This app was great before the update. Now it takes FOREVER to load and isn’t so user friendly anymore. Please change it back or fix the issues. Paying the bill is torture 👎🏻
I like the app so far only problems I have is the facial recognition on this app won’t work , I have no other problems with any other app or opening my phone , so it’s jus the app . Other than that it’s ok !!
I really wish that the app was able to send notifications when a bill/statement was available. Also wish that it had the ability to select the date you would like for the payment to be applied.
Please please bring back the old version. Ever heard the phrase, if it’s not broke don’t fix it? So why did you feel the need to fix? Everything was great on old app, nothing is close to great on new app. Absolutely nothing, maybe the people who created old app could help you fix or Spectrum, Ky. American Water, LFUCG Sewer, just a few that know what they are doing.
This app used to work great for paying my bill and checking outages. Now after the new update it takes FOREVER to even start the app, longer to log in, and I can’t pay my bill with one transaction anymore. Take it back to the old version!
Having to get my card out every single day to put the same number in is really annoying. It’s been this way for over a year now and I keep thinking that surely it will get fixed but never does.
This app literally has one purpose: to allow you to pay your bill. Whenever you type to change the amount you want to pay it freezes and won’t let you then click submit.
Will not let me update the expiration date on my card. Also, will not let me delete my expired card. I can add it as a new card, but it keeps reverting to the old expiration date. Can you really be this incompetent?
The app was fine, but very basic, before. Since I updated to iOS 10, however, it stopped working entirely. It didn't work with iOS 10 beta on an iPhone 5s, and it doesn't work with production iOS 10 on a 5s or a 7.
