The whole app itself is great my only concern is the silde bar to pay my bill I try to add an exact amount an I can’t due too the slide bar it uses to show the amount I want if it could be swapped to a numerical keyboard that would be exemplary

Most trouble I’ve ever had with an electric company

Awful service and terrible app. I’m forced to pay by phone and my job requires me to be gone for months on end with no cell service.

Doesn’t work iphone

Cannot login. User info and psw are correct, app is useless bc you can’t login. Must use browser.

I have always used this app and loved it. When I upgraded from an android to an iPhone, I can’t get onto my app
