I absolutely love the mobile deposits. Sometimes we would forget and wouldn’t get to the bank in a week or so to get that money in the account. The new upgrade, I like it also, I just have to get used to where everything is. I think both of these things are great for AOD! Lynne Suggs
The only thing I hate about the APP is you can only transfer money from checking/savings 6 times a month. I feel like I should be able to move my own money around however I like and however many times I like.
I’ve been with AOD since I was 19years old. I’m 60 now. I have nothing but great things to say about AOD over my years. The people are great and have several friends now and it all started so many years ago. Thank you AOD for so many years of great service.
How in the world did y’all convince these people into giving this crapshoot upgrade 4.8 stars? I’ve had nothing but issues. It seems like what is projected as an upgrade is more likely a downgrade because you keep going with cheaper developers and cheaper systems. What’s that old saying, oh yeah, two of them: 1. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it! 2. You get what you pay for! So stop trying to figure how you can put more money in your corporate pockets by going to cheaper crap services!
I was happy w/ this app until today. Every time I log in the app immediately logs me out. I tried using the website via my cell and it logs me out after 5secs. I have never had an issue with the app or site until now. Please fix the issues because I constantly check my account.
This app is terrible. The only plus is mobile deposit. The available balance is never right. It sometimes applies what is pending and sometimes it doesn’t. This app isn’t accurate and I miss the old one. 1 star for how terrible it is and one more for mobile deposit.
Im just now getting familiar with the app to the point where I can work everything effortlessly. I plan to get more acquainted and then I’ll leave another review. Everything is good so far!
It took me a few days to get used to, but so much better than ol way!! Congrats on a great app! But we ve kinds been spoiled with the customer service!!!
My transactions are posting the day that they were made like the old app used to do some transactions don’t even take out of my account and end up putting me into the negative the old app was better at keeping track of translations
