Very inconsistent winnings

I have played in this site for years and have stuck with it as they matured their app and expanded their games selection. My observation is that you go through periods of time on games where you win and then all of a sudden you just start losing almost like the odds of winning in the same game changed. This is an opinion and not based on anything but my own gameplay. There doesn’t seem to be any way to find out the expected percentage payout for each particular game. As they say the odds always seem to favor the house.

Beware deposit bonus scam

Don’t fall for their misleading deposit bonus scam. Anytime you receive a “bonus” from them, only accept the bonus if it does not require you to deposit funds. If you do deposit, they take your money and attach it to their rigged casino forcing you to bet 400x your deposit before you’ll ever see your deposited funds. This is, of course, impossible to complete so they are just stealing your deposit. Notice how their reply will not only confirm the scam, but rationalize it’s use because the government allows it. Imagine that, the government allowing gaming companies to “legally” steal your money to provide them with more revenue. Who woulda thunk? At the end of the day, all you need to know is that whatever you deposit will be gone; just a donation to a desperate company.

Not great not terrible

The 3 star average is perfect. Most honest rating I’ve seen so far so probably the only one not spamming fake ones. Respect. Now this app is a 4/10 when it comes to overall functionality. Some games won’t load but it happens. Laggy and glitchy at times but usable. If you’re looking for a casino that will give you back some value in free spins or fun promos keep looking lol. They’re basically non existent after sign up. It’s cool that you get a little 5$ when the 6ers pull a doub but without embiid on the floor even those are few and far between. Honestly this is the reason it s not great or rated that way. To compete with the rest of the market they’ve got to start giving back and having incentives to waste money. No rewards. Ahh yeah man I’m changing it to a 2/5. Gotta have these things man.

Decent but but great.

A decent assortment of games, and win rates seem about on par with other sites, but there are much better/more player friendly sites available. The problem I encountered was with the payout process. Instant deposits, but 2+ days for withdrawal is unacceptable, and by far the worst of any site I have experienced. After a few successful withdrawals, I had one held for two days until I provided the same credentials I had already provided initially, and then had to wait another day and a half for approval. I would not have known this unless I contacted the support team, as it was not listed on the pending withdrawal in the site.

Good luck with a win

I took a break for a while but when I came back.. this app changed. Though they say all slots are regulated by the gaming board, this app 100% will screw you. Almost never will get a bonus. Played 1 game at 4$ a spin. In 150 spins .. got the bonus. And won 5.60. Any other win (though rare) was .40-$6 on overall. Try another app and save your sanity. Also.. small nitpick of mine, but no autospin feature. Usually I like to sit back and watch my spins instead of pressing spin 100+ times to throw away money in a small period.

Not much wins

I won once and haven’t won since I play seldomly but loose most of the time and the bonuses are very crappy if you end 20 cents be happy and you see the good bonus balls dying by but never get them you get maybe a 50 ball or a minor but it plays you down to hardly nothing then you get a crappy bonus after that so in the end you loose it all

Never have I won any money with courtesy credits or deposit matches. Never. They will let you win here and there but you need to deposit every day. Eventually they will let you win a jack pot but it’s basically like a savings account. They never seem to let you win above your total amount of $$ deposited

Please read before downloading app

Had to give 4 stars just so they post my review WOW. I been using this app for 2 months now. And I started noticing when ever I log off. Then log back in when I want to play my balance would keep dropping. First it was short like $20 to $30. 4 days ago I was winning like crazy. When I logged off my balance was $315 so I took a screenshot just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Now when I just logged back on my balance is $116. There’s no way to communicate with someone on the phone so I had to communicate through chat. The person that was suppose to help me was very rude and unprofessional. They tried to tell me I played all my money. And was being very rude. So I told them this app is a scam and who ever this is your being very rude and unprofessional. THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND KEPT THE $116 THAT WAS LEFT ON MY BALANCE. When I try to log back in I CANT. I won’t recommend this app to anybody. But if yall do want to check it out. Please be careful using this app and make sure y’all watch y’all winning and balance before you log off.

The odds are not even close to the true casino odds

Don’t be like me an make the mistake of putting your hard earned cash on this app. The games literally time out after a certain amount of time an the the screen completely changes. I’ll be contacting the fraud department about it. For example the fortune coins game. It’s 0.60 cents a spin at first the payout covers your spins 2.50$ but then it’s starts paying you less even when you hit the same thing that you hit an hr ago but now it’s only giving you 0.15 cents instead of 2.50$ you can increase your line bet an decrease it etc. an when you reach out to someone at the casino they treat you like a dummy because what are we gonna do about it?? Good luck getting proof to show they stole your 10$ 100$ maybe 1,000$ ain’t nobody coming to investigate a casino that creates a 1/3 of the revenue for that township. Think about it. I mean was it hard for Apple to send out an update that completely destroyed peoples phones so they had to spend money right to get a new one. This app is no different. Absolute garbage

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with betPARX that has left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Without any clear justification, my account was abruptly limited and I was banned from using the sportsbook. This sudden action was taken with minimal communication, leaving me in the dark about the reasons behind such a drastic decision. Adding to my frustration, I encountered significant issues with the bonus bets. These were part of a promotional offer and one of the main reasons I chose betPARX. Unfortunately, I did not receive all of my bonus bets, which significantly impacted my user experience and trust in the platform. When I reached out to their customer service team for assistance and clarification, the response was underwhelming. The lack of helpful support and transparency has been disheartening. My overall experience with betPARX, from the unexpected account limitation to the unsatisfactory handling of bonus bets and customer service, has been far from what I had expected, leaving me to question their commitment to fair play and customer satisfaction.

Cumbersome

This is my least favorite sport betting app. It’s slow and bulky and hard to navigate. I’m constantly having to close it and reopen it because it freezes. It’s impossible to hit the back button after you build a bet. There is an arrow but it’s blocked by the menu that doesn’t work. Once I enter the bets, there is no way for me to go back and add more bets or change my bet. Every menu option, except for deposit, doesn’t work. My only option to go back to the Sports Book is scroll to the bottom of bet page and click on another game, and then once that loads, I can go back to the game that I was on. It’s extremely annoying and at the very least I would think basic navigation should be at top of the list for any app. Once I’m done with my Promo Bets I will delete, delete, delete. It takes several minutes to build one parlay as with every other app out there I can do it in seconds. Please work on basic functionality and navigation. It’s 2024!

Withdrawal process

When I first joined this app when Covid hit, I loved it. I was hitting left and tights and the withdrawal process was almost instant. Now, 3/4 years later, the waitdrawal process is SOOOOOO slow. I’ve been waiting at least 24 hours, only for it to STILL BE PENDING. There’s no way you actually have people “reviewing” these withdrawals?! That’s outrageous. Your ten times more likely to cancel your withdrawal while it is pending! Is that what you want us to do? When we make deposits, you guys sure know how to take our money instantly. Why can’t the same be when your giving it back? It should be illegal to hold our winnings for a certain amount of time. And I verified my ID at least 5 times within the past 2 weeks 😤 If you want instant withdrawals, use FanDuel or Fanatics. Money hits your acct instantly, no matter the amount. I don’t understand why you have humans doing this process when it simply can be done by a computer. Super annoying.

Your promotion on my back

I couldn’t believe these guys ran a promotion that was called drop down cash, or something along those lines. Their stupid drop down effected the actual games. I could change my lines I was playing. After telling them, no refund on my waisted money on the game. The chat person was nice, but he didn’t know what was happening with it until later. I received an email saying you push you finger on the obnoxious promo to move it around, so hopefully you can see you game, and change you bets. I guess I should’ve went to computer repair school to figure out how to play on the Parx app. Never compensated for my waisted time and money. Another thing, they have the worst chat setup ever! Hopefully you can get a message to them if you decide to let them rob you , admit it right on my email from them. Don’t waist your time on the site. You are treated like a fugitive, when really they should be looked into a little more closely. Horrible business move for any company to act this way.

The app is very glitchy, it will crash on you over and over again everytime you get blackjack the game freezes, BEWARE OF ALL PROMOS ALWAYS READ TERMS & CONDITIONS. Had a 10x wagering requirement for my “bonus funds” to be withdrawable cash. They don’t tell you it’s only 10x on slots in the terms it says card games such as blackjack video or live will only be 10% of what you bet so if you play anything other than slots it would total to 100X wagering requirement. So there’s a lot more positive things about this spot than there is negative… when it comes to slot play they have an extensive selection ..and if you do your research you’ll find that BetParx slots paid out more than any other Pa. online casino last year (the highest payout rate) per player per spins and they have some decent promos to go along with it… for me the biggest hang up I have with this spot is the withdrawal process takes way too long when you have other Pa casinos with literally instant withdrawals(ESPNBet The Rivers) (Or almost instant MGM & Borgata) if they would address that one thing rather than havin to wait 2-5 days to touch whatever money I win and I would play there over anywhere else.

Buggy.

Mid free spins after getting a mega win. The game loses connection. I have great service and never lose connection on any other device.. now I’m unable to go back to the game because of a technical error. I didn’t receive my winnings. Customer support keeps saying the same thing, clear cache cookies and delete app. However the game is not working on any device or browser so it’s obviously a backend issue. The other issue is that you cannot withdrawal to your account even after adding a bank account it doesn’t allow you to deposit from the bank account at all. So if you want to withdrawal you have to drive to the Casino itself. The app and the website needs to be fixed. Should have waited to launch with all these issues.

So far, so good

My 2 favorite games were just added today! I found this Casino through an ad, and so far so good. I use a few other casino apps, and this is holding up to the competition. I was initially bummed my favorite 2 games weren't offered; however, that just changed today when they were added and I've only been a member less than a week! I have had all apps freeze on location finding and glitches, so I had that, but so do the other online casinos. I'm impressed! I'm eve looking for some of the games I found through the promotion on other casinos!

Don’t just play the promos

Make sure you deposit real money to lose. If you only play the promos like I did (and never won significant enough to make me think I’d EVER win with real money) you will get banned from playing their promos. Would YOU deposit into a site that you played every promo you could for months and never won a significant amount from playing? Doesn’t sound much like a gamble to me…sounds like you would be just throwing money away…gambling isn’t as entertaining when you don’t win! There are better places to play, unless you like losing. Don’t take my word for it because maybe I’m wrong and the games are only rigged to lose for the promotional money. I don’t want to find out on my own dime though!

Read before downloading app

Was an ok app at first. However, after using some of the sportsbook promos, support reached out and said I was using too many and restricted my account so I could only bet small amounts on promos. A few weeks later they said I was still using too many, and I would not be eligible for any sports promos going forward. Then I noticed they reduced the amount I could wager to only $25 or $30 per bet. I contacted support about this and they were very rude and said my account was restricted due to wagering patterns related to promos. No other sportsbook/casino in PA does this, so be warned, the odds boosts are a tease! Casino games are mediocre; the app doesn’t have any of the newer titles, just old slots. Worst app in the PA market.

Shockingly poor from IT/Software Admin to Cust Service

The worst casino app ever. I gave it two stars because it has games that i like. if zero was an option, i would have given it one star. glitchiest, slowest, software of any app i’ve ever used - in the entire app store. at this very moment, the app doesn’t even work. won’t e en boot up. all customer service can do, in the slowest manner possible, is tell me they have no idea when it will be fixed. and no idea if the spin i was in. the middle of, and had won $10 on so far, was going to resume whenever it happens to come back online. This really summarizes my overall experience with the app.

Worst Betting Site Out There

Run, don’t walk, to literally any other casino. I have tried my fair share and this one is by far the worst. I signed up and figured I’d try it out, over the course of like two weeks I tried a couple promos they offered and got an email that I used too many promos and my account would be restricted from future promos. I emailed them asking for a clarification and how I only used like two or three and they never responded after multiple attempts to contact them. Worst app, worst customer service. And their promos aren’t even good. The three best apps that I’ve used are DraftKings, FanDuel and FoxBet in that order. Go give those a try before wasting your time here.

I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Did not break one rule . But I’m banned from this casino because of “who I associate with”. That has got to be the most unreal thing I have ever heard I’m highly upset right now and plan to go to whatever lengths necessary to get this place shut down I’m considering hiring an attorney. Withdrawals take too long, promos are pathetic

Delaying withdrawals for “review” or “manual processing”, so players will cancel the withdrawal and lose all the money, is one of the sleaziest tricks these online casinos employ. BetParx takes 24 hours (up to 72 hours) to process a withdrawal. Imagine playing at a live casino and having to wait 1-3 days to cash out. BetParx also has no rewards program, and the promos they offer are insultingly terrible (e.g., 10 free 10¢ slot spins, with a 10x play-through requirement on winnings lol). DraftKings has instant withdrawals, more games, a less glitchy app, and great promos/rewards. Why would I keep playing at Parx when the competition is so much better?

Worst Customer Service Ever

Everyone I have come across at Betparx is rude, ignorant, nasty and condescending. They have offered me no help multiple times I tried to contact them. I asked to speak to the boss and he was even worse. I will never spend a dime here again. Also I was supposed to get a deposit yesterday and they lied and said my bank declined it at first. Then today they are saying it was an error but will offer me no more answers no ETA on a resolution and ZERO free play for my inconvenience. They literally did not even offer an apology. They just acted like I was rude for wanting my money!!! Never again and I will tell everyone they are horrible.

The most rigged online casino available. Hundreds of spins and don’t hit a bonus feature in one session. Opted in for a deposit match for the casino and never got the deposit match. Absolute joke. No way your spinning that many times without winning so much as a dime back. Obviously casinos are meant to take your money. However this is absolutely insane. How many people using this casino app and I can’t hit a bonus with any number of spins. And good luck finding a contact number on the app to get any clarification on the “bonus” deposit match that you will never receive

I like this app

Sometimes it’s frustrating because a few games don’t load and you have to force the app to close….and remember the names of them so you don’t do it again. That being said, the majority of slots are fun, the app is easy to use, and their promotions are generous. When you are ready to withdraw, the process is simple and the money is put back on your card within hours.

Revamped UI

Parx has made a lot of significant strides in the past year to update their app to make it a more smooth and enjoying experience. The promotions are frequently geared towards local teams and navigation menus has finally reached the standard of leading sports books. Not bad

I’ve been using this app for a few months. I’ve had no major trouble with it. I’ve even cashed out quite a bit. However, the main problem I’m having currently is I always play Finn and the swirly spin but for some reason it’s not working. I open it and it says an error and won’t load. Please fix the issue and you’ll get 5 stars from me.
