesn’t help that it’s a great game. I’ve played many racing games, mobile, console, but this is one of the best I’ve played.

Fix the servers

I just started this game a few days ago. Played the last of the S1 and everything was fine. Now S2 has started up going now when I race especially in RANK and LICENSE S lagging and getting kicked from races now. This isn’t my Internet either Im on North American server. This is y’all’s sever problem that needs to be fixed. I will be reporting this problem on fb also.

Addicting

Graphic and gameplay are on point. I love it. I must say the option controls are limited and no open world feature but other than that keep it up. Also please add dodge srt challenger demon or cat since they are my fav😘

Exit the game

This is the best racing game for me, but I have a problem with the illusion that the game automatically exits the device completely. For information, I have an iPhone 7, and because of the exit, I took a band from the rating games. I hope to work on solving the problem

Amazing game

Physics are amazing, feels amazing, looks amazing, is amazing. The only problem is that for some reason I am trying to make my character a boy because I am one but for some apparent reason it is staying a girl

Fix this issue

So the game has a timeout system, for example, if you play ranked and your game did not finish loading at a certain time before the race start, the game will kick out of the race, and it will be counted as a loss. So this is the best way for the game to make you lose your winning streak for free? This is really not cool at all

Leveling Up

Good but needs physics

This game has a really cool concept and design, but the physics when driving make it feel less realistic than an arcade racing game. I really hope they are improved because then it will be really good.

Good game

Terrible map

This game is very fun, a huge variety of cars and tracks for you to race on. But there are so many probably with the map in this game that makes it not fun. Some examples are excessive amount of hairpins(Airport runway) or confusing gimmicks(The rainforest map).

Not a terrible game but this developer has abandoned a paid app that no longer works with the newest OS but is still available on the App store so I would not trust them support this app long term.

Ping Issue

Controller Support?

Where’s the controller support? I’ve looked everywhere. If you consider using the D-pad and touch screen at the same time “controller support “ can’t use joysticks or thumb triggers.

Cringe, better stay with Asphalt

Control is trash unless you're a 12 year olds who has only played F2P NFS games on your mom's iPad before. The entire game design is Asphalt 9 rip off with unnecessary character designs and cringe story lines.

Great game marred by terrible servers

I want to love this game. The racing and customization are both great, but the constant server disconnects even on gigabit wifi are just atrocious.
