Bet Rivers Player Support Is Amazing!

BetRivers has blown me away with its fantastic gaming experience. Long time patron treated like garbage.

So the stand out feature of Bet Rivers Casino App is definitely the player chat function. The interaction with other players was great. But they fail miserably at being appreciative of their patrons. I’ve had quite a few issues with comm chat bonus bingo freezing after waiting all day to play it and missing out on a chance to actually win some bonus money only to be told all we can do for you is give you a bingo token with a 1 in 200 chance of winning 5$. They never have promotions that give you free spins on any slots and their point system is tragically flawed with a decay model that makes it nearly impossible the achieve or maintain any type of status of VIP. Regardless of if you’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. So I’d avoid this app and go spend your money somewhere that will reward your loyalty. Like Draft Kings or MGM they have much better reward systems and don’t knock your points down daily and treat you like they’re doing you a favor by letting you play on their app.

This app is amazing you win and you can eij big. And you loose but that’s why they call it gambling. Just have fun but know when to stop don’t ever use money you are paying a bill with. 99 out of100 times that’s when you end up loosing it all and you want to kick yourself just have fun and when you sone get off the sop anf go do something fun that’s free tthe app will be there when you have money to gamble again. Too Long to get paid when you win

Unlike DraftKings, Fan Duel or ESPN Bet where a withdrawal takes minutes , hours at the most , this App takes days, regardless of the option you choose. You can’t take deposits instantly and then take 3-5 days to pay your patrons back. The epitome of holding ur money getting interest for a few days then giving it back to you. If you are going to hold my money, pay me the interest on it. Game play is solid but many other better options out there in terms of payment. Give folks the option to wire or get paid within minutes and it will be a better experience. As soon as I get my money I will be closing my account.

Definitely my favorite

I’m not a high level, i can’t keep up with the decaying of the point system, but i must say betrivers definitely still takes care of me. I randomly get free play a lot, plus all the little perks of bonus money; bingo/trivia ect! Only downfall is i wish the withdrawls were faster, i deposit with online banking and usually takes 2-3 to hit my account.

Betting in Delaware

I am a avid online gambler really loved the old app. I have used the betrivers app since it was changed over for Delaware. I have to say I am going to delete this app and not use it for online gambling ever again. I have all win loss records and right I am at 83 percent win percentage with 100,000 in bets placed . I play only one game so I know the payouts compared to my deposits. I am sure you can download this app and get lucky, but if you read the rules on every game you play there is a return to player percentage that is not being met in my case just beware and be prepared to loose money.

Customer service and app

I had a pretty good win on this app, struggled with withdrawing the money so I used customer support. After about 30 minutes of waiting I was able to speak with axl f. He made my frustration of waiting so long to speak with someone and not being able to withdraw the money into a pleasant experience and I will now continue using the app. Axl F is the greatest!

I had to reach out to customer service on the bet rivers app and was connected to agent Zack S. He was beyond courteous and extremely professional as he addressed what my issue was and made sure that it was handled promptly, if every customer that needed help could be connected to this agent just to experience how professional and knowledgeable Zack was regarding my issue and concerns.

It started off great. Then eventually every time I’m up they’ll freeze the bet. You never really get a chance to cash-out. Yesterday i gave it another chance and forgot thats why i stopped playing this app. They froze my tennis match from set one which i was way up. Eventually it just dwindled to nothing which made me re delete the app. Dueces

The actual casino doesn’t recognize any of your online play and won’t comp you anything while visiting kind of a pain. Black card members shouldn’t have to deal with all the hassle that I had to deal with while visiting Pittsburgh. The online app is one of the better apps for sports betting and usually have better odds than any other app out there I will give the sports book app a 5 star rating. But the actual casino in Pittsburgh I would give them a 1 star rating.

This app is disgustingly inethical

They’ll take your deposit and will limit you the second you start to show any signs of winning. Good luck making money when they limit you to $11 a bet. I haven’t even made back the full amount I deposit and I’ve been limited to an amount it’s not even worth betting. Their customer service won’t even give you a reason why you’re being limited and will blame it on some other group that they can’t talk to and apparently you can’t either. I don’t understand how this is good for business or how it’s sustainable and explains why their market cap is so low

Not good for live bet , and when you start winning. They will kick you out and you can’t log in until u lose or can’t cash out. When they make mistake. And you go support, they will tell you that they have to get with the team for answer. Ask for upper chain command. They will tell you they can help you. Once they know your ip address and your router number. They go in talk phone and start messing with yall ip address , and do what they do best cheat on live bet. You will never get the odd you bet. When is plus. They will keep telling you to approve until your net is negative odds.

Bonus Store Update

I have been playing this app for years and have loved but with the recent change in the bonus store I went from around level 6 down to level 2 and it has been harder to continue play. I feel like the recent bonus store change will be a downfall for the average player. It’s made for high rollers now. Having to spend hundreds and thousands to reach and keep levels. Will likely stop playing.

A great online casino!

It’s fast and easy to deposit and withdraw, they are always adding fun new games with minimum bets lower than other casinos on the same game, customer service is quick to resolve issues which is not something I’ve experienced much of and the odds seem to be fair. It is one of my favorite casinos for sure!

Terrible Rewards, Simple App

Please DO NOT redeem your hard earned points for bingo tokens—they will just sit there til they expire. It is completely impossible to automatically start a bingo game with your tokens. The link is broken and does nothing. The free invites work(even if it’s impossible to win), but do not redeem for bingo tokens! It’s just a dead end scam. So even if the app is simple for even the least knowledgeable gambler, they don’t give a flying anything about their patrons. For appreciation, I’d recommend DraftKings or Caesar’s. MGM is just a tiny bit better than River’s.

DO NOT USE. They change the rules last minute

Hey there, I was using this app for a while, I bet over 8k on this app over the course of 1 week. I placed a bet that was Next Goal (3) (Tie: No More Goals): Dominican Republic , which when you look up the rules, if no one scores, the bet is voided and refunded. However , this site does not play by the traditional rules and refuses to void the bet since they do not follow the textbook definition of the bet. Use any other betting app or risk losing money to a bet that is up to their term, not to the textbook definitions term.

Honestly BetRivers is the best one in my opinion, I think I have tried every single betting and casino app there is and BetRivers is literally the only one I know I can go on and actually win money and they have loyalty points and surprise bonuses and drops that make it worth while.

No withdrawal

I’ve been fighting with it for two hours now to let me withdraw my winnings. They don’t work like any other online casino with debit withdrawal. They fry and force you to sign in with your bank account login information. If you try to avoid that with bank account routing and account number it will just tell you they can’t do that at this time. An absolutely miserable time compared to all other sites/apps. Go anywhere else I’m telling you this ain’t worth the headache.

Worst app ever

So at first the app is great. They give you promotions every week. All that fun stuff to lure you in. If you happen to be lucky enough to win. They then silence your account. After 8 months and being not down at all, they took away all my promotions without explanation, and now they’ve controlled how much I bet on sports because they don’t want me to win anymore. Terrible App

Bad app for betting on. They limit every aspect of your bets and only allow you to select options that are usually not desirable. Not only that but the odds are worse on this app since they know people are limited by state. Do not fall for this scam of an app. They even run promotions that aren’t valid some days just to try to get you to deposit and spend money. Scam scam scam. Just drive out of state and use the bigger apps that are more trustworthy and reliable such as DraftKings. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

I used to LOOOOOVE BR, still do, hate the new loyalty program. Feels like we’ve been punished for being loyal, many perks taken away and bonus opportunities are limited. I’ve played lesser and lesser over the last few weeks, wins were far and very few between as it was and now perks eliminated too✌🏼

Horrible

This is by far the worst book out there. Whoever is giving raving reviews is being paid to do so. Wager grading is a problem be prepared to wait hours for wagers to be graded unless they are a loss then they are graded instantly. If you dare to go complain about waiting hours they will tell you that you can always make another deposit. Place is simply the worst!!!

Bad customer service

I had been using cards for deposits and with no explanation they take away this option. I use gift cards to avoid issues with banks and credit cards and now I will be using other sites more that care about customers.
