Have been getting no where with secondary customer service! Log in and download went fine. Keep getting errors with bill pay and nobody gets back to me, have deleted and reinstalled app 3 times and nothing gets done. Hope that someone can fix issues.
This upgrade is absolutely annoying! The old app just removed my accounts overnight and forced me to get a new app. When there is so much cybercrime, it’s very suspicious to reroute users to a new app. Then I kept having issues with logging in the new app cuz I can’t get through without setting a new password and even then they needed to send me a verification email which I initially did not receive, then I was locked out and had to call... it took me 15mins on the call to get signed in and I didn’t have the facial recognition... I ended up having to delete and reinstall the app to get it... it took 3 tries before facial recognition allowed me to see my accounts. I’m truly annoyed!
You know what I really hate... change for the sake of change. You have a perfectly good user friendly mobile banking app that has been just great for many years then..suddenly change it. I just want to go in and pay a bill real quick after a long exhausting day at the office and now have to go through all this learn about our new app with a more modern look crap and learn to navigate around the whole darn thing. Thanks a lot. Just what I needed at the end of a long work day. More reading and learning and adjusting. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh
After the weekend upgrade, the app isn’t updating transactions on the account - it updates the amount of the money but you can’t see transactions for the day as pending like it used to be before! Please fix! Thanks iPhone 13 pro max iOS 15.7
Very difficult to print on paper with a black background . Seems programmers and management had no idea that type should be dark with background white .
Been trying to download and use this App for 4 days. Called customer service after removing old App and installing this latest version. You have to change your password, which is annoying then have a email or text message confirmation sent to you but all you get is a spinning browser. I called customer service and after 30 minutes wait time before I got a human and another 20 minutes of being assured they would resolve the issue for me, I was disconnected. The kind person helping me took my phone number in case we got disconnected, but never called me back. Now I have to go through this whole ordeal from the beginning. If the App is not ready don't release it! We are not test subjects.
This new one is awful. I deposit checks online, and I absolutely can not see anywhere that it has been received. The old app showed that the deposit was pending and the amount. The bill pay is definitely not as efficient as the old app. I have yet to figure out why the bank thought that anything about this change was good. It’s not good. It’s horrible.
First there is no way to submit feedback since you get an internal server error on both the app and from a browser, when you try to reset your password from the app, you can’t seethe send button at the bottom of the page, when using Safari on the website, stored passwords and/or Face ID does not show up to use, This needs more work!
The app doesn’t respond correctly to larger text sizes on iPhone. First day of release, system forces password reset. Apparently too many people are trying but after three attempts, once I enter sms phone number, spinning wheel for over several minutes with no conclusion. BankUnited has been boasting of this upgrade for months. Sadly they released it before it was ready.
When trying to uncover the routing and account numbers, they are partially covered by the example check picture on my iPhone SE. They are visible on my iPad. This has obviously to do with the auto-sizing of the check picture. Fix it, please!
Horrible transition from the old app to the new app I have not been able to get in my account I’ve been on hold for 58 minutes with no reasonable answer in sight. Went through the password reset process 9 times and 3 account lockings. Still not able to sign in! Disgusting, don’t you people try these things out before putting them out there?
Too confusing. Seems the choice was for look and not functionality. Wish they would go back to old. Most of your needs could be solved from one screen not in this new system!!! You gotta dig deep to get the simplest things done.
The picture of your account is much smaller, you can’t get much information, the button on top will not open to get more information, and NO LOG OFF BUTTON. BANKUNITED go back to old app much better.
Very confusing for Bill Pay..plz only show what is pending to be paid and not monthly ! This drives me nuts. I never know if I’m going to be over drafted or not. I’m forced now to go back to paper and pen. App is useless !!
Not sure why, in the very competitive banking market, Bank United would release this App. It stinks! Difficult to navigate. Just dropped the old app and accounts with no warning. Who does that?
Bankunited is my bank for both personal and business for one simple reason. They treat me like a valued customer 100% of the time.and for that I am grateful.
Every time I try to use this app to login, it never recognizes my username or password that I enter. Then, I have to reset it and then even after I reset, it doesn’t recognize me. This is the most frustrating and horribly designed app I’ve ever used.
Near the end of July None of the app updates have fixed any of these problems….may have to change Banks to keep our financial sanity….Well it is July 4th and still NO improvements on App, Same problems continue…Now its 6/9/2021 and no update or changes since 4/15/2021……Using same and only computer keeps “not recognize it” sent code!! Most of the month of April and now May and June can NOT be downloaded to MINT or Personal Capital! No landscaping on i-pad, frozen on horizontal , no use when using a keypad for i-pad! Cake lines do NOT open on app, can not change anything or go directly to bill pay
