I would give it 5 stars for the amount of convenience it provides with instantaneous transfers between accounts and live balance updates, which is amazing for my business needs. However, it seems the app shuts down with the banks because I can never seem to access it at night or especially on the weekends. My accounts don’t load and when I try to login via the website instead, I get error message after error message.
I love the features that the new app provides. It’s well organized and also has a more attractive up to date set up. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I do miss the two main features the old app offered. 1st is that it updated very frequently and gave me the most current/available balance every time I used my card or account. I could really rely on the old app to give me up to date information fast. The new app doesn’t seem to do that. Currently I have made a purchase and deposited money which shows in recent activity but doesn’t update my balance accordingly. 2nd I miss the feature that was in the old app where every time I spent money or deposited it, the app would give me a total for each addition or deduction just below the transaction to allow me to see how my balance got to where it is. I miss that feature. Other than that the app is very useful.
ABB has really gone out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and informed about switching to their bank. The staff is always warm and welcoming, they are helpful and straightforward, and care about how we are doing overall. We are very happy.
If I could give 0 stars I would! When I first got the app it work so well, but now that I’ve had it on my phone for some months it will not allow me into the app. There is no way for me to see my account balance and anything of that sort, which is a huge disappointment because that is something I need to see daily. I hope that the bugs on this app can get fixed, seems that others are having the same problem as well. Considering transferring to another bank if this issue continues to happen.
This bank is more than I could ask for a bank from the cashiers to the officers. I am truly enjoying this bank. Congratulations on being number one in my book.
Love the app I just wish it had immediate response to transactions so like when y’all are closed for the weekend my Mobile app doesn’t update or process transactions until the following Monday.
I don’t know how many times I have to continuously take and retake photos of checks to make a deposit. Even though I all wrote “for mobile deposit only”. Please fix!
It says online that zelle is already included within the ABB app and I’ve yet to find it also, The transactions shouldn’t pend over the weekend just because the bank is closed. No other bank to my knowledge has this pending over the weekend problem
It’s been at least four consecutive months and I cannot use this app to pay this person. The full $2075. You’re making me pay her in three installments and then charging me two dollars for each payment. I need to be in reimbursed for that I was told that she would fix it and it has not been fixed.
Every time I try to look at my account it logs me out and I have a hard time logging back on … I have to go to the bank and have my account rest at least two times a week sometimes. I just don’t understand bc when I first got this app it worked to good ! Now that I’ve had it for a couple of years it’s wanting to mess up ….
Love the bank. The APP is buggy though. Slow to load and often won’t load accounts or won’t load at all. When it works, it’s very nice, allowing to view accounts and transfer from one to another.
Finally frustrated enough to close account. As 1) pin id on imac became useless. Think support by phone with bad connection mentioned a hack and maybe that was why that happened on my imac. Forget password sends email with link. Link ask for user ID and tells you reset to original pin Id. And a security question. I am what original pin? Support today said it is the last 4 digest of SS. No where in reset email does it ever say use it. Forget pin or password to me means forgot forgot forgot though not true with tge login via web or app. As app I had one pin and another on the imac. Because appears that a new device you might be forced to call support to get logged in. Support today gave me a long set of numbers to use as a pin Id to get in with my user id. I did get logged in. Managed to change my pin id aka password. Hang up with support. On web browser safari where I finally got in; clicked bill pay where I had set up some stuff prior. Nothing came up. Only bank balance was I allowed to see but no business. Useless ultimate at this time online banking. As locked out from app after attempts to reset pin thinking it meant I could add a new pin id aka password but I needed to put last 4 digits of ss. Not knowing that. Never told that before ever when needing help getting into account. The last nail in the coffin was not being able to view some payments I scheduled ahead of time to cancel as was on the fence about closing account. Up to June once a month had scheduled 500 to be paid out. Was going to cancel. Couldn’t because bill pay and all wouldn’t show anything. Blank and white screen. Could view profile and dicker there if need be, if no issue logging in. From get go logging in has been a pain to set up. The ones who have helped talk me through has been good at it but the set up is hateful. Initially I had another user name but bc of issue logging in on my laptop I bought just to get in bank on web bc had to if I was to use bill pay; manager suggested to put a $ behind the name I had when changing it. And that worked. I should have never had to change my user name. I should have never had to spend 400 on a laptop bc my imac I had then and the att wireless like a home hot spot abb didn’t like but was okay with my cell phone as a hotspot on new windows hate it lap top that I bought to troubleshoot logging in; but do not try to use anither computer and device and expect to login. Eventually it was found that I was correct that web abb wasn’t able to support my imac until they likely corrected something on their end. Two other banks I have never had this frustration. Easy online web. Fine with app. Paying bills. Setting up new bill to pay. Not so with online and app banking with abb. I don’t blame the bank bc likely they think IT is doing a splendid job. Oh forgot. Depositing a check mobile app usually doesn’t work with perfectly good pictures or takes several attempts before accepting. Basically just a decoration app on my iPhone and iPads at this point of major lock me out.
When I first started with Anderson Brothers Bank they were great. However by the time I got a fraud against my account they started spreading my personal business with the employees and other customers through out the bank. Then they lied on me to keep from paying my Fraud charges. This was a very unpleasant situation. They not only embarrassed me they also embarrassed themselves for lying. The steps that they took to keep from paying the fraud charges were very childish. Even had a city of Johnsonville employees from a different organization included in the ordeal. I was taught a lesson for sure. Don’t use Anderson Brothers Bank in Johnsonville. The head man over the bank could not even find the time to stop sucking his sucker long enough to talk with me about the matter.(Mr.Mims) Only advise( use a different bank)
