I am unable to use the mobile deposit page on mobile teller. I have spoken to some very nice people and they were unable to help me. He told me to delete the app and re-download it which I did. I’ve rebooted my phone multiple times still the only page in the entire mobile teller that does not respond is the deposit page mobile deposit, page. I am unable to move the page up or down, or access the picture taking part of the page.I am unable to deposit checks remotely
AMHFCU’s previous app was about 10 years out of date. The desktop website still is. At least this new app is a bit more modern feeling and seems to work well. It’s too bad the credit Union has no way to issue an ACH transfer _into_ your account from an external source, only out. (Or maybe it’s vice versa. Point is it doesn’t go both ways. Like my Alliant CU account does. With no fees, and better interest! With free ATM reimbursement!)
Not sure if it’s the actual credit union or the app but when I make purchases they are immediately withdrawn from my account however the union or app will 9 out of 10 times sit on it saying it’s not paid even though vendor confirms payment made and it seems to do it around my automatic payments so if by any chance one of the minor $10 payments has a chance to make my account overdrawn it does. Then like a miracle all held payments are paid so that I can get changed fees for OD payments. Even though there’s a deposit made they sit on that to just incur OD fees. They’ve sat on a $7.81 subscription for 10 days for no reason son this app gives soft totals
I remember the older version of this app. Let’s just say this is a major update from before. This system is much better, and more option to do things mobile are here also. Finally AMHFCU is keeping up with other banking mobile systems.
This app is so much more in date compared to the previous American Heritage app. I do love it and all the features, however I do wish that the current balance was big and bold as opposed to the available credit/available balance. Sometimes I look at the available balance/credit and assume that’s what is owed, because a lot of banking apps emphasize what is owed—not what is available.
I just visited American heritage as I had a problem that needed investigating. Jordan, the agent helping me, couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, understanding, patient with me! It took awhile but he stayed right with me through it all! He’s one of the reasons I love American heritage! Thank you again Jordan! Only the very best to you!
I’m happy to use the mobile app. I use it so often very easy to navigate. Access to your account immediately . You don’t have to wait online with 40 people ahead of you. Highly recommend this app.
Overall I enjoy the app- I think it’s gonna take some getting use to but that’s just bc it’s something new. One thing that really bothers me is that it doesn’t show the date a check will be deposited when it’s on hold and just says “pending.” That makes it really hard for me to plan for purchases/payments when I’m not sure when my money will actually be available to me.
App is very much improved, thank you for listening! The icon for the app is the same as the AMH Video Advisor app, except for the writing on it. Side by side on a phone it is hard to tell them apart. Please consider changing the color from blue to maroon on one of them. Also the written name below the one on the icon is squished so badly - consider changing to “AMH MT”.
I love this app, from the fico score, enotices’s , transfer, detailed information and the the ability to make deposits etc makes this the most user friendly mechanism I’ve seen in a long time. Thumbs down! 👍🏾
I love the convenience of this App; I do most of my transfers from it and if there is any problem, I just make a call and it is resolved over the phone! The staff at my local branch (Summit Trace) is exceptional and I love the fact that they actually know my name! Just love this CU!
Such a huge improvement compared to the previous app! Face ID capable and quick to load. All of my data is organized very well and the app is easy to navigate.
This app is so much better, it doesn’t freeze up like the old one did. I like that the fico score is available account summary screen. Right now I haven’t experienced any problems.
If I make a transfer on the app to my checking account while out, those transferred funds are not readily available. America Heritage records the transfer but that money is not available on the app.
Ever since American Heritage created a new and updated app, I have not had any issues. I appreciate that you can use Face ID and everything is accessible.
The welcoming to become a member was amazing everyone had wonder smiles very professional and friendly the number one bank I’ve banked with in a long time I highly recommend American Heritage Credit Union Bank.
This new app is so much more intuitive and user friendly than the prior version! Love and am so thankful for the upgrade! It was literally my only gripe about the CU…and it has been corrected. Thank you!
This bank was introduced to me from my mother as a child. When i became a business man as an adult and want to open an account my mother advised against it. Her along with others. This has been by far the worst banking relationship I had. In person or on the app. If you deal with large quantities of money this is not the bank i recommend. Go to Navey Federal or police and fire and save the headache. Thank me later.
I can’t use the e-check deposit, otherwise I’d the the app 5-stars! I called and they said I need to update the app, but the app is fully updated. It’s very frustrating to not be able to find a solution to this as I rely on the e-deposit system. Otherwise great app, but frustrating to not find a solution to a service I used every week on the last app.
Welcome to 2022! New app is crisper and sharper. I haven’t done much yet because I only downloaded it today. However, I can tell it’s already better than what we had before. Brava!!👏🏻
I’m not surprised that AMHFCU has gone above and beyond for their members! It’s why I’ve been with you for nearly 30 years. The app is AWESOME. You never fail at doing a great job for us.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and I still can’t get into my account. I did call Member Services and they reset my password at least 3 times and nothing worked. I’m able to log into my account using Chrome and Safari. Maybe I’ll reinstall the app after about 2 days.
Need to be quicker with the whole purchasing process ; when I buy some and it automatically takes away money it should tell me how much I have left immediately.
You cannot check your account. The bank is closed. I try to enter my password and it says it doesn’t work. I needed to check my account balance and I couldn’t. What is the point of having a bank where you can’t check your balance. Fix this asap
So I keep receiving e-notices telling me to upgrade to the new American Heritage app however I have the new upgrade app. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it and still receiving the same alerts which at this point is super annoying.
The app allows you to check your balance and transfer between accounts. But that’s about it. They really need to add features, like setting up automatic payments, bill pay, and stuff like that.
The app Is fairly easy to navigate until I wanted 12/23 statement! The previous time I needed the statement, i I accessed it easily but now there nothing was there to see!
