This is a great system when it works. Many times I have to call for the rep agent to reset my password that is embarrassing when you have checks to deposit. I hope they system get better real soon.

This app looks like an unfinished wireframe and lacks functionality. It was infinitely easier to use the mobile website before the Piedmont required the use of the app. Feature-wise, most of the functions require you to leave the app, and many useful features like alerts when hitting a certain balance have disappeared. The only upgrades are the ability to picture deposit a check and the instant balance feature (would have rated one star if not for these features). Very incomplete. Overall a downgrade from the old mobile site.
Been a member here since I got hired to fly for Piedmont Airlines in 1978. PACU has been accessible and honest ever since. Times change, people and staffing change, but if the name Piedmont is on it, you can take it to the “bank”!😂
Great app, works wonderfully. But is missing some aspects that the website offers like checking messages. Instead of directly emailing me they have there own encrypted internal messaging system on the website that i cannot access from the app.
The upgrades to the Pacu mobile app have been very very helpful. And it’s easier to take the pictures and it just flows much easier for deposits. Nice job by your IT people. Keep up the good work! Dan
The App is always giving a message about experiencing intermittent problems, please check connection and try again. While I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it is still giving me the same results. Can’t access my account from the app over a two week period. Needs better improvement.
I’m visual empire this new system is very confusing to me I can’t pull up my account and it’s very hard for me to see anything I would rather have the old format I have not have access to my account in days could you please help me thank you in advance
This App is a huge disappointment. Very limited functionality. You can’t do any bill payment and the setup and security is a constant problem for login. You MUST use a desktop for many functions. This CU is DECADES behind their competition. Very sad.
