Not happy that my credit and I treat changed when I was guaranteed that rate would never change. I was encouraged to do the card instead of the loan because of the interest rate.
App is giving an error message that mobile banking app is experiencing issues on one of my phones. I have tried everything to updating my phone, deleting the app, restarting my phone, redownloading the app and nothing works. However, the app works fine on my other phone.
