Axis Football 2023

Axis football has an incredible suite of features, on paper absolutely crushing any competition of mobile apps and potentially allowing it to fight with the top console and PC titles. The games inclusion of in depth team creation, roster editing, in depth play calling and pre play audibles, hot routes, and motion, even including a franchise mode that includes completely functional drafts and scouting and an in depth trading system. The game has no shortage of competitive features; however, it clearly falls short in terms of gameplay. From custom logos looking rough to the slow and down right clunky gameplay makes the game feel like a lot of features built on an unfinished game. Defense feels unenjoyable with the lack of a tackle button, passing is unnatural, and the dependence on a random number generator for broken tackles and hard hits makes the game feel more like a rebranded game of roulette then a football game. While the game is undeniably an incredible feet for what a mobile football manager esc game can be pushed too, it’s poor gameplay will likely have you going to other titles for a smoother more enjoyable football experience.

The franchise mode is amazing. No other mobile game has anything like it. The only thing I would like is the ability to change teams, a salary cap, and for it to be harder to trade for top overall picks. Unfortunately, the actual gameplay is atrocious. The only thing consistent about it is it’s inconsistency. My A+ accuracy and throw power quarterback can’t hit a wide open go route. The db ai is absolutely braindead and will let receivers streak right past them or give them 15 yards of cushion on checkdowns. Half the time when you click a receiver, your quarterback won’t throw the ball and you get sacked. Sometimes, when you run the ball, the game glitches and the runningback becomes invulnerable to tackles. Franchise mode is great, but don’t buy if you want gameplay

This is truly my favorite game and I try so hard to enjoy the best game mode ever, franchise mode because I love spending my salary for trading players with other teams and theres so many more super exciting features, but everytime I get this specific ad from this game that’s called, “Magic: The Gathering Arena” I simply CAN’T exit out of the add IN ANY FORM or way. Like im forreal there is NO “x” theres fr no letter “x” to press on the top right or left of the horizontal screen. So what im saying is I don’t mind the ads whatsoever I like them because it adds the perfect amount of break time like commercial breaks, but can YOU PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF THE GODS Remove the one ad from, “Magic: The Gathering Arena” because I simply cannot finish A SINGLE GAME on my franchise mode because i cant exit out of that game’s flimsy/faulty ad. Please help because this is the absolute BEST football game on any mobile phone platform. Please and thank you.

First Axis football is a great game but I have a couple of suggestions that would make the game that much better. First could you please add a way to truck and stiff arm like a single tap to truck and a double tap to stiff arm to give the game some contact. Second could you make it so that you can do big hits on defense that give you a higher chance of making the ball carrier fumble but make it kind of hard to land a big hit. Third could you please add a create a player option. Could you also add a way to do a single player franchise like you only act as one player. Finally could you please add a mini game where you go through challenges to beat it like the madden gauntlet. Please add all of these things to make the game a lot better. Thank you.

Great game, pretty much exactly like the steam version. I miss the commentary from the old game as well as the juking, spin move, and dive when you swipe on your screen. You’re also supposed to be able to slide as the quarterback by swiping down but it didn’t work the last time I tried. I also wish for the ability to intercept the ball on defense. I think you were able to do that in the last version of Axis Football mobile. I’ve allowed too many pass yards from not being able to pick off the ball. Lastly, players where the bench area would be could be a nice detail to add. I’m glad you guys brought this back to mobile!

This game is excellent. The game plays good graphics are pretty good for a mobile game. The customization is in depth to but there’s one thing that I don’t like about the game. The fact that it doesn’t have controller support. This is a console game, so why is the mobile version not have support I am where that most people don’t have a troller lying around that compared to the Bluetooth but I have an Xbox series X controller that pairs to Bluetooth and retro bowl and other games have controller support so why does an axis football have controller support so if the developers listening to this could you add controller support?

AMAZING game. This games franchise mode is soooo in depth. Unlike madden it has a fun franchise mode. The gameplay is a little wonky. Like on defense u can’t switch players, shed blocks, or make tackles. U just run into them. However I like the offense. Plus it is fun to coach the game by calling plays and just watching. To those that say the game crashes try the other axis football made for older devices. If urs is a new one, then I’ll tell u how to fix it. I just restarted my IPad and it never crashed. I think u can turn off internet if you are annoyed by the ads. This game can have some gameplay fixes, but other than that, it’s is the best franchise experience.

Way better animations, create a team, improved graphics, basic player customization, a *way* better scouting system, it’s all here. That said, it *does* have some big problems, though it’s still objectively a lot better now. Number 1, the UI is way clankier now, to it’s detriment to be honest. In the old version with coaches for instance, you’d have a clean list of every coach and their position, that you could easily tap on and manage. Instead you have to press an arrow to go through the coaches, making it pretty easy to miss when one of their contracts have expired or just to keep track of who’s running what. Number 2, huge issue for on the field, at least when coaching, the clock *doesn’t run* when you have possession. Meaning QB kneels are completely useless and you have to take super unnecessary risks at the end of games to try and slowly cut down the clock. Outside of that though, *really* good game. Absolutely worth your time, it looks *way* better than it used to.

This is true a great game, very competitive, energetic, and exciting it’s like Madden on your phone well older madden like with the options to not only hire a HC but a DC,OC, STC, and scouts just fix the problem that it seems to shut off if your run time maybe a little bit too much and you can’t save your data like on the computer I used to play on years ago. Make improvements and make y’all money people at Axis company the go in to the other games to start competition with madden because you’re almost there and it would turn the tides on video game experience that we speak. Can we please fix the crashes!!!!

Game is very good in a lot of ways. Main problems I have are that the QB throwing accuracy is very off and mixed. I can make a QB have 99 accuracy and any throw over 15 yards will be way off target 90% of the time. I can have a receiver wide open and throw it way over his head but the next play throw into double coverage and get a perfect completion. And running backs need to be able to be faster than at least the linemen. No way a big lineman should be able to catch up to a 99 speed running back. Plus it seems like all the players are fast for two seconds then automatically slow down for the defenders to catch up and tackle. Only two complaints.

Yo this update is perfect like absolutely perfect and there is so much more that can be in the future to which also pretty amazing! Only problem is getting into franchise mode is either slow or doesn’t work and you also can’t pause in game for some reason and kickoff is a little glitchy. But seriously this update is stunning and I can’t wait for more stuff to be added because the little details make this so great! Also I love the create a player area, that’s so cool since it’s the only football game on mobile that lets you do it. So amazing literally everything!

I’m not gonna lie this is a fun game but my main problem is when I’m in the middle of a game it glitches for some reason and exits me out the game. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but it keeps crashing and exiting me out the game so I’m getting really frustrated because I can’t even finish the game because it crashes and exits me out the game. So I was wondering if y’all could please help me with this cuz I just wanna have fun and finish the game but it keeps crashing and exits me out

First of all, can you please add combined that will be very cool can you please add more skill this is just like that guy who said read this. so I’m just trying to help too. It’s a great game but it needs some work. and I can see some glitches in it. when you painting the ball, the character does not move. There are still some glitches. good game though. can you add big hit animation? The animation for when they fumble it does not look good. And can you add some skill boost to the character that will make the game pretty good and please add practice mode please respond to everybody’s what is saying them. Because it might help you game.

The game could be fun. Really fun. It really needs a tutorial. It’s hard to get excited about a game when you’re forced to just figure it out. Then when you throw a bunch of ads on top of that when you don’t even know what you’re doing, it’s really easy to just say “nah I don’t wanna play this”. And they do ads in the most annoying way possible too. You have to close them 4 times before they go away. Do the devs get paid extra for that? Anyway, the developer has really done himself a disservice by setting this game up the way that it is. I could see myself really loving this game. He’s creating a very solid product. It’s just presented in a very poor way, and I lost interest quickly.

Great customization and franchise. Better than Madden. Gameplay is ok, can be very glitchy and janky at times. I like the franchise. A bit easy though. I am an all a team after only a few seasons starting with the worst team.(should add player interest in team. would help a lot) this development team is committed to improving this game so their audience loves it. It is improving fast. This may seem like a lot to some, but expect them to be competing with Madden in a decade.(Madden has the head start, but they are moving slowly. Axis is moving fast)

I figured out you have to uninstall and reinstall the game in order for you to fickleness the game bugs like the ball won’t hike or pausing the game my only thing is the time clock for the game it stops after every play and doesn’t continue so it’s hard to waste time and also could you add a skills button to juke and trick and spin and also could you add a save button or auto save for franchise mode because my progress doesn’t save otherwise I love this game 5 stars

Overall great game but could use some changes. One thing that I would like to see changed is the 53 men roster rule in franchise mode. I got knocked out of the playoffs, decided to start my off-season early by cutting the guys that had one year left on their contract and it said I couldn’t move on because there wasn’t 53 men on my roster, if you could change that that would be cool that’s honestly all I ask for. I heard this company actually listens to their reviews other then EA so if you can make this happen that would be great

If you could decrease the kicking power because you shouldn’t be kicking over the net for a PAT it would add realism and add more character customizations. The franchise mode is amazing I would just keep working towards better physics but the tackling animations are amazing for a mobile game just fix the kicking animations and power and add a way where you can truck someone. Also show a preview on how the controls work or put it in the settings. Amazing work

This game is perfect please don’t change a thing I am a college football player and I love this game. All I ask is that you fix the small bug that shuts the game off after a while it gets a bit frustrating to have to start over all the time. However, besides that this game is great nothing needs to be changed just that simple turn off issue. I think this game is better than Madden and NCAA by far !!!

First of all, this game is great. I love playing but there’s one huge issue which ruins the entire game, there’s this app called “MyFico” which has an ad on your game and the ad should be illegal. Theres no way to get out of the ad unless you download the app which has to be violating some ad rule and you can only get out of it if you close out the game which ruins your progress. Please tell this stupid app to stop making ads on your game. Thank you

I used to play the classic version, but this version is the best. That being said, there are some problems. I don’t really like how I can exit out of a game and resume it later in the day. I also don’t like the ads at the end of kickoffs. But the biggest problem is the dashboard not loading after a game is over. These are some minor problems, but the game itself makes up for it. I just love how the game works. I highly recommend it.

I have played my first 2 seasons on rookie difficulty and it seems that im playing on max difficulty i get stuck on tackle animations 80ft away from the defender my wrs and rb can’t catch a ball when there open please fix this. Why is the tackle animation so bugged? And what happened to the classic jukes i have to practically slide my finger across the screen just to something simple and even then im stuck in a animation on being tackled Why are the AI trying harder than me this is supposed to be MY franchise not THERES why is that every season i go 2-14 impossible to get better players when i can’t win 3 games

Ok Axis Football 23 mobile is Great! I love how it its but i have a suggestion maybe you could add all the team stadiums from the pc or console version also adding the announcers i think it would be good and Heck! maybe you could add custom stadiums just please add the announcers and the team stadiums i think it would be good instead of the old arena that we see right now on the plus side maybe the arena that we see right now could be a stadium for all teams.

The game is good but let’s say a team int the ball then it goes into an ad somehow the team who threw the int they get the ball back after the ad and it’a really Werid Ik y’all could do a little better then this at least give axis football 19 an update since the axis football 20 ain’t coming for iOS at least update the game for us for the axis football 19 and the flags are low key silly and dumb the throwing ain’t that good also and why does the ball roll so far after it’s a Incomplete pass plz do better I beg y’all

I think the axis football right now is really good but one thing that I think would grab everyone’s attention is if y’all are able to make it where you can play online with your friends I also think it would be great if y’all added a mode where you could do a season to just play as one player like face of the franchise

This game is so fun it’s just like madden but better also it’s updated version with is soo cool I love this game I play 24/7 also it’s super fun and always fun in a car ride also I love the designs of the teams this is the perfect game also it dosent need wifi witch is super cool plus I got trash wifi thank you guys for making this wonderful game I love it it’s super creative Thanks so much axis football/creations/owner/CEO/easports/so cool thank u sooooooooooi much give me a free thing ok

The game is good it’s just lacking the things that make a football game, such as trucking, spinning, hurdles, stiff arms and jukes. Also it would be nice to have a button to switch in between plays and not be locked on one character. And lastly a button to tackle cause when u tap the right or left side of the screen nothing happens. But overall this game can compete with madden mobile if these things were added

I love the game but I was thinking that maybe we can custom the players and like change the names and other stuff it would be a lot of fun if we can like customize the players change your number and names and the colors on there jersey and customize the uniform and maybe the team names and the logos make it fun to mess around I kind want to bring in nfl players in this game I think it will be a lot of fun

I think the game is amazing. The visuals have come a longggg way from the original game, but I think it needs a bit more help with the player physics. Also, please add storylines, history books, and maybe a pre-game, halftime, and post-game show if possible. Lastly, PLEASE add a career mode. If you add at least TWO of these features, this game will be Madden 21 on MOBILE. I recommend you download this game.

One of the best if not the best football game I ever played with the detailed franchise but where is the logo in the middle of the field and in the end zone it’s no point of being home or away.... the tackles are way off and the throwing accuracy and power seems to mean nothing I would like a little more details in the stadium and in the players looks you guys have enough fan support to make this happen.. A lot of glitches are fixed but while playing the AI they always win 50/50 balls no matter what so you can pick the perfect defense and still get destroyed once they throw it into a double team and there are constant penalties against your team so even if you make a good play it will just be called back ntm if you are out of timeouts it take an hour to snap the ball and you run out of time because your players are just laying on the ground

This mobile version is fun an really deep in franchise mode actually better than madden but can u make axis football games for the Xbox 360 bc think about it if u make money of off the Xbox one why not make it for the Xbox 360 it’s double the income and double the income could potentially make the game better with more resources. I mean I would buy it for 60$. It is something to think about and it’s just an idea of mine.

But there are just too many inconsistencies with the play. Opponent AI regularly sheds all direct contact just to get ghost tackled. A+ accuracy QB constantly overthrowing receivers. Defensive scheme doesn’t matter because receivers are going to blow by the corners regardless. Cover 4 never works like cover 4, linebackers run into the linemen and get caught on blitzes, and defensive linemen are useless in this game. The coaching simulation is the best part and I would pay for this game only if there was a little more refinement.

Franchise Mode won’t load not sure if it’s just me. Whenever it does load, it doesn’t save anything. So if I close the app and go back in later. I cannot resume playing my franchise. It makes me select a whole new team again and I have to start from the beginning all over again. Love the game and excited to see the new look to its full capabilities!

First the good… 1. Way better graphics and gaming action. 2. Way better stat tracking. It now tracks your players career stats and even has a “Hall of Records” which tracks season and career all time records which is super fun. 3. Scouting system is a lot better. Now the bad… 1. If you have the injury setting turned on, it can get out of control. I currently have 22 players out with injuries. 2. It often does not save your progress. Many times I have played a game only to have the results of the game erased. I literally have to play the same game over again. Very frustrating. I think that this could be an amazing game with a few tweaks.

There are so many complaints i can make on this game. This game is so glitchy and so down watered, that it's basically kills your phone. You can't do anything on defense, and no matter what difficulty you play on, the opposing team has all of the Greek gods playing on them. No blocking. Somehow a lineman is able to hawk down my WIDE RECIEVER!! Playing defense is impossible, and just when you think it can't get any worse, when you try to close the game, it's slows down your device by like 100x, making even turning off your phone slow. At all cost, NEVER. BUY. THIS. GAME.

First of all, receivers can hardly catch in the first place, but when you got rid of the mechanics you had in the original game, it makes it worse! Like why not be able to choose where you throw more freely, like in this game I can’t throw out of bounds, I only have my receiver options, maybe I want to bring my receiver back down so I throw shorter. You know? This game has SO much potential, but with bad graphics and stupid glitches it’s just any other ordinary mobile game.

So I was down by 5 in the championship game and the clock was running even after i called a timeout and i lost. Also another problem is, when the pass is incomplete the clock still runs idk if that's supposed to happen or not but its kind of annoying. Please fix. But besides that its a really fun game!

I love this game but there are some problems with the franchise mode when i click on it all it does is say loading please wait and I’ll wait for about 30-40 minutes expecting it to pop up but it never does. Other than this this game is amazing just needs some work on the franchise and i LOVE the new updates just fix the franchise mode !

This is an absolutely amazing game and I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I do have a couple problems that in the older games they had a announcers and although they were kind of annoying I would like them back. Also the franchise mode isn’t work at least for me. Could you please fix this?

If this game merged with Madden Mobile, and had some of their style including all the NFL players then this game would be top tier, never seen a game where you can control contracts, and everything else with trades and cutting players, trading players, etc. I hope the developers get this, don’t give up on making it better

Terrible gameplay, and honestly just spectating, you NEED to set 15 minute quarters. Otherwise, the score is just gonna be like 9-7. Needs to be so much more in control, such as skill moves, hard tackles, and switch on defense. Also, catching NEEDS to be bumped up. Its annoying to complete one pass, only to overthrow/have it batted down the next 5 attempts. It’s so much more fun to create teams rather than actually play as them. Great concept, terrible gameplay. Worst in any mobile game I’ve played

This game is better than madden mobile no questions ask. But to make it way better than madden there should be a create player and team like there is on ps4 version. Also if you could make you plays like in you to do in madden that would amazing. Thank you.

It is a good game that I enjoy, and it can go places if the the update or version of axis football does this. Better graphics, a sort of face of the franchise mode, make the game play and graphics similar as to a early 2000s madden game. Make the playbook of the teams different. Add teams that look more modern. And maybe add a nfl version of this game

This game is so much fun everyone should play this game all day all night long it is so good i love this app you should get it and play it every day all day long and all night long. But you should get rid of the ads I can’t get past a game but overall this game is amazing

You guys have a great game here and it’s crazy you made it available on mobile for free but there is one problem! I can’t play a game! To be specific, I can’t press tue snap button to kickoff or run a play. Hope you can patch this soon! I’m playing on an iPhone 11

The last time I played axis football was the 2019 version and when I downloaded this one it was great! But there was one thing that stuck out to me, the controls are a little bit confusing but overall it is a great game. 👏👏

This game needs a lot of updates and changes! One, there needs to be an interception button because every time i’m right in front of the ball, I drop it. Two, the movement in the game needs to be improved. Three, there needs to be a big hit button. Four, we should be able to do a my career or make our own players. Five, when I did the kick off, it hit one of the other teams player and it should’ve been a fumble but instead they got the ball back😤.

I think the game is one of the best football games u can get on your phone i love the names and logos and it has commentary to which i have never found before in a mobile football game. If ur looking for a good football game i highly recommend this to you.
