Hard to work with I’ve set up my Touch ID and it’s still asking me to enter password also every time it’s asking me enter security question answers But security questions after each login is really annoying ,why cant I just use my Touch ID and get to work with app? Plus heads up be careful when u users transfer money for example from saving to checking One thing happened to me is that I was trying make a transfer from saving to check I did it opposite by accident in selection area ‘from to, I had less money in checking so I transferred money I didn’t have to saving and that gave overdraft of 35$ But my other banking app won’t let this happed it “would say insufficient funds can’t make transfer’” so basically bank will make money if such accidents ... DEVELOPERS PLS UPGRADE THIS APP....Make it more easy to work with ...
The Bank of Buffalo app still has some kinks that prevent it from being a “good” app, but it is an enormous improvement from what it was last update, so it is getting 4 stars. They did decent here; Devs just need to keep improving it.
This app is garbage, looks like a 12 year old designed this and it is the most frustrating and not user friendly banking app I’ve ever seen! It’s slow and has like no options to do anything like other banking apps! I am legitimately going to change banking institutions just because of the frustrating app! After our bank merged with BoB I have to say switching apps is definitely a let down. Last one was super easy to use, really easy to navigate l, and looked really well put together. While this one functions well enough it looks very poorly put together. My screens look nothing like the ones advertised in the App Store. I have no way to enable face recognition. All in all definitely a let down
Not sure why but every few days this app goes down. I constantly have to delete from my Home Screen and reload. I’ve been to bank and no one seems to know why? I don’t have any issues with other banking apps - just this one! Ridiculous!
Several times, I’ve attempted to log in. Once I type in my password, a notice appears saying I took to long. Second time, a repeated prompt. Two days ago, I got a phone replacement. The Bank on Buffalo app disappeared. I went to the App Store to download, again. Instead, the mobile app opened directly to my bank account. I have yet to be able to download from the App Store.
Both the website and mobile app are very slow. When you log in, it takes about 60 seconds or longer to see your balance(s). Please speed up the loading times of the online experience.
Get a digit wrong on the login and you have to call an 800 number to redo your password. Quite an annoying inconvenience. Most other apps have face or finger recognition. It would be nice for the bank to catch up with modern day tech.
Don’t even bother downloading this app. Despite deleting and reinstalling several times and, after calls to customer service, it refuses to let me in. Sadly, the transfer From Bank of Akron to Bank on Buffalo has not been a smooth one and I’m questioning even remaining a customer.
App is constantly locking me out because it doesn’t recognize my Face ID. Has happened dozens of times and I have to keep calling to get it unlocked. Not an easy app to use and not up to par with other banking and credit card apps that I never have this problem with.
I have been trying to get into this piece of junk app for a week now. I keep getting some ridiculous error message and the dumb thing won’t open, so I have to resort to the garbage webpage version to be able to do my banking. Who designed this piece of garbage!?
For a banking app I expect much better. Signing on is a process. I honestly don’t know how much money I have in my accounts since reading the app is difficult. Also, descriptions of things are labeled wrong.
