This is way better than the old app. Few suggestions that will make the app 5-stars: 1- Try to speed it up by reducing unnecessary animations. 2- Allow us to replace lost or damaged cards without contacting support 3- I requested a credit card but it doesn’t show up in the app; it would be good if the user can manage their credit card through the app (change credit limit, freeze the card, allow/disable international/online payments etc.) 4- Allow us to request multiple cards similar to all banks
While the idea is great, the UX/UI is extremely poor. The workflow seems to not have been tested and there are so many bugs. Examples: - Adding a child account requires 2 business days to verify IDs, then when approved, it asks u to upload birth certificates, which in turn take 2 business days! Why don’t they ask for all documents to verify in one go?! - After I receive a text that they’ve been verified, I log on the app and it says still pending verification. - The first child I added, the process had a bug that it’s been over two weeks and it’s still not resolved. They called to tell me to wait for the next update. Meanwhile he can’t use his account which actually has funds in it. - Aside from the major showstopper issues above, there are multiple bugs that cause the app to crash. In summary, the idea is great, but the app is extremely poor and the developers need to work very hard to optimize process and fix UX/UI.
Their core service for children is terrible and extremely slow. I sent my child’s verification documents more than a month ago with follow ups and the account is still not opened!! The digital card for my child is not working and they don’t even know why…!
The old app was great but this one isn't. A banking app should be reliable but this one keeps not working and showing an error message especially as I have a lot of funds on my hilial account and right now doing business in the United States and need to manage my bank account while I'm here, but it keeps showing error messages even when I was back home. I think I'll leave hilial bank and chose ADIB or another bank with a more reliable app especially if you funds of 1 mil+ If I could attach a picture of the error I would
Many issues with the app, adding beneficiaries fails always, the chat is bad, getting an IBAN letter is not possible. Applying for a 2nd credit card is not possible. Horrible experience

التطبيق بطيء جداً وغير عملي وكل ما أردت أن أحدث بيانات الهوية تظهر لي رسالة عدم اكتمال التحديث بسبب وجود خلل. التطبيق القديم كان أسرع وأكثر راحة بالاستخدام.
