Our agency is so glad to be able to use AMS on our mobile devices. Being able to perform comprehensive searches is great. The fact that we are able to view certificates and attach them to Outlook emails is fantastic, but we’re really hoping to see an update that will allow us to edit/create certificates! I’m sure this isn’t a super easy task and don’t want to make light of the hard work that Vertifore has put into the app, but the ability to create certificates would be huge for us!
I have downloaded this app in the past. Thought I would give it another go in 2020, can’t even get past the log in screen. “Sorry something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.” On IPhone with latest update. Wish Vertafore would roll out ios compatible software like they said they would years ago for those of us who prefer Mac. UPDATE: developer response was right on. For the first time I have access to some very useful features from ams360 on my iphone (latest ios) thank you for responding! So far everything in the interface seems to be working well. I can get client and policy info on the fly. Ive had a few “connection” errors but it’s seriously an improvement. Now, for the big ask.. why can’t I use ams360 single sign on in chrome using my Macpro (or any desktop mac)?? If Vertafore would follow through with a mac compatible version of their software instead of just an IOS app we’d really be cooking. I’ve been waiting for three longs years for this roll out so I don't have to use windows parallels (yuck) or switch back and forth between the two daily. BUT THE APP WORKS! And kudos to everyone who worked to make that happen It will help my workflow so much. Thanks!
If you have not looked at this app in a year or so ... and use AMS - do it. The ipad version is to the point - I could go on vacation with just my ipad and be ok. Vertafore - What happened to adding documents or photos to activities? This limits my ability to add documents, pictures for inspections etc .. or scanned documents while in the field. Please add that back. Update 2021 If I change the filter for a category example todo. It resets to all each time I log in. Why can the setting not save ?
I like the new look and feel. Lots of info at your fingertips. I’m missing something though. Seems like there should be a quick way to add a suspense without going into a customer first though? We want our people to have a single source of tasks. Seems like there should be an add a suspense button but all I see if add a customer?
I love the app. My only recommendation is to have the functionality to delete “Pending Cancellation” cases from our end -especially accounts that cancelled long ago. Otherwise excellent product!
I cannot create certificates. I cannot even see invoices. There are so many things this application can’t do, other than remind me how much Vertafore charges for their software and then promptlly can’t deliver, that I am deleting this version of AMS360 from my devices.
Such an awesome and monumental leap forward! The app is incredible, especially so early in its public life. Some cool must haves: - User defined View Options - I'd love to be able to default to only seeing active policies. - The ability to save login credentials - I understand that this is YOUR app (instead of users using IE) and you take on some sort of liability, but I (along with most agents that use AMS360 online) are used to having IE store our credentials and not have to re-enter our password each time. I'd imagine no one would have an issue with your amending your TOS to reference that. ...on a similar note... - Touch ID - The API is available, jump on it! No reason not to!
I love this app. It empowers me to answer most quick reference questions for my clients, I can send COI's and ID cards, and check on open to-do's on the fly. Every engaged producer will benefit by adopting field use of this vital client care tool. Ad it just keeps getting better. Great job team Vertafore!
