Bad Customer Support | Don’t use if you are in the US
The ability to use this app is restricted for users in the US, basically USDC is a form of digital currency, if you try withdraw money using a P2P and you are in the US you won’t be able too. The only way to communicate with support is via email, I spoke with Thomas Subero and he tried to somewhat assist me until he got tired. Please do not use this app as any money you have in there will be stuck. I found a solution but not sure for how long, use the app Vibrant and from there withdraw your money from AirTM, paste the digital address provided in Vibrant and there is no memo to be added. Add that information to the withdrawal in the AirTM app. This will transfer the amount from AirTM to vibrant from vibrant you can use the crypto to buy gift cards and at the very least use the money. Hope, this helps someone. Overall, terrible platform for US users and should be banned from the App Store in the US.
I’ve been trying to verify my identity on their site for over an hour. Their directions say to email your documents to their support email for mental review, but when you do that they respond clueless saying they need to you go through the same process that doesn’t work and refuse to do a manual review. Idk if you want to trust these people who don’t seem to understand English or have a working procedure to verify your account with access to your bank account but good luck if so!
Unless you have knowledge of using Stellar USDC and/or don’t care if you lose money, do not use AirTM. I had some successful P2P transfers then without any notice or warning I was told I had to use direct transfers via Stellar. I have money in my account that I can’t access and explained this to support asking them to reverse the deposit. They said they couldn’t and we’re sorry that I felt they have shady practices. 🤷🏽♀️
I have had the app for about to weeks now. I had someone transfer me money and now I would like to withdraw it. However, there is no way to withdraw your money. They say they are working on fixing the issues but it has been almost 2 weeks and no solutions yet. Would recommend finding a system that doesn’t steel your funds.
AirTM has held my funds hostage for 3 months. They say the only way to withdraw my funds is to use MoonPay but every time I create a MoonPay account, the account is locked and I cannot transfer my funds from AirTM. I’ve reached out multiple times to AirTM and MoonPay about this and have had no help, AirTm just tells me to contact MoonPay and MoonPay hasn’t responded to my multiple emails, live chats or calls. Don’t trust these guys.
The app is great , but it needs to have the p2p option again for cashapp , etc . I have been struggling to get my money every since that option has been disabled .
I’ve tried every payment method to withdraw they’re all saying I’m restricted from using them. Don’t make the mistake of depositing you will not get your money out. I’m reporting this app to Apple immediately believe the other reviews this app is a scam!!
I love what AirTM has done for me so far. I use the app a lot… and the issue is it doesn’t remember my credentials, I have input my credentials every time I open the app. They should just adopt Face ID like the vast majority of apps that offer a login feature.
The app is good at first but later it’d will start rubbish bringing verification and True you , you will apply for verification and they won’t accept it and hold your Money trying to contact their support team they won’t reply my advice is to stay away
Literally cannot withdrawal to anything. I’ve added gpay, Apple Pay, bank account, debit card, tried to crypto withdrawl… it’s unusable as nothing populates past selecting which method I want to use. I am verified and approved. It still get screwed.
Since p2p transactions are not allowed for US accounts all the money that you add to your account will be pretty much lost. They will be happy to steal your money and close your account.
I believe the app is made to defraud customers,don’t download this application it doesn’t work at all. They would only receive your money and hold onto it like it’s intentional.
I haven't had access to my money in over a month. Communication through representatives via email is horrible and not helpful at all. The APP shouldn't be available in the United States.
Airtm can restrict your account and money with no reason! Keeps your money and you can’t do any transactions! The worse part is that you support doesn’t work so is a complete ripoff!!!
The app is extremely terrible and I am experiencing difficulties in withdrawing my funds. The customer service is completely unhelpful and cannot assist me in any manner.
deposited a significant amount of money into airtm via a third party… only to find out there are zero withdraw options available to me (despite it being advertised that there are 500+). support has been unhelpful and will not return my money.
Es una de las mejores apps P2P para realizar retiros y agotar fondos de inumerables plataformas, con métodos de pago y retiro de todo tipos, AirTm lo recomiendo muchísimo, y muy seguro, aunque las comisiones sean algo caras pero aún así la seguridad y eficacia lo compensan
Si aprobaran los métodos de pago para cajeros más eficientemente fuera mejor. Por ejemplo yo soy Venezolano de lógica que deberían aprobar los métodos de pago correspondientes a la Ciudadanía del cajero primero y luego los demás. Así sería de mejor provecho para la aplicación. Y por supuesto un mejor desempeño del cajero.
De verdad cada vez actualizan la aplicación y salen errores nuevos, quitaron lo de copiar y pegar en los correos de paypal, no se puede confirmar las paypal Premium, después que confirmas no deja acceder al chat y no se puede calificar es horrible trabajar desde la aplicación
