At such a time when time is of the essence and nobody can afford to waste it. For such a reputable bank by which many customers have your credit cards, how dare you leave us to have to use a search engine rather than allow us the convenience of using the app. That total disregard for your credit customers. I would never have missed a payment if the app services would’ve been available to me. Remember you are making money off of us and we are just as deserving of you service and convenience as the next customer. Please correct this error of neglect as soon as possible if you chose to care and grant us this common courtesy. Please abd thank you.
In a day and age when almost everything is mobile propelled we find a credit card issuer who barely has a website and absolutely no mobile credit card support. "Why" you may ask. Who knows? Maybe for the same reason the Grinch stole Christmas. Maybe they are just too new to the game. Maybe they just don't care. Maybe they are working on it. The only thing which really matters right now is if you are an Applied Bank Credit Card customer there is no app for that at this time.
I am a credit card holder and I’m disappointed ☹️ that in order to check my account on the go I have to go online to see my account instead of having the convenience of an app can you PLEASE consider this for your card holders other than that your doing an amazing job ! Thank you 😊
Not to mention customer service, while polite and helpful as the can be— have no ability to do like, anything.. even going to so far as to tell me they couldn’t give me the correct phone number they were referring to. I was assessed a fee for the 8 minute phone call. Won’t help me dispute anything over the phone, as everything “has to be in writing” Like are you kidding me? I never used the card that’s how terrible my experience was. Just jerked my credit around for a company that doesn’t deserve to be in business.
Once upon a time this app worked… way back in 2022 when I was just a wee lad. It was a glorious app and so quick and easy… unfortunately at this time, this app gets confused and doesn’t know who it’s working for… who do you work for?! Please fix
And still no access to credit card through an app. The most simple app where you can see your balance and make a payment only would be incredible. How is this not a top priority.
Why would you not have an app for credit card services? Had I known I would have gotten a credit card with another company that does offer credit card app services.
So, I got this app hoping to be able to manage my Applied Bank credit card. Yeah not supported at all. Not happy that in the 2020s you cannot manage tour credit card on a mobile device.
If you’re an Applied Bank Credit Card holder, well this isn’t gonna doing anything for you! Kinda glad at the moment because the app looks just as Terrible as their Website that feels and looks sooo Primitive! Glad my Annual fee’s are doing good for you though. Lmfaoooo

Super wack and disappointing to make an app but defer credit card users to desktop website… so inconvenient and Annoying. I tried to like this company but the lack of app support and no Apple wallet support is to much for me. 👎🏾🤦🏽♂️
Although I read what this app offers, I’d hoped that the omission of credit card management was just that; an omission. It wasn’t...The app is worse that the website. The website won’t let you store payment information; so you have to input it every time you want to make a payment. You can’t use Touch ID or Face ID to login on mobile devices. They don’t offer paperless statements. And no matter how many times you tell the site to “remember this computer”, it still won’t recognize the browser and makes you request a code before you can login. As someone else stated; they’re doing a real good job with that annual fee.
