What I like about the App is it’s ability to be user friendly and intuitive/ meaning the prompts, labels and directives are easy to understand allowing one to accomplish what is intended without getting “lost” in the virtual environment. So depositing checks, transferring money, seeing my charges and written checks getting copies of past transactions are doable without calling for help. Website is “clean”. I only wish (like on a mobile device) there was the ability to view (if so desired) one’s password entered to ensure a self check before getting locked out for an inconvenient period of time with too many attempts when trying use the online feature. Other than that I give it a A-.
I’ve been with Apple Bank for over 45 years I’ve moved at 3 times in those years and I have always had Apple Bank within a 5 mile area. The personal one on one welcoming at the door is something I love. The few employees that are there for years know my family ask about everyone. The % rates have been great I have asked for help at the branch to understand the new items that is available for better banking they sit and explain and show me how it works. I would lost without my Apple Bank
I wants to say thank to Apple Bank because they don’t press me about my account don’t charge interest because I don’t have a amount in my account like others banks,and for that reason I will bring my family to open account on Apple Bank and I will let know to my friends etc to bring mor customer my name is Juan and I record it Apple Bank come and open account and you will be Happy .

It’s fast clean and friendly as a chorus line dancer and perfectly cast - you can find all your account info in this one easy to navigate location! It earns every one of its five star reviews with a performance that will put a smile on your face as you head out for a night on the town!
The app it’s great, except for not being able to transfer money to other even when it’s another apple bank account, maybe it’ll be beneficial for Bank of America customers to be able to use this advantages, and no need to open another account with like the Bank of America which offer these features. Other than that, I’ve been banking with apple bank for more than 20 years.
Especially now most banks are closed. Doing my transactions online is a snap. Thank you. Here’s a question when will apple bank get the seller, cash app or other options to send money or receive money. Also when you have transferring ability to other banks online app.
Love it! Easy and quick to check my balance and other things if I need. Also quick notifications when transactions are done with the account or debit card.
I really wish for Apple bank representative can convince my uncle to wire/transfer money rather than going to the actual bank itself and walk in/out neighborhood and walk with the amount of money in his pocket.
Very easy to use and is always working without issues. Updated on a normal frequency and has many features on the app that allow me to continue my day without interruptions.
Pretty easy to navigate the only problem is depositing a check ..need to make a quick capture auto check photo. I've had to redo the picture at least four times every time I make a deposit always says there's a possible error
I can’t really complain about this app as it does what I need- check my balance and balance transfers mostly. However, the fact that there is a separate app for the debit card, makes absolutely no logical sense. I don’t use the debit card app so I can’t speak on it but this app is good.
This app has been so helpful With any banking that needed to be done Such as depositing checks and also just basically viewing any transactions and my balance in the account. Thank you so much for this useful app
Like anything, there is a learning curve. Once you get it, it’s just fine. Absolutely. Some of take a little longer, however, the technical support by phone has been helpful with great patience.
Apple Bank App. is easy to use, convenient, with many options, including Transfer funds from one account to another, from anywhere. Most Definitely, Five Star Rated !!!!
Finally I got the app after being blocked from the online banking over a year thanks to Covid 19 they finally lifted the block ridiculous. So far so good. Makes banking so much easier to control finances. Enjoy mobile chk deposit a plus.

I use this app regularly to see what my current balance is as all transactions don’t post for several hours sometimes. I am able to see most of my transactions, though, which is why only 4 stars. Otherwise, a wonderful app.

Other than having to manually take pictures of my checks as compared to other bank where the picture is automatically taken, I have to say I am very satisfied
This is the LEAST friendly banking app I have ever used. Navigating the bill pay to see what has been paid, is pending, or scheduled is very difficult. In addition, despite being designed for a mobile device the windows that open are awkward and bigger than the screen so you can’t see the whole thing at once and finding the needed “button” is annoying.
I am just so impressed with this app. No more standing in a line to see a bank teller, nor looking over my shoulder at the ATM..... and it’s really user friendly and easy to even make my deposits.
It’s awesome n very easy to maneuver i really love it thank you for the great work your team does to improve the services it offers to us each and everyday.
It’s really awesome!! However, it does get frustrating when there R glitches on your part& then I cannot access my account.....:( hopefully it won’t happen too often. Sooo practical & handy though! Wish I had done it way before....guess it’s never too late.....😊
The app is a normal app and it works just fine but one thing they need to add is notifications for when your account is adding money or subtracting based on how you use your card. It almost feels like it’s a little bit of secrecy going on and me as a user I don’t like that one bit.
Mobile deposits do work, but you first have to select an account and then click on mobile deposit from the menu, even though it appears on the nav when you first sign in. Crappy UI, and I don’t see any pending transaction for the checks that I did manage to deposit with the app.
I’ve been dealing with Apple Bank for 40 years & I’ve never had a complaint. On the contrary, the staff has always been kind, professional & accommodating.
This app needs a lot of help in the area of functionality and performance. The link bank account feature does not work with my other bank. The app takes too long to download and often times kicks me out. In person my local branch is friendly and always nice to talk to, this app needs to perform somewhat the same .
It’s a pretty good app. No complaints. Simple. Nothing too complicated. I can transfer money easily. I wish they could add the check deposit thing like chase has but overall not too bad
