This is a really appreciable service in which we don’t have to go at BC Service Centre and on phone we can register. This is the time when we should avoid unnecessary travel. I am happy by this video registration facility but after 28 minutes of call waiting I am able to talk with BC service agent. I suggest that at least you have to provide expected time during call to face agent as like during driving test call center. Thank you very much. Ok
We are new to using a BC Services digital card. You really need to generate some intelligible instructions for it, as it doesn’t work at all. If you try to log in to Services Canada by clicking on the “log in using your BC Services card” option, it takes you to the app. Once you log in using the app, it says “you are finished with this; close and open server to go back to Canada Services,” at which time the cycle starts again, requesting you to log in using the BC services card yet again. There are no instructions at all to break one out of this fruitless cycle to oblivion, and obviously your call center is not adequately staffed, as there is no one to pick up when one wants to ask for help, and the line shrieks and squawks like a fax line. When you press “1” for a callback, as instructed, nothing whatsoever happens. Idiotic and useless waste of taxpayer money, especially since no one answers OAS’s phone either, and we have no idea whatsoever why we were not paid our OAS last month, and have completely run out of money, and no way to contact anyone to find out. Thanks a lot.
I used the app to set up my services card through video call instead of going to a physical office and the whole process is really swift. The app itself works smoothly too and everything works as it should which makes life easier for once.
I use it mainly to login to the CRA site seamlessly which can otherwise be painful. Secure access can be painful but this app makes it easy without compromising security.
I have never been able to use this app. I have gone through all the steps, accepted all the terms and verified my identity. Then a week or so passes. I click the app after I am verified and this has been done again. I will not have my identity verified every week that I want to use the app. This app has been a complete waste of time. Do not download and waste your time getting your identity verified.
I love the innovation of BC Services Card way of verifying identity using new technology. I love the fact that using video call to verify identity will save me time by not going to an ICBC location to face long lineup. Good job BC Services!
Try setting up an account and decline allow notifications. Its a continuous loop. Why is every single government created app so poor. QA the darn thing. 3rd try on two devices over the years to set this up. None have been even remotely successful. I give up its junk and appears will always be junk.
Does not work at all without a BC services card. All those new to BC - even those vaccinated here cannot use this app until BC services card is received. Temporary residents cannot get a BC services card. So, despite BC requiring proof of vaccination and receiving both doses in BC, this app prevents us from providing proof of vaccination BC is asking for. Typical bureaucratic government efficiency. Brutal.
Tells me to reinstall the app because the app is incorrectly installed. I tried to delete it and redownload it for several times, but there is no luck.
I am not able to logon because it’s required you to login using your faceID and I don’t feel confounding using any faceID or fingerprint I’d due to security reason Please add a way to login using your email or phone with password
The app doesn’t correctly use macro mode to take pictures of barcodes and IDs, so it isn’t possible to get a clear enough picture to verify my identity.
Trying to cancel my appointment with absolutely no success. Puts me in endless loop. Go to app, go to website, go to app. The site it crap. Sorry to say that but needs tons of work.
I can’t download this App with updated iOS 14.4. I keep getting the message “The app does not appear to be installed correctly (error 120)” even if I delete and reinstall the app. Very frustrating.
