I have to use this app to keep up with my schedule, pay stubs, and company news. The worst part is the start up...it takes over a minute to load and will often crash. I have been using the app for almost two years. It will now no longer accept my login even though they are valid....I’m very disappointed with this app and wish BGC would fix this. Another minor problem, you have to login to the app to view any of its information...to view your schedule, you have to login AGAIN....the interface needs serious work.
I have to delete and re-install the app about every other time I use it. Once re-installed it works just fine, but why should I have to do this? {sigh}
I have worked for brookshires for about 2 years now. I’ve been having to use this stupid app for that long too. It takes over 5 minutes to load the app and sometimes it will crash before you even have the chance to see anything you’re needing at the time. We, BGC, are a bigger company which makes good money, there is no reason why we shouldn’t be able to upgrade our app for something that actually works and is an asset to the partners which work within the store.
I have been using this app for 3 months now to look at my schedule every week but for some reason now when I put in my user & password it is saying “authentication failed, password locked” it’s never said that before!! I need to be able to look at my schedule! Please fix this!
Absolutely terrible. My phone meets the software requirements, but I literally cannot open this app on my phone. It tries to open and immediately crashes every single time. Maybe don’t force your employees to use a completely non functioning app as part of their job.
Works when it wants. It needs an update because none of me and my coworkers can access our info on the app. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. We have to rely on group me to get our work schedule for the week.
I’m a new partner with BGC, I just recently downloaded this app to keep up with my schedule. It was working okay at first, but now it’s taking it’s time to load up so I can view my schedule. Please fix this!
on my old phone it always took a while to load and would sometimes just outright crash, but since I got my new one I can leave it on the loading screen for hours and it won’t get anywhere. Abysmal.
Honestly I haven’t had the app long. I used it to check my schedule and that’s all I haven’t been on it long and now it’s not even letting me sign in does anyone have any advice for me to help this problem?
I downloaded the app on my phone and it freezes my phone every time I try opening it. I just downloaded the app on my iPad thinking it was my phone and the app won’t even open up. Very disheartening.
I am new to the company and need to check my schedule. However I can’t even get past the “Create an Account” portion due to the simple fact that I can’t even input my birthday. Please fix this!!!
Brookshires fix the problem, the app is trash and it take over 30 minutes just for a person to see there schedule and so much more. Sometime it take a whole day.
I don’t know whether other people are facing the same technical issues as I am, but the website itself is no longer “secure” so my phone won’t even let me login. Then additionally, the app seems to not recognize my username nor password like it doesn’t exist, which is very frustrating. BGC needs to work on their technical side of things for their partners.
As many other have mentioned I have never been able to log in to the app at all, even with proper verified credentials so it’s pretty much unusable as is.
Is there anyway yall could make it where partners can see their schedule and look up what time truck delivery will come like how it is on the BGC portal at work
Great company, but the app is completely useless if you happen to forget your login. Tells you to submit email to reset password or username but you will NEVER receive the email. Been trying for months. Billion dollar company and get fix a simple app. Ridiculous
This app is ridiculous. I recently had to change my password at work which I’ve done many times before and for some reason it didn’t change on the app this time. I can’t use my old login nor login with the new changes. When I press forgot username, so I might can just change my password again it never sends to my email. It will not let me long in otherwise. So there’s no way to use this app. It worked ok all the other times. Except for the fact this app has a delay to start up. Please get this fixed!
