I am very excited about this new update. It has features I’ve been wanting for a while (e.g., linked accounts, eStatements, etc.). I hear mobile check deposit is coming soon and that will be such a win. Plus it looks amazing! This is a step in an excellent direction.
This app is so easy to use! I love having my balances right at my fingertips. The features of this app makes my everyday life so easy. I’m able set up payments, recurring transactions, it’s easy to transfer funds, set up automatic utility payments, and there is also a budgeting tool available to use. There are also other features such as mobile deposit where you can deposit checks without going to a branch. The E-One digital app helps cut down a lot of my traveling because I am able to review all of my information online. You won’t regret downloading this app!
There have been so many upgrades to the app and it’s been so easy for me to be able to bank, even though I’m not super close to a branch location. I love the ease of use, the ability to set alerts for myself, making my deposits mobile, and the helpful financial widgets to help with budgeting. Alabama ONE’s upgrades make my banking so much easier!
I have used MANY banking apps, this is the easiest to navigate and it has the most features to help you in the app. This app not only allows you to transfer money but you can pay bills, connect your other accounts and basically anything else you need!! I definitely recommend this app!!
This app is so user friendly! By far my favorite app in comparison with other financial institutions. I love the mobile check deposit feature as well as the ability to easily view transaction history that has processed on my accounts. I would recommend this app to anyone.
I love having everything in one spot and not having to click through the entire app to look at what i need to. I like be able to view my loan on the front page with my account so if I have any extra money before the next pay day, I can apply it to my loan. Great app!!

I really like the feature that allows external transfers. You can also link your accounts from other places to create a budget, payoff debts, and create a financial plan. You can mobile deposit and set up bill pay as well. This is app is very functional.
This app is very well detailed and so easy to use. With all of the tools and resources this app offers you couldn’t ask for anything better, I especially love the fact that I can link my outside accounts and monitor them all in one place.
The app has had many improvements over the last few years. Being able to make loan payments, make transfers and even send chats directly to an agent has vastly improved Alabama ONE relationship with the public.

This is awesome app. So user friendly. Love the click switch to set up automatic deposits and withdrawals. Use the bill pay for all of my bills. Transferring between accounts is so simple. I love that I have my balances always available.

Moved up two stars. Still needs mobile check deposit and the interface still could use a little tweaking. For instance, the print is WAY too large when accessing recent transactions. A lot of scrolling is necessary to get just a little info on transactions. More info in a tighter space please. Thanks!
Easy to schedule external transfers, make check deposits, and see check images. Navigation is logical and activity center lets me see all my transfers and payment activity.

The app is so easy to use and has everything necessary to bank easily! There is even a process of adding your direct deposit and automatic payment! It’s called ClickSwitch!
The people answer the phones need some customer service work instead of jumping to a conclusion Liston to what the customer has to say before opening your mouth for one it’s rude for two they didn’t even answer my question and I’m not even going to bother to get one I just move to Atlanta and may be looking for another bank thanks to your customer service representative...... disappointed.....

When I think of using an app I think of a few things such as: ~Convenience ~ User friendly ~Fast ~ Peace of mind Those four benefits are important to me. I not only get one, but all four of the benefits in my Alabama One app. The app is universal to where I can send messages if I have any questions and get a response as well. Don’t waste your time with this app if you are looking to pay your payment from the app with a external account. I’ve contacted them several times and everyone says it works…. But, it doesn’t. Accounts are linked and verified but won’t let me transfer funds. Worthless app.
Can not sign in using biometrics or the app will crash every time. Went in to the fingerprint setup menu and deleted the previous one, tried to create a new one and it crashes every time. Deleted the app, reinstalled and same result. Using ios 12.2
I am trying to link my checking account to my account on here, and it’s makes me agree to a blank terms and conditions with literally no words on it. Then it made me sit on a never ending loading screen.
