The customer service was very great. The entire process was painless and I felt that the representative who helped me was very knowledgable and actually cared about my well-being in the matter. Communication is 100% excellent with this company. The respond to all of my texts in a very timely manner. Wonderfully, perfect. I would not change a thing about that. Overall I am satisfied with my settlement agreements so far. I have 3 total and so far one has been accepted. I am so happy to be receiving this help at such an affordable price. My biweekly payments are beyond affordable and I have the option to customize to pay my debts off even faster at a rate that I can choose from/will be affordable for me. This is the greatest help I've ever received in this matter. I am so glad that I heard about them on the Rickey Smiley morning show. If you’re wondering if you should consolidate your debt and if you should use Beyond Financial to do it, I highly recommend it.

Wow! Totally saved my life, my ex fiancé(malignant narcissist) maxed out both of my credit cards without my knowing and left me with 20,000 extra in debt on top of starting a company (“for us”) which I forked 50,000 into. He left with all the equipment I bought and left nothing for me in the bank and all this debt I was paying 28% Interest rates. I felt overwhelmed and paralyzed. Beyond finance gives me the peace of mind I deserve to have! I’ve been making my two payments a month of 250 and on time. The customer service is EASY to reach! Very knowledgeable and helpful person will always be there for my questions. I’m able to feel in control again! If you’re experiencing high interest and more debt than you know what to do then I couldn’t recommend this option more! App is great and easy to navigate as well. One more time the customer service is the absolute best! So easy to talk to a human! Forever grateful!

I am deeply in debt . With the economy crashing , skyrocketing prices , Covid etc I got behind which is something that has never happened to me . I joined this program . Enrique , the gentleman who signed me up , kept telling me .. trust the process ..you did not get into debt over night and you won’t get out of debt overnight .. he has been exceptional , talking me off the fence multiple times .. I now have 2 cards in settlement which feels amazing .. I know beyond takes 25 percent per each settlement which annoyed me at first . After looking at how much interest I would of paid on my cards , in the long run , the percentage beyond takes no longer bothers me . Being debt free is in my future ! I also don’t have to deal with the creditors and try to make deals myself . My credit score took a hit , but it will rebound . Beyond has also taught me how to budget and live life without swiping the plastic card . I am a pleased customer .

This company has good intentions and good people, but they are way too unrealistically optimistic. I have gotten a huge sense of false advertisement. I was told that best case scenario, my debt would be reduced prior to being settled. Ok cool whatever. The problem comes in when they weren’t able to even settle ANY of my accounts. So they offered me a personal loan for consolidation from Above Lending (high interest rate mind you…) decorated and sugarcoated as a “graduation loan for having a good payment record.” It was nothing but a disguise for Beyond’s inability to settle my accounts. Ok cool whatever. The part that really got me is when I tried settling my last account. I WAS PROMISED that the fees and interest from these creditors (since Beyond advices you to quit making payments upon starting the program) would NOT have to be paid. Turns out that I have to pay even MORE than the agreed upon amount. I understand that it’s ultimately up to the creditor, but this company is very much at fault of UNREALISTIC OPTIMISM that toys with the line of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. All in all, there are better and more wise methods of debt settlement. I strongly advocate against this company’s debt settlement program.

I was a mess with worry about my financial status. I wasn’t sleeping well because of my debt. I saw an add about taking stress off of me and put into the company. I thought yeah, right! I took the number down. A couple days later, I came across the name and number of the company. I thought, it can’t be worse than the state I’m in right now. Larry called me. After about 5 minutes, I was feeling the weight of all the stress leaving me. Larry put me right at ease. He was kind, professional, easy to talk to and understand. He even put some humor in the mix! I kept waiting for the catch. There wasn’t one. The “paperwork” was quick, easy, and painless. The company is wonderful! All goes just like they said it would. They deal with the company, they get a proposal of settlement, send to me asking if i accept the proposal and then that’s it! Everyone I have talked with has been fantastic! After divorce I was stuck with a lot of credit card debt. Everything in my life seemed overwhelming. I’ve never been in this situation where I could not keep up payments. I knew only the minimums could be paid and it would likely take years of paying interest and not getting anywhere. Working full time and now being a single mom gave me little time and money to pay off the debt that incurred during the marriage. So I reached out to beyond finance and spoke to a representative. Within approximately 30 minutes, he offered a solution I could live with and a term where I knew everything would be paid off. It was such a burden off my shoulders. Yes I get calls constantly but I know it’s being handled. I just approved my first payoff and it feels amazing. Thanks beyond finance!

Beyond Finance has been amazing throughout the whole process. Very informative and helpful with all my questions. Just after a year of deposits into my dedicated accounts they have helped me in negotiating my debt with two companies. It is scary at first because your credit does drop but once the settlements are completed you will see the raise in credit after a certain time period. I was able to graduate to a loan with their sister company to help pay the debt off faster and therefore my biweekly payment only raised maybe 30$ to pay the loan vs depositing into the dedicated account. This definitely sped up the process and 1 of 2 of my debts have been completed and the 2nd one is in negotiation. Thank you Beyond for helping me settle my debt!

As someone whose credit was great before joining this program I highly do not recommend this service. My credit went from almost 700 to 540. They told me to stop paying all my cards so they could create a case which brought the total of my debts much higher then when I started off. And some resolutions don’t even get the total down by half. If you are struggling managing all of your debts like I was. I would recommend getting a personal loan and use that to pay off your loans, then you will have a fixed payment each month. Unlike with Beyond that changes as more disputes resolutions are resolved. My current monthly payment is $450. Which is astronomical to pay considering this is a program that claims to give you back financial freedom. I no longer qualify to get a home by myself, I couldn’t even afford to with this monthly payment to rent a place by myself. I would quit the program if I wasn’t already in the thick of it. THERE ARE SMARTER WAYS THAN BEYOND. Good luck out there!

Being young and reckless got me into $14k in credit cards debt within 3 years. Never again will I get a credit card lol. But I had no idea how I was going to pay this off and it was a constant stress on my mind. Beyond eliminated that stress for me. They are so incredibly helpful not just initially, but anytime along the way they are there to answer your questions. I started in July with a total of 6 accounts. Now it’s October and I have settled and I just got notified that another account in the process of being settled! I recommended my brother to this and he is so happy he did it as well. I was credit card free for years and as my retirement date neared, I took out a credit card. Not one, but three over time. Eventually I went crazy and found myself in trouble. There’s no way I would’ve been able to pay off all of my debt without Beyond. 1000% worth it. Every representative I spoke to was kind, informative, compassionate, and honest. Beyond Finance has been great. When I call there are no long hold times. They explained everything crystal clear. Honestly I found myself nervous to go on this journey just because there’s so many scammers out there but I’m very happy with the service they have provided. When they reached a resolution with one of my creditors they called, text AND emailed within 1 mean of each other. Just a word of advice to those about to sign up with them, be patient. I know for me I would check everyday and get a little anxious because they weren’t resolving my debt in my time frame but trust me THEY ARE working on it just be patient. =)

It’s been a bit of a slow start, but I am seeing Debt being paid off. The rep I am working with was very upfront about how the program works, and all has gone as expected. I have a little while to pay everything off but I am seeing steady improvement Update- I’m seeing good improvement in my credit score and I am seeing accounts paid off. My credit did initially take a little dip but actually came up quickly. I still have a big chunk of debt to pay off but overall it has been great having a team be my voice and negotiate. It’s a slow process but it’s working.

Hello,This is the first time I’ve been using a settlement agency. I have done bankruptcy before in the 80s and it was a long time before I could get credit and when I did my scores were low and I had to pay higher interest on those cards. This so far has been a stress free way to get your bills in order and without having to go bankrupt! You can navigate through there nicely done sight it’s all set up for you to see your debts that have been settled and upcoming debts they are negotiating for a settlement. I was terrified when looking into solutions for my debt. I talked to 3 different companies, but truly the availability of all info, the patience and clarity from EACH person with this company & the constant communication still blows my mind. I enrolled in 2021 and I don’t have a single complaint. Each representative I’ve spoken to over the years has been nothing but delightful and genuinely uplifting/encouraging. They know you’re anxious and scared but they also know you’re here because you needed help and they’re willing to give you the help you need at any time with a pleasant demeanor. Love them.

I love this company it’s wraps all your bills into easy to pay payments taken from your check no hassle no phone calls from debt collectors they handle it all and they are on your side the whole process also the customer service is always amazing and super friendly I rather pay for friendly customer service and they are always American I haven’t talked to one customer service representative from out of America that is always a big plus it’s easy to deal with other us citizens and makes the situation a lot more comfortable

I was in a bad way after my divorce. Not knowing how I was going to survive, I found Beyond Finance on the internet. After conducting several days of research and comparisons with other financial professionals I decided these guys are the “real deal.” The BBB even stated Beyond Finance is the most reputable company to go with if you are in debt. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the few team members I was in contact with. They walked me through the entire process and asked me to recite back to them what was discussed. Since I have a minor disability from my time in service it’s hard to concentrate. But, they were very patient and helpful. I have been with the program since August of 2023. My credit score is now starting to climb and I am so grateful for them!! I will now be able to use my VA assistance to get a home loan. Thank you all for all you have done for me and my future!!

I was not delinquent on any account but I knew it was only a matter of time because I was struggling financially. They told me my debt would be cut in half and that’s not the case. They needed all my accounts to be 90 days behind and all my accounts started doubling in debt. By the time the settled the got me right where I was at initially if not a little worse. They should have recommended I not pay and then sign up with some money saved from non payments, but I honestly wish I had Judy transferred all my good debt to a loan and just paid to that. I’m no worse or better off but if I had don’t it differently in the beginning I wouldn’t have to wait 2 years for my credit score to go back up to where it was.

I invested $422 monthly into this program for about a year. I lost my job and was very briefly unable to make payments. Beyond used my dedicated account to pay the original balance instead of the settlement offer. Then when I was able to pay again, they approached me with a” new “ settlement offer. $0 in my account starting from scratch. Unless your finances are set in stone for the next few years, this program isn’t for you. If I missed my last two payments before all my debt was erased forever (perhaps due to medical reasons) this same scenario would have happened. And again you would have to restart paying into your dedicated account all over again. All the funds I could have saved, or put towards real tangible debt relief is gone.

Their customer service reps are very kind. They’re attentive, they try to make you feel good, but the one that signed me up she signed me up and didn’t tell me that the amount I was going to give every 2 weeks wouldn’t be enough for beyond to be able to settle before any lawsuits took place. I wish she would have explained it to me and told me that I should sign up when I have more funds to give. She reassured me that $178 would be enough … don’t do this program if you have a lot of debt and can’t give enough for them to be able to start negotiating. Idk if she wanted a sign up, but that is disappointing. You’ll end up being served and end up stressed, with more money and time to waste. Really look into it.

But after enrolling in Beyond Financial Services I felt comfortable that I had made the right decision. I have now resolved 3 accounts since enrolling and couldn’t be happier with the services provided to me. This is a very reputable company with awesome customer service people whenever I get contacted by creditors. They calm my nerves and reiterate to stick to not contacting them myself, let them do their job and let them come up with a response and resolution to my concerns. I will gladly refer people to this company!! Thank you!! A very satisfied customer!!

Almost a year ago, Beyond Finance told me that their program was "perfect" for my debt situation during the difficult times we all are facing. I was very skeptical because of all of the scams, but the confidence and determination in the representative's voice convinced me to proceed. I have to say that trusting Beyond was the best financial decision I've ever made. The program is simple, straightforward, and successful. I am so thankful that I looked up the number one rated Better Business Bureau debt consolidation companies, and found beyond because they have helped me to get onto a better plan where our debt will be paid off in half the time that was going to be with another company and everyone is helpful, especially Chioma and I am relieved I can sleep at night, knowing that things are being taken care of and I would advise you to sign up with them if you are stressing out about debts!!

Beyond finance has been amazing on every front. I am nearing Graduation and it’s only been 9 months. Lots of work to feed the dedicated account and many nerves along the way watching my credit score decline. My only feed back is that I would have liked a bit more communication from the negotiations team along the way. In addition, credit repair help and guidance would be a great add on.. other than that, I’m glad I did it. Just remember, it’s takes some guts to make the leap. But do it

I actually left a company I was dealing with after talking to Roxanna because of her professional attitude and superior knowledge in the industry. She convinced me I would have results and she delivered results by actually settling my largest debt in only 6 weeks after signing on with Beyond Finance. Phillip DeFranco hosted them for a spot on one of their videos so I trusted them that much. Got my payments cut in half, staff is great, they have a non garbage app they use that keeps you up to date. Just know as they say its debt resolution not cancellation. They basically make a deal with the debt owner to go cheaper and protect you from being harassed by debt collectors. If COVID got you in big credit card debt like it did for me, and your credits been ruined already, this is a way out and a much less painful one.

I was with another debt reduction company prior to Beyond Financials the only thing they did was find the highest debts I had and do a structured settlement with them that was not good at all. But that was enough to kick in the 8k they made from their Fee. With Beyond Financial not only is my monthly fee cheaper but they have settled 8 accounts in the first month and they were much better deals. I would recommend anyone that is needing debt relief to not hesitate to contact them.

Didn’t pay the creditors they were supposed to! When I asked for a callback, never got one!When I asked for manager assessment, was either told they could not get a manager or would take hours to get one on the phone! When I tried to cancel my account and get a refund for the credit I had saved up. Had to call back multiple times to get them to actually cancel my account! Then took an additional month and a half to get my refund. Was subpoenaed by the creditor they were supposed to be paying. Not impressed with their customer service. Everything they said they would assist me with they didn’t. Would recommend a different company if you need of debt relief.

So is this really worth it? I say if your credit is already at like 400 or lower than yes, but if you have a credit score of 600 or more, I would not do this. It literally dropped my credit two hundred points. I have no idea how I’m ever going to recover it without getting more credit cards. they tell you it’s going to hurt it a little bit but they don’t tell you that it’s gonna drop dramatically and you probably will never recover from it.

We absolutely love being able to see the progress being made in our debt relief. We can see when each debt is settled, what the original amount was, what the settled amount was, how many payments have to be made on each debt, how many have been made, etc. It’s so easy to use, and it brings peace of mind to be able to see progress being made. We can also reach out with any questions at any time and get immediate answers. Love it!

I couldn’t be happier with the fast results negotiating with my creditors and saving me thousands of dollars. Within a year all my debt has been resolved at a fraction of the original amount all thanks to Beyond Finance. I couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend this program to anyone wanting help get out of debt. They have kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and every interaction has been so friendly.

They company works well but in end it will cost u alot money … If the save u $500 they want there fee which is $250. Then the praise u saying u got $200 back but then comes monthly fees and other crap and now its less than that. Wtv money u give them trust me they will find way get it…The sister loan program just gets u started on another debt u will have.. after paying that company interest u will end up spending more money than u originally owed… in end just wait 7 years for everything be off credit and start over… id rather not be spending $300 to new loan for next 6 years. Least my credit wont be as bad

So I was skeptical.. tons of debt barely scraping by taking from one account to pay another one. Decided to just go for it and within a month I have my 1st settlement not just any credit card but the largest of my loans. Like what are you kidding me?!? The weight that has been lifted off my shoulders from this 1 debt being settled is incredible. If you’re not sure just do it Michael Sullivan and his team are fantastic, patient, and very professional. Thank you 😊

They don’t tell you up front that there is a very good possibility that you will get sued. I had high debt but no bad marks or delinquent accounts. Since getting in business with BF I have multiple derogatory marks and now I am getting sued. Their only answer for me is for me to give them more money when I was already having a tough time with the $260 a month. They seem to have care at all on how my situation has gone. They asked me to make a deposit for tomorrow the 19th of Aug. yet their app won’t even allow me to make the deposit. Frustrating to say the least. I would advise you try and negotiate on your own.

This program and company are the best! I completed the program and thank God everyday for having me find this company. They really help you succeed and payoff debt. I highly recommend beyond finance to anyone struggling at this time to make payments. As long as you are patient cause it does take about 2 1/2 years to complete all of it but very much worth it! People working for Beyond Finance are well trained very easy to talk to and get your questions answered!

This debt consolidation service is top level. Has exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed I submitted my home equity line of credit. It got rejected. Doesn’t meet the criteria. However all other accepted debts was settled for less than 50% I owed. I would highly recommend this program. Great customer service. The app is very user friendly. After I wake up and pray. I opened app to witness debt owed on accounts decreasing. Great way to start the day. 😍😊🥰😁❤️🥰😍💜

This is the most transparent credit company I have found. They are up front about how everything works. they answer all questions. immediate results come from the payments after a settlement toes into effect, and I am nearly done with my payments. when you start this process, make sure to keep the payments every month. this is not a good option if you have to stop paying.

This company is a joke I decided after six months maybe of being with them I decided to cancel quit the program and I had made a payment at the beginning of the month I canceled on the 11th of the month had reserves in my reserve account, and they stole it instead of reimbursing me giving it back. I was told by the representative when I quit the program on the 11th that there should not be any fees or any more withdraws given any money to any other creditors that it was ending that day, and then they turn around and take my money instead of giving it back to me don’t go with this company Ron do not trust them they steal and are not honest at all

While I’m still early into my journey of becoming debt free, I have to say that using beyond finance has really been a joy. The staff helping me along the way have been super helpful. The app is very easy to use. After years of struggling to pay off revolving credit card debt, I feel this was the best choice for me. I highly recommend using beyond finance sooner then later if you are someone looking for better financial stability!

This program is helping me get out of a big hole I dug trying to keep up with inflation . The interest rates on credit cards was helping me get in deeper everyday. In the short time I’ve been in the program 1 of my debts has been settled & that’s helping full the hole. I appreciate Beyond Finance & the friendly helpful staff that have all made it easy to get into the program & watch it making the progress .

Beyond Finance’s app is straight forward and simple to navigate which is perfect as everything that lead to finally getting their help was complicated and non-transparent. I get everything I need to know most of the time from the home screen and getting in touch with a customer service expert is never a hassle nor a drain on my time. They are always ready to help!

I really believe Beyond Finance wants their clients to succeed. We are not just a money making opportunity for them. BF has a very detailed plan with many learning options for their clients to make the best choices with their money. I’m so glad I found this company. My problem is I spend money unnecessarily when I am bored or depressed. I am hopeful to stop this vicious cycle and look forward to a successful retirement.
