Bad Choice
This might be a good thing except you have to use the app to use the fresheners. All you can do is turn it on and off, replace the bottle or batteries. Everything else has to go through the app. The App is a pain to use. First, it tells you incorrect password even though it is correct. After about 5 tries you finally get into the app. The App sends you a notice that you need to replace the fragrance because it’s empty. But when you check, the bottle is almost full. So you remove it and put it back in and try to reset the app. Good luck with that. You’re told you aren’t in range when you actually are. You turn it off, take the batteries out and then replace them and turn it back on and finally you think you are able to reset the settings. You start and then all of a sudden you get an error message saying you have to be within 30 feet to proceed. Can’t clear that message until you start all over again and then it happens again. I know I was wishing 30 feet. They were sitting right next to me because my arms don’t reach 30 feet. I tried 10 feet, same error, 20 feet same error. I guess I’ll throw these away, delete the App and go buy another brand. Don’t waste your money on these.

Potential
Ok let’s be honest is this the best device no sadly you have to use the app to use the device I would of still liked to simply plug in and press a button but the real trouble is this you have to set a schedule it’s a must to use it if I can’t have a button then give me the option in the app to turn on and have a continuous flow of sent I do like the idea of it helping to save a oil but let’s be real turning it off when u leave can do the same thing and with the app it’s even easier to make that happen if it was an option now the schedule thing I can see where the idea was heading but fell short my biggest problem with this device as a whole is the schedule system when you make one yes it runs but 3 seconds of defusing is not enough sent especially when it’s every 30 minutes within that schedule give me the option at least to change how long it diffuses for or at the least the time intervals this device and current set up is really restrictive this device has real potential it can become really big and a common place in all homes but it needs work that’s why I gave it 3 stars something great has been made here but it needs some growth and lil freedom to the makers y’all got this you have shown us its potential now show us what it can really do!!

I love this
I have been using typical diffusers for a couple years now and always felt that unless you stay home all day everyday, you wasted more product than you got to enjoy. The typical diffuser you had to let it run 8 hours straight and it ran at the preset level you selected for those 8 hour. Unless you went up to it and manually adjusted it. It was always a pain when the batteries went low because that meant you had to replace the batteries and turn it back on to start at the 8 hour block you had it at the time before. Mine always seemed to run dead the last hour of the 8 hour schedule and then I’d have to try to remember to turn it back on...if I was even home. Those are issues of the past now with this new device. I love it and when this Coronavirus lockdown is over and I can get back to work (unfortunately I don’t qualify for unemployment and didn’t get a government check) I’m going to buy 2 more! (Trust me, I felt so guilty buying this one.) I want one in the bedroom and one in my kitchen. Since the app can handle up to 10 devices and up to 10 schedules for each device....count me in!

Terrible App
I have had trouble with this app from the get-go. I don’t normally leave reviews for apps, but my diffuser doesn’t work without it. It doesn’t give information to me when it is empty , the level., the scent, etc. I have had a terrible time getting into the app. It says I have an internet issue, which I don’t. The app isn’t even being supported. It has been eleven months. I have two thirds of a bottle left and can’t use it

Great app
I have just bought a new Airwick air freshener and as of now it works fantastic! The app is very user friendly and I made my account within a few minutes. The app taught me how to set up my tome schedule and how to adjust the intensity of the fragrance. As of now I have experienced very few issues. The first issue I came upon was a user error in which is accidentally was logging in instead of creating an account, luckily for the bright and bold marking I was able to find the place to create an account. Another issue I experienced was while trying to connect. While try to connect I had to get quite close to the device in order for it to connect, while my electronic device was laying next to the air freshener is was still having issues connecting. Thankfully, the app has recommendations on how to correct your problem by simply turning it off and then back on, this worked for me first try. I have had a great experience with the Air Wick Essential Mist Air Freshener! I will send any updates if I experience any new problem.

Horrible App!
I love the essential oil scents, but not enough to deal with this horrific app! Listen Air Wick I’m 48 years old and I know how long you guys have been been around… I also know when I am getting the run around which is what you guys are giving us customers who bought the Bluetooth device. I’m having the same issues that everyone else has complained about on this forum…. “ it worked so it didn’t….”, “app is a nightmare to try to change the schedule”, and so on and so forth. What finally tore it for me was when I bought a new refill a new batteries to put in the device in the app would not allow me to sign in. It kept giving me that “Timed out. Connection error. Please check Internet and try again” garbage when I’m sitting there with every streaming service and device that I have in my home connected to the internet 🛜 …. So that’s not the issue. Do better Air Wick… This is 2024 and I know a company that is worth as much as you can squeak out enough money to fix the bugs in this app!🤨

Diffuser is good but App is complete junk!
The diffuser is nice looking and the oil aroma is nice smelling. The app on the other hand looks nice but is almost worthless and ruins the ability to enjoy the diffuser. It gives you tons of useless options like what mood your in, or where it is in the house, and etc.. which have no effect on how often or how long it diffuses. The only option is to set a timer frame for the diffuser to go off automatically which it barely does even on the high setting and there is no manual button for it to diffuse on demand unless you turn off a time schedule then turn it back on which if you do it too often, gives you a warning message and doesn’t allow you to do it anymore and refers you to some guides on how to properly use the time schedules. I also have to constantly open the app just to reconnect because it’s constantly having issues connecting automatically and I only realize it when I eventually notice that I haven’t seen it go off in a while.

Worse app ever
I’ve had 2 mists for almost 2 years. In the begin I was able to get it setup and scheduled. Things were working great……until they don’t. They “tweek” the app and everything goes crazy. Sometimes you can’t sign in, sometimes can’t update the scent change. Try to change schedule becomes an act of Congress. And of course the best lately… they do something to the app..but don’t acknowledge it. I’ve been in contact with customer service because now I get an error saying the sign in time expired .. immediately after hitting login..(CS is a joke). First it’s reboot wifi and install and reinstall app. That did nothing.. now it’s when, where did I buy the misters..exactly what has that got to do with the app…these people will drag you in until you just throw the darn thing away and give up instead of fixing the app. Shame on airwick.. by now the app should be functioning pretty much flawlessly…

Problems
When I got this, I had no problem with it and I had this for years. I had no problems with it, no problems connecting it to my internet but now, I don’t get all of a sudden, when I login in, it tells my to check my internet connection. I don’t have problems with my internet because that is how I watch tv. What is going on with this? Something needs to be done because I would like to connect my thing to the app. I like that because it shows me how much of the oil is left and when I need to change the battery. Lucky it works, even if it isn’t connected to the app though. I even deleted the app and downloaded it back into my phone. So airwick, works, what is going on, you have good products but this is a little problem.

I was really excited to see that there was a Bluetooth enabled counterpart to my fresheners I had bought previously, so I went and bought 6 of them ( one for my kitchen, one for my livingroom, one for both my bathrooms, and one for my master bedroom and one for my sons bedroom ), so far we have had issues with the battery level not showing correctly ( ie saying it’s full charged and actually being low ) and the level of freshener in the container ( ie saying it’s full when it’s half empty ). Other than that we haven’t had any issues with it actually working ( spraying at intervals during the times it’s supposed to be on ) and staying off during the times it’s not. I would recommend these to a friend or family member as they are great, they just need some of the kinks worked out of them!

Probably the worst made app I’ve ever owned
Do you people not know how to program something as simple as time? What is up with this “the end time for this schedule cannot be before the start time” bs? It is literally impossible to schedule the smell thing to turn on from 11pm to 1am. Beyond that this app is buggy every where else, makes you create a stupid pointless “air wick” account, will randomly just sign you out so you have to log in just to turn on a air freshener, or just crash entirely. If you’re the unfortunate person who just bought this product and are about to download the app, I urge you to stop what your doing, return the stupid air freshener, and just buy a can of febreeze instead. Or literally anything other than an Air Wick®️ product preferably.

Here we go again! Third time
Something’s going on when you select a new cent, select the percentage that is left in the bottle it says Internet timed out. Also, no notifications are working at the moment. Does not tell you if unit is out. It is stuck on the same level for the last month. Most likely a compatibility issue with iOS updates on iPhone. If you’re having the same thing, write a review so there is more negative reviews. The more negative reviews the faster they fix the problem. last time I contacted Air Wick directly they usually are observing reviews of the app for problems. Please Airwick developers fix this problem and monitor. To make sure it works. Before there is another compatibility issue. For iPhone updates. Thanks!

Hate the app
I’ve had this device for about 2 years now and when I got it at first it was very easy to use and was loving it but after a little while it kicked me out of my account and my diffuser stopped working I tried login in and resetting password so many times but it didn’t work… I kinda forgot about the whole situation and today I wanted to start using it again, well as soon as I downloaded the app and tried my first attempt to login it gave me a message that I already had 5 failed attempts to login and wait 5 minutes, I wated and when I went back in to try and reset the password it gave me the same message. Honestly I feel like i just wated my money since I’ve got quite a couple of refills I hadn’t used yet….

Problems getting app to work
Bought the Bluetooth one. Set one up and it worked. However, next day when other one came I tried to add it. App kept telling me it was timed out check internet connection. Checked it my internet works fine. Call air wick support. Basically told turn off phone, turn it back on and reinstall app. Even went to Att to reset iPhone. App still has message. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, or do I have to take all this crap back. Is a good product but it is only a paperweight if your app don’t work. Please provide a solution to fix. Large majority have same issue and all u come up with is call support. Why don’t u include how to fix it. Getting in contact with ur team is a pain

Worthless
First off I have 4 total diffusers, 3 of the standard ones and 1 of the Bluetooth version. The standard versions worked so well that when I saw the Bluetooth version, I got excited what a letdown. I was hoping to be able to have the diffuser run more often. I have no problem buying more oils if it makes everything smell better. The app never works, between connection times out not in range or just not working in general, the ability to get the diffuser to do what you want isn’t really there. Numerous times the app says I need to change the refill or batteries are low or various other things that aren’t accurate. Either way I will be tossing my Bluetooth one and just using the regular ones.

Poor design and function
In the app you cannot type your own room description. You can other, but it actually shows as other. All available scents are not listed in the app so I chose one that I am not using. I am actually using coconut pineapple. When selecting any option under the discover tab, all of the pages are blank and do lot load any information. The Buy Mow page also does not load and is blank. In settings, the Do Not Sell My Information page is blank. I opened it in my browser, because this was important to me. You are then unable to submit your do not sell request unless you check you live in California. So I did. Wow, did a fifth grade coser write this app?! This app is a very poor face of the company.

Great product
I have used different products such as sprays and oil diffusers. This is the best product I have used. I love the way you can track the level of the oil in the app. You can also change the intensity and program the time when it sprays. It will even assist you in ordering the oil when low. I'm not that high speed, especially when Walmart is almost within walking distance. But I highly recommend this product.

What a waste of money this thing was. You can’t use the thing unless you use the app and the app doesn’t let you be able to turn on the thing on demand you’re forced to be on a stupid schedule and if you turn that schedule on and off a few times a message pops up saying “we’ve noticed the on/off schedule has changed multiple times” and it won’t let you turn it off after that you’re forced to delete the schedule and make a new one. Not to mention there’s no option for a continuous mist either it only runs for about 5-8 seconds at 30 minute intervals. Don’t waste your money on this product if you’ve already bought it return it for a non Bluetooth one.

Fix it already!
Is it really that difficult to make this app working properly for at least a few days?! I can’t login using any of the options for days now. Facebook says “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” When exactly is that going to happen? Meanwhile, you’re still selling this thing that DOESN’T WORK! I’m going to start working on a petition to get as many people as possible to ask for refunds. This is totally disrespectful towards your customers, your product and your name! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Bought mine in the beginning of spring and now it does not work. Always says connecting to WiFi and never does. Glad they stop selling them but, I am out $20 and had to buy the one that only works for 16 hours(cheap plastic made). I need something more Air Wick. Plus, your refills are outrageous priced. I remember when a 2 pack was $2.49 and then you Covid gouged us all and shrink-flation. And you all lie about it lasting 45 to 60 days. Someone need to take that to the government and a lawyer for false advertising. They last barely 28 days. And your new warmers with the button on them are a joke as well. Glad I dumped these and went to Glade and Febreeze.

Very frustrating!
In order to use the diffuser you have to use the app. Now that we have that squared away. THE APP IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I’ve tried to log in several different times, but to no avail. First, it told me my credentials were wrong (I know they weren’t) so I selected forgot password and received a temporary password that didn’t work either even though I tried within the hour timeframe provided. Now it is telling me my internet connection has timed out when using both WiFi and my mobile data. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but nothing. I didn’t spend all this money to not be able to use the product. Very disappointed to say the least!

Help
The link you sent to my email doesn’t Load nothing it’s a bad link. So now I can’t even use the diffuser I bought today and was excited. Ive tried two emails got the register link and click “click here” and it loads to a blank page!! Please get this fixed I would like to use this diffuser otherwise I’m taking it back and getting my money back. There is no where to go for help but here. I’m disappointed.

Very restrictive!!!
All I want to do is turn on the diffuser from time to time. However, the app won't let you turn on the diffuser, without first creating a schedule. Then it will only diffuse at certain intervals, like every thirty minutes. I just want a diffuser that I can turn on and off. I'm returning this to the store and buying a diffuser that doesn't limit when it will actually disuse, and doesn't make me open an app, create a schedule, and give me errors if there is already an existing schedule. This would have been so much better off there was simply an 'on' switch, or I could select 'turn on for thirty minutes'.

Such an innovation!
I like the whole idea of the product. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate! The only thing I miss about the product is a simple button “on” that could easily let me turn on the device besides the schedules. It would be also great if I can turn on my diffuser from the device level, without a need to use the phone.

Absolutely pointless
So you are supposed to get this device that you can control and tune with your phone... great idea, just executed terribly App logs you out every time you close it, you cannot do more then schedules, but each time I log back in I need to add same device, there is settings for intensity but for some unexplained reason it doesn’t work.. the only thing you can do is take refill fragrance out of the defuser and smell it occasionally, it actually smells rather well!!! My advice, take this defuser and use it as door stopper or just throw it in garbage can, delete an app and go back to old, better good simple defuser...

The Design is beautiful, but the app…
I love the way this diffuser looks in my living room. I’ve figured out a way to make my diffuser run all day (morning 12am-11:59a, midday 12pm-4:59p, evening 5pm-11:59pm)…but why did you make that option so tedious to do?! The only issue that I’m having is that the app keeps alerting me that I need a refill but my bottle is full. I keep resetting it as though I’ve put a new refill in, but something isn’t communicating correctly

Blue tooth?
So the only way to adjust this thing is through the blue tooth app. But there are no instructions on how to connect it, it just says download the app. But you have to be emailed by air wick in order to set up the app, it would have been nice if they emailed back in a timely manner. Don’t buy this if you need to use it within the next few days after buying it. It’s been 3 days and still waiting for my email. And yes, I deleted and re downloaded the app and attempted to create my profile multiple times in cases I typed in the wrong email address.

Too many technical issues
I wanted to love this because of the app and scheduling options, however, my app constantly logs me out and doesn’t connect to the diffuser/device. And when it is connected, it’s typically off on reading how much product is left in the diffuser as well as the battery life. The different scents smell amazing but until they fix the technical issues, it’s not worth buying more for the rest of my house.

Terrible App
Great idea, Bluetooth. The app is a big let down, I expected the app to have more options. Such as being able to manually have it mist through the app, select the amount of mist cycles per hour, indicator within the app showing mister is working properly. What fragrance do you select if the fragrances you have are not listed in the app, example: pumpkin and other seasonal fragrances. Does any one know how the selection of “Mood” effects the mister functions. I was not able to locate any information concerning, moods. I expected the Bluetooth capability to have more options than basically scheduling days and times. Perhaps add WiFi capability also. You have a good idea but needs upgrade to keep sales going. Great Scent & Easy Set Up
I found the set up of the device to be fast and simple to do. I set the times I wanted the scent to be released and it was good to go. I had the “Happiness” scent and it was the best smelling air freshener I’ve ever tried. The mist is really light and calming to watch. Now that my scent is all used I am going to try to the other ones available.

Please create timer functionality
The app is functional and easy to use, but I don’t like that they didn’t include an option to simply turn the freshener on and let it run. ALL use of the unit has to be part of a pre-determined schedule. It would have been nice if they had worked a timer function into the app, so that you could activate the freshener immediately and have it turn off after a set time frame.

Not Working
The app isn’t working and I wouldn’t recommend buying the diffuser because it’s expensive for something that doesn’t work. Outside of the app not working the diffuser isn’t working. I need to stuff paper underneath the bottle in order for it to work & still doesn’t work well. Plus your spending additional money on batteries. You need a rechargeable undated version that works with a functioning app. Another company that has you waste your money on products that a subpar.

Great App. Easy to use and customize
This app is great. I can specify what hours I want to have the fragrance released and change the intensity all from the app instead of having to go to the device and change it manually. Would recommend 100% don’t believe the other reviews on here. It’s a great app.

Air wick essential mist
I love my Airwick essential mist, I have several! One that works with the Bluetooth and several of the other ones that doesn’t work with Bluetooth! They work very well, I would recommend them to everyone! The other ones that don’t work on Bluetooth are black and very pretty!

This app is getting worse
I started with a schedule for all my devices. Then there was a problem logging in with the same password. Problems with resetting the password, then each device has to keep getting rescheduled as it shows “ not connected” right after connecting and going into the next device. This is more complicated than need be and it needs an overhaul and UAT before rolling out to the public. Urghhhh!

Horrible app
The fact that you have to use your phone to use the air freshener is ridiculous. The fact that your phone has to be 30 feet of the air freshener for the stupid air freshener to work, is ridiculous. Whoever thought that this was a good idea, needs to be slapped in the throat. Idiot! This was a waste of money, I should have just bought the regular device. Please save your money. As a matter of fact, return this stupid device. I wish I could give this no stars because that’s how much this crap is worth.

Connection Timeout
The app was working fine until now. It’s still connected via Bluetooth, however, the app won’t log in. I opened the app and it prompted me to sign back in. Fine, I enter everything correctly and get “Connection timeout. Please check your internet connection and try again. Well, my internet connection is completely fine. I tried to do a password reset and same message. Now I’m not able to login to the app and it’s completely useless until the app works again!!!!!!!!

Horrible app
This app needs a lot of work when login in is an issue. You have to log in every single time you use it and will probably have to reset your password just as many times. To be honest it’s useless. You can’t even control the device like having it spray when you want. So I will be going back to old version where it sprays on its own.

I honestly like the one without Bluetooth. The app won’t let me login anymore. No matter which platform I try to use it’s incorrect. The sprayer, mist thing, whatever you wanna call it, doesn’t last long at all. It dies quick and I just put new batteries in. It works for maybe a day or so and then back to messing with it again. Very disappointed.

Connection timeout
I have contacted customer service, and no matter what I do, I get an error message “connection time out.” I have removed the app and redownloaded it multiple times, tried with and without multiple WiFi connections, and continue to get the same error message. I have two air wick devices that are inoperable without the app, and 20 refills I can’t use since the app will not work. Very disappointing.

Hit or Miss
This app is great when it’s working. Bluetooth is hit or miss and while it will tell you halfway through you’re freshener that you need a refill (NO YOU DONT) it will not tell you when the cheap batteries included with the kit are dead after 2 weeks. So it really depends on what you desire out of your Airwick app.

Absolutely love this
This is great! The app is pretty easy to navigate through. I like the fact that I can set the time I want my diffuser to operate at. The app also notifies me when it’s time to buy a refill and when the batteries are getting low!

I loved the concept of being able to hook up my phone to the diffuser and set a schedule. The store did not carry the Bluetooth diffuser, so I had to wait on a shipment. When it arrived, I downloaded the recommended app. The app will not open; it immediately crashes. The diffuser will not work unless it is connected to the app. In short, I now own a piece of junk that I have to ship back to return.

Won’t connect
Right when I got it it was working fine but I updated the app and it started to disconnect itself from the device every time and when I try to. It says I don’t have connection even though it’s connected to Wi-Fi...when it disconnects every time I try to connect it but ill disconnects itself after a few seconds had to change soo many batteries after another because i don’t know whats the problem

App doesn’t work
Downloaded the app after buying the product and it won’t even allow me to sign in. I feel like I got scammed into a bad service. I’ve tried creating a new login and signing up through google or Apple but it doesn’t allow me to. Honestly a waste of money and not a product id recommend to anyone. Just stick to the basic non-Bluetooth ones

Can't Login Anymore
I can no longer log into the AirWick app. It claims "incorrect password." If I attempt to reset the password using their "Forgot Password" link, it produces a "Connection timeout" error. I tried to submit a support request on their website, but their support request form doesn't even work. It throws a "field can't be empty" error, even when all the fields have been filled.
