Good app over all

This app is great, and I like using it, but their are a few minor flaws here that I don’t mind but don’t like seeing. Sometimes adds pop up, and I understand that, but I have to go out of the app and do the thing where you hold click it and chose the beautify button option to avoid adds, but sometimes it’s kind of tiring to keep doing. The other thing is I wish they had an option to do photo collages, because since they weren’t here, I had to get another app, which is not the same one mentioned in this app, and it takes up a lot of space. But still great app! Will use it alot.

In my top 5! Love this app!

I’ve had this app since it came out on all of my different phones, all androids, specifically Samsung Galaxies. I love this app and the filters. I honestly use it everyday. However, I have arrived at a slight hitch. I recently converted to Apple because I’m in the Filmmaking Industry and my entire arsenal has updated to Mac products. I’m currently using the Apple IPhone 10 Xs Max and unfortunately Bestie no longer works as well. I can’t pick a person like I used too as many selfies are of myself and my fiancé. I liked that I could go back and forth with ease and do a quick and slight edit. I hope they update the app and fix the bugs for the newer phones. Until then I’m using the Older Galaxy 5 to edit pics by sending them back and forth between the phones which is a haste and takes the ease out of use but I love the app, its features and the filters. 5 stars for older phones...4 stars for newer phones (giving company a chance to update before I lower further). Thanks Bestie!

My favorite for regular photo editing

I paid the premium for Facetune for a while but I really far preferred this program for regular photo editing purposes. The only real problem is the ads — I would happily pay for an ad free Bestie, instead of having to sit through these 30 second video ads (usually for some irrelevant service like gambling) in the middle of trying to edit a selfie. But the filters look great on Bestie and the smoothing is phenomenal. The app gets a little buggy and has to be redownloaded frequently, is my only other complaint.

Great!!

I was originally looking for an app that could automatically and accurately blur out the background of my pictures, since I only have an iPhone 6, which doesn’t have the portrait effect. I found this app, which, although manual blurring out is required, is absolutely perfect for any portrait pictures. It clears up your skin, slims your face, and more, all at your command.

Used to be amazing!! Please help!!

This app has been my favorite for over a year, I loved it and used it every day. Lately the app is crashing or getting stuck processing photos and never stops being stuck. I tried deleting and re downloaded so many times. It used to work perfectly never had a problem but all of the sudden I can barely use it. If I get it to work it crashes after every pic I save. Please fix!! I also noticed that since it stopped working properly, when you try to choose a photo from your library, it starts with your oldest photos in your phone, it used to start with the most recent, so now you have to scroll through your entire library of pics ..

Like it but...

It’s a good app, I like the concept of what it does, I just wish the navigation was smoother. When using patterns to make borders (for example) it starts out okay then it gets real choppy (for lack of a better word) it kinda stops and starts, on and off. It’s absolutely impossible to make a straight line across the bottom where the slider is. I feel like these would be minor adjustments, I could be wrong but either way, I’m not speaking badly about the app. Just wish it were easier to navigate. I still use it all the time!

Great app, some minor bugs

I love this app a lot! The only downside is after using it several times, I’ll open it and my face will look very plasticy, like there’s a weird shiny filter on everything? I got through all the settings and buttons and turn them on and off but it never gets rid of it, so I have to constantly delete the app and redownload it to get rid of it. This strange filter will just randomly be on when I open the app. That’s the only downside, probably a minor glitch b

Silent Mode gone

Could you please bring back silent mode option. We used to have a silent shutter and countdown when taking pics. Also, would be nice to have new filters. These filters have been here for years. I like them all but would like new ones as well. Thanks! One more thing-please fix something within the app as it now drains my battery 40% for just opening it for 2 minutes. It never used to drain my battery. I also preferred it without ads.

Loving it....

I love this app it’s soo much fun and it can improve how your face or skin looks in camera I will definitely recommend this app to anyone who loves the technologies and taking any sort of pictures my favorite part of this app is probably the stickers and i LOVE all of the different types of stickers that they provide. Lost

I don’t see anywhere where there is a way to get rid of the ads or buy an advanced version, so that those aren’t constantly coming up! Am I missing something? I don’t want to use this, if I have to deal with that, so how do we get rid of it….there’s no instructions and when I clicked on the? for app help, it only takes you to where you could download it…,that doesn’t help me!

You have to update or fix the app

Hey bestie is a great app and editor to have to edit pictures. But lately something happened to the app where it keeps crashing when trying to edit a photo before you even start to edit... please fix!!! I use this app every day to edit photos

Takes amazing pictures but crashes and lost several photos!!

I was using this app yesterday and took a really good picture of my family and wanted to save it. So I took it and immediately after before I could save it, the app crashed and lost not only that one but several other photos as well!! I emailed support and they have yet to respond. I’m sad and angry because I just want to get the pictures back. If I can get them back I’ll change my review, if not it stays 2 stars.

Great for product photos too!

I’ve used this app for various sales for products. From coffee to makeup. It really helps create a nice look and vibe for each and makes items more attractive. There’s several filters so the possibilities are endless. Save or upload and you’re Golden!

Excellent photo app

Makes pictures come alive with this app! The picture editing option doesn’t make the picture look fuzzy or blurred, it keeps them looking like the original and better than before!

Pretty good app but problems

Normally I edit a pic and it brings me to the home screen for bestie after I save it. Now when I save a photo it says saved to bestie album but then after 1 second it kicks me out of the app and brings me to my phone’s home screen. You said you fixed a bug but you created 1.

More features!

Love it! Please add the ability to increase saturation or add color to cheeks/lips. The eye color editor doesn’t always place the color in the correct spot—would be nice to be able to move it.

Great but...

It’s great and all it has great stickers . It is a great app . It has stickers , effects, face slims, cute name, it can make your eyes big and more vibrant overall it is great but it is not the most best thing in the world I don’t know what but something is missing maybe an update . Besides that it is great.

I wish it was a little easier to navigate around though. Also, the amount of adds ruin the integrity of the app because they keep on popping up :( Everything works well though, I like it so far ^-^

App crashing

I’ve used this app for about 3years now and never had a issue and loved it but lately everytime I open the app and select a photo from my gallery it quickly force closes the app for no reason.

Sad

I'm so upset, apparently the app no longer works for iPods and older iPhones (3-5gen). This was my go to app and I can no longer use it cause it won't let me select my photos from my camera roll.

Glitchy and full of long ads

I had to restart the thing twice to get through to the actual app. It kept getting hung up. Then there were LONG advertisements between every action. I went to grab a photo, long ad. Grabbed the photo, long ad, photo did not show up- reads, “ no photos “ so I go to grab it again, long ad, crash, reload, long ad. Sigh.

It doesn’t work with iPhone 10

I really enjoyed this app with my older phones, now that I have the newest iPhone I can’t use it. My coworker with the same phone has the same problem. Quite disappointed about that because I love the smooth skin feature.

It’s keep crashing 😔

Normally reliable, but lately...

For some reason, the app keeps crashing. My phone is updated, and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. 4 stars when it works, though.

Crashing

Crashing constantly for the past 4 days

I’ve loved using bestie but at the moment it crashes while trying to load an image. I have not been able to use it for 4 days now. Any news on when this will be fixed? All my apps and my iPhone iOS are up to date.

Do not recommend

The constant ad’s, the glitching, the freezing completely and then having to reopen and go through the ad’s all over again. I wish you would go back to the original for this app because using this now is an absolute nightmare

Keeps crashing

After downloading several filters the app closes/crashes and won’t let me take any pictures. It was fine before the filters tho

Unstable

I’ve used this app for a very long time already. Never had any problems, until today. It keeps crashing! I open the app, pick my picture from my phone and BAM, it crashes! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried to restart my phone. Nothing worked. Looking for a new app to take its place.

It doesnt work

Every time i go to take a picture i hit the camera button and it automatically closes and takes me back to the home page. So i tried editing a one of my photos and it did the same thing closed me out and sent me to my home page.

I’m still trying to figure this app out

It’s a great photo editing app. There’s more to this app; I just haven’t had the time to mess with it. Plus, there’s not much in the help topic or app support. That said, the ads are so annoying. I don’t really want to mess with the app.
