Great app and customer service

I have been using this app for several days on premium and I really like it, it gives me just what i need, and i had a question about the app and the customer service was really fast to reply and answered all of my questions, great app overall and really worth it.

An App that works and STEALS your money.

I’ve been using this app for months, love it, the tools work great. HOWEVER, every few weeks the app claims you haven’t paid your weekly subscription. Apple has had to refund me twice because I assumed Beauty Editor was being honest but they weren’t. They have it built into their software to do this. You can’t contact them either - they have a contact button but when you click on it it says no email found - this is infuriating because no where on the app do you create an account or supply an email address. So this app could be so much better if they didn’t steal money from their customers. Hope they are happy, I make next to nothing but that doesn’t mean a thing in this world, so long as I’m a consumer I’m a sucker right? Beauty Editor, after half a year: 2 stars.

Complete SCAM

COMPLETE freaking SCAM. Subscribed for the week free trial and after 3 days it stopped letting me use the editing tools, saying i needed to subscribe. When i clicked subscribe again it said I already had a subscription and could either exit out or click manage. I clicked manage, took me to my phone settings, and said i still had 4 days left of a free trial and it was active. No matter WHAT i did the app would not let me use the tools. Clicking restore purchases didn’t do a single thing. Deleted app and redone loaded it several times trying the same tricks. Restarted my phone several times and then used my moms phone which is on the same account. Still wouldn’t let me use the tools. They are charging people for things they cannot use. They need to be shut down.

Good app but don’t bother subscribing

Why? Because you won’t be able to use it anyway. They won’t let you use the the item when you press on premium products. Whenever I go to use anything I get the message I need to subscibe. So I press on subscibe again and it says I’m already subscribing. This goes on and on the end result is I’m subscribe but I can’t benefit from it. They just take your money. I’m reporting this to Apple and ending my subscription I will say this Thank you for saving me money and strongly suggest of all you to go free because even if you pay, they won’t let you use anything

Pretty good

As always there are subscriptions but I’m fine with that they need to make money somehow, although I don’t have it, this app is very easy to work with I love the reshaping and smile-fyer they all work a lot better than most apps just sad that a lot of the stuff like, saving your image to your photos or teeth whitening/some accessories are locked but I get it it’s just business, Overall 4/5 for this wonderful app!

Best app ever

I’ve tried many different “free” editing apps but they all have very limited capabilities unless you pay for it this app is amazing and simple to use and has all of the qualities I’ve been looking for in an editing app I highly recommend it!

Needs a zoom in and out feature

It’s always a pain to get the details right. There is no easy way to zoom in and out of the photo without putting lines or other features on your photo where you don’t want it. If they could ad led that I’d be way more likely to purchase this app. But with the way it is it’s too frustrating and time consuming.

Amazing

I use this for so much different photos like my cat, friends, and even me! I think it makes the picture look so much better. I would 100% Recommend!!! (I have to my friends) 😍🤪🎉

Disgusted by App Policies

If you download and subscribe to this app, beware of what you are signing up for... Finding a costumer service representative is next to (Impossible). Be prepared for charges to be made on your account. The actual graphics and editing is subpar, and could only be considered “good” if this was 2012. I highly suggest reading through the “policy” given you are signing up to have automatic charges, outside the initial subscription cost. Please DON’T DOWNLOAD. You’ll save yourself money and mediocrity.

Amazing app

I’m subscribed but it won’t allow me to use the premium features.

I purchased a year subscription and it wouldn’t allow me to use the premium features and then it sent me to a week to week subscription and still won’t let me allow me to use the features. At this point I just like money back. 😞

This game made me more “smoother “ in a way and I like all the shades, but what I would like more is if it looks kinda more realistic, because it looks like I just took a pic and it look like I had TOO MUCH of that smoother. Sorry I don’t know a lot about makeup but I gave you details so it’s .......... Ok I guess..........

Fraud

I *very specifically* went to settings and cancelled the 3 day trial. I even got a message that said it was cancelled but I would still have access for the three days. Now suddenly I’m being charged $50 for an app I already deleted. Absolutely ridiculous. If you were a decent app you wouldn’t need to scam people to get them to pay for your product. I’m contacting Apple to get a refund IMMEDIATELY.

Canceling subscription

If you want to cancel your subscription, go to your apple account and view your subscriptions (you should’ve already gotten an email about your subscription so you can just click on the link apple sends you). Click on this app and hit cancel subscription!! I was scared of the scam too, but it CAN be canceled! Just do it through apple!

Can’t access premium features even when paying for premium

I’m literally subscribed premium and it still won’t let me use premium features. So I re-click “subscribe to access these features,” and it says “you are already subscribed.” But it STILL WONT LET ME USE THE FEATURES. This app was working as of yesterday and now it is completely useless.

Don’t waste your time

I had a picture I wanted to touch up so I downloaded this app. First of all you have to pay premium for most of the touch ups the app advertises for. After I edited my picture it put a mark that I used their app to edit my picture. Why would I want people to know that...immediately deleted don’t waste your time.

Horrible

I used this app for years and it was great. As of late, it crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s used, and does not save progress on whatever project you’re on. But they sure make sure to charge you for the service. Do not recommend at all if you want something that functions.

Never works

The app is good if you’re able to actually use it. The app literally never works, it constantly says I’m not paying for it which is SO FRUSTRATING!!! Pay weekly or monthly for an app that doesn’t even work. Annoyed

Can’t Edit Photos Saved From Google Drive

I transferred pictures from an SD card to Google Drive and then saved them to my phone because I wanted to post them on social media. Turns out you can’t edit pictures you save from Google Drive. Waste of a download

Weak app

Constant glitches. Half the time doesn’t work. The app is slow and has bugs that need to be fixed for it to be worth the value in the weekly subscription.

Freezes

I did the free 3 day trial. Glad I did before I bought pro version because it keeps freezing which makes me lose my progress. When I go to heal, it freezes and I have to start all over. So annoying. I feel defeated. Canceling free trial and uninstalling app.

Doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription

I canceled my subscription days ago. Why am I’m being charged for it? It’s in active subscriptions even tho I canceled it and it’s not giving me an option to cancel in store like I did DAYS AGO. Your plus isn’t worth the sub.

Love the app - but won’t work with new IOS

It now takes forever to load and crashes at the simplest request. I have sent an email to support with no response. If I don’t hear back soon, and fixes aren’t made, I want a full refund on my subscription.

Terrible I was charged without purchasing

I want to be refunded and my subscription to be cancelled please!!!!! I am trying to cancel the subscription (that I never subscribed for) and there is NO option to cancel the subscription like other apps. Disputing all 6 charges. DO NOT use this app!

Craps out during edits too many times

Sometimes the app works but most times it stops working and shuts down. Takes too long to open as well. Used to be a good app but not anymore.

So unfair

Basically when I broke out I took an instagram photo, I realized that u could see my pimple so I got this app to see if I could remove it from the photo. I downloaded the app and to do that i had to get the premium. I can’t afford it but it’s so not fair. :( i don’t like this app.

Fraud!

I cancelled the subscription before the 3 day trial ended and was still charged $55 for a photo editor app! This app is mediocre and the price is flat out criminal for such a basic app! They would not refund my money. I called my credit card to reverse this charge!
