Amazing Customer Support

I had deposited money but the cash play option is not available where I live. I reached out to support to have the money credited back to my account and less than 30 minutes later, a refund had been issued to me, a reply had been sent back to me notifying me of the refund, apologizing for the issue, THEN Jason even let me know that he had also put bonus money on my account so that if cash play is ever available in my area, I am set up and ready to play my first cash game! I had replied back thanking them and received another message back just as quickly as I did the first time! I’m very impressed with customer service I received! The bingo game is fun to play even though I can’t play for cash, I’m keeping the app on my phone because it runs smoothly, no lagging, no annoying ads, and customer service has been top notch for me! I am extremely satisfied with exceptional and quick service Jason provided and i encourage anyone that enjoys playing Bingo to download this app and give it a try!

Love Cash Bingo

I am not much for cards, board games, etc. However, a friend who has , like me recently gone through a traumatic event , suggested CASH BINGO. I enjoy playing, the game challenges my motor skills, and cognitive skills which are both great help in my recovery. Spending a lot of time alone, CASH BINGO helps me not feel so isolated and connected to a group. How this games get’s your money! Scamming!

No mater what your ranking is, or how many medals you got, & how many games you play! If the company doesn’t want you to win, your not! Doesn’t matter how good you play, you will loose! Example, every time I’m on a winning streak, they match me up with a pacific player, who by the way has beaten me 16 straight times! Yes, unbelievable! & when ask the company, they don’t help! No money back or even a good response or investigation! Plus a computer response! They don’t care’ So your never going to get a fair deal or action to help you out in the situation!Do not play this Bingo app, because it uses certain opponent to win! Also, this opponent has lost to everyone else, but has beat me 16 straight times! & the company keeps matching me up against this opponent! Tried to watch the replay, & course the replay doesn’t work or stops showing the matches! (So you don’t know how you lost to this opponent, you just lost!) Save your money people, there’s fake people, making sure you don’t win a lot of money! Much more loosing than winning!

It’s Okay!

You do Win some money, just not that much. Game is fun, and addictive just do not spend too much — It’s a R-E-A-L cash grab. I spend nearly $200 here in 5 days and recoup $75. All prizes are split over several tiers. Top 3 slots land larger prizes of which appear to be only 325 < 225 from a pool of ~ $3K — remaining prizes split with nearly 200 other participant slots based on amount played and badges received, etc. Also, I paid using PayPal; cash out option does not allow money to return via PayPal (App does not allow refund to return to original source, uncertain why they are unable to do so). Instead, cash outs are paid by check which are mailed to you and take up to 4-6 weeks to receive it (read fine print). Otherwise, I have not seen in the course of 5 days anything that resembles what the app itself advertises in App Store. Good Luck!

Really enjoy this game!

My favorite part is that you play against someone with the same playing experience/ SKILLZ as you, so a level 1 doesn’t play against a level 10. Also if you don’t have cash to spend then you can win tickets and get bonus cash to use in money tournaments, the money you win is yours to withdrawal. Also it does take long (depending on how much you play) to win the amount of tickets to play for real cash. It don’t hurt to try!

Fake, Never Used Numbers Every Game!

I only raided this game three stars, although I really do enjoy the game, because every game play, there are numbers that are never used in this app that are called and most games all five of these numbers are called. The numbers are B15, I30, N45, G60 & O75. I play a lot of two and three car games and this is highly annoying to me because the numbers seem to be cold slower in those games so on top of sometimes struggling for numbers to be called the bingo. Caller is calling fake numbers as well. Again I stress the fact this out never never never uses those numbers!!

Love this app

I have been using “Pocket Games 7”for the last year or so. Now they have started having a whole bunch of advertisements that you have to click in order to earn any points or give them more money. I got really tired of that and switched to to “Skillz”. No advertisements and a pretty good selection of games

Do Not Deposit Your Money

I made a mistake and deposited some money. Thought nothing of it, until a month later when customer service is STILL giving me the run around and won’t actually GIVE my money back. Every time I inquire about it they only say it’s been withdrawn check back. Then claim they escalated the issue but now NOONE will address this. I don’t mind investing in my games but not this one. This is crooked and underhanded just for a few dollars but I’d assume if you do this to enough ppl the company must be making a decent amount of money off “withdrawals” not returned to the player. I won’t make another deposit if this is never resolved. Have a good day.

Fun with flaws

Overall this bingo version is pretty fun. I love the bonuses and the option to play 1, 2, 3 or 4 bingo cards during a game. One flaw however that is super frustrating is that during a game phrases such as: “fast daub,” etc will appear directly covering the bingo balls. This causes me to miss numbers and get behind. Also, I’m convinced the numbers 30 and 60 do not actually appear on the bingo cards themselves even though they are called, because I have played the game thousands of times and have NEVER had a card with either numbers.

What Happened??

Played last night and all was fine. Tried to play this morning and all my money and credits are gone! Can’t select anything and only have the practice play option which pops back up every time I try to select/click on anything on the screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now I’m being asked to register my account, again after finally being able to make a deposit. Now I’m being asked to register my account but it will not accept my email address. It says another account is using my email address. Not a happy player right now! 🤬

well, you are very bad and this game steals your money! please make the game more fairer so you can earn real money! this app is very unfair right now, and, please do not play game because bots have scripts that make you lose, and never go against bots, so, the more times you lose, the less money you will get, and i really hate this game, and also, the developer makes fake reviews, do not play this bingo game because bots make you lose 1000 times in a row, and, never play it because you cannot win because bots are making scripts, and now, flag this iPad/iPhone app, apple

I Love Playing Bingo Cash, Very Relaxing and I Am So content with playing and losing myself sometimes for Hours at Times. My Only CONCERN is Why is it that There’s Never Enough PLAYERS? Most games are played competing against the computer and then have to wait for your scores. Not a problem though, still Love Playing BINGO CASH. Thank you ❤️

Crashing problem on cash Games.

Ok I would like to start by saying I love all the Skillz games I play! Problem is that when I play the cash games they crash before starting and you automatically lose with no chance to recover the game!! That is a huge issue that hopefully they will resolve because these games are super fun! Love the games but please add a function to get a chance to recover the game. Ps the support staff is wonderful!! They promptly refund me when I report a crash but it is a pain to have to keep reporting crashes...

Great game!!

Great game!!! I love playing this game! I’ve been playing for almost a year. I mostly play just the RELAX card. Doesn’t cost me any money. Also, don’t forget to check your bonus cards every couple hours! Relaxing fun game to play to kill time and keep your mind and reflexes in good working order.

Never again

I used this app to get money and I looked at the reviews and they said it’s amazing but it’s not everyone lied. Never trusting reviews again. This app took my information and told me it was putting money into my account but it actually put money on hold so it can take my money of out my account and give it to them. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. I am telling you DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP EVER YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. This app is a scam. I definitely am warning to not get this app if I could I would give it .000 stars. Tsk emu advice unless you want money draining out of your bank account.

Honestly I was just looking for a fun game to play to pass time when I stumbled across this one and I love it. A lot of different games to play: 2 cards is my favorite but being able to pick 1-4 different cards is so neat. As far as money I haven’t put anything into it.

Like the game! Even though the cash you win is minimum, but the excitement is better knowing that one. An win small amounts! It would be awesome if you have like a weekly win, with the people playing that week, or something and make the reward just a bit larger or so! Just suggesting! Customer service is ran by zendesk. Non existent. Skillz doesn’t apparently develop the apps. Try finding information on these companies listed that do. Skillz hides behind generic response statements to many issues. You can win but if you do then they lose money. It is setup so everyone eventually loses as they take small chunks of your money at a time. Don’t fall for that they have no stake in it. They have to pay out if you cash out. That’s their stake. Lots of unfair matching. There is a reason this is listed as a Casino game.

Addictive!

At first, I wasn’t very impressed with this game but after I played a few games, it grew on me. Now I’m playing a few times a day! The only suggestion I would have at this time would be to add more cheaper cash games. Overall though, I have no complaints! Would definitely recommend for all those who enjoy a good game of Bingo!

Horrible customer service - company does not actually pay cash won

I withdrew $200 on two separate occasions. Neither check ever came. I contacted support about it only to receive unhelpful responses that were only given sparingly - several days later and only after I made many attempts to contact them. They kept promising that they “will” reissue new checks if I don’t get the checks in the mail. But to date, no check has arrived and no new check has been reissued. This company is all talk.

Let me tell you that all these games that say you can win money well it’s all B.S. don’t be naive. All the money goes to them because yes someone is paying to have those commercials played. But instead of you get some of it for watching endless commercials it’s all going to them. They just tell you that you can win money so you’ll watch all those commercials so they can get paid. Then while you get more and more frustrated they kick back and count their money. Don’t be their fool guys.

Scam

Don’t waste your time in this game. Things that I noticed this system does to take your money: 1. They run the clock out between calling numbers, which decreases your likelihood of winning anything regardless of your “skill” level. 2. They call a G60 on EVERY ROUND and there is NEVER a G60 on ANY of the cards I’ve had. I’ve been playing this for almost a year. That’s the only one I’ve noticed, I suspect there are more. Customer service gives you generic responses, they’re no help at all.

Fun but small glitch

I’ve had a good time but I’ve been playing this for a few weeks and have NEVER had I-30 on a board. It’s always called but has never been on a board. Small thing but I look for it every game. I’ve noticed this with a couple of others numbers, as well.

It’s really not that bad at all

I’m a hard skeptic and especially when it comes to games concerning winning money ( also putting money into them) but it’s pretty great so far! A little laggy but other than that it’s actually pretty straight forward. Try it out!

I'll highly recommend Bingo Rush to all of my friends! It's awesome! I can win bingos by my skills and win real cash! I can Change the game view as well as boost mode. So it's much better than other bingos! It also has plenty of collection to win. It's the best bingo I've played:D

I deposited some money to just try the game out I go to play and it says not available in my region. You would think they’d verify before since they ask to use your location. I go to withdraw and I cannot withdraw it because they have a “processing fee” and you can’t withdraw if it’s less than their processing fee. I only put in 2 dollars since they have a game for 60 cents but I’m glad I did not deposit more.

Fun!

Skillz is definitely my favorite for cash prizes. I’ve played them all! Only downside, a little slow on payout sometimes but at least you actually get paid!

I only rated 5 stars to let it show, it asks for your location, and I've heard that people don't get their money, the literal reason they downloaded this game :/ don't play it, don't download it.

Enjoying and addictive

I have so many Bingo apps on my iPhone, but this is one that I actually have enjoyed playing so far. I don’t expect to win money so I just enjoy playing and competing for the fun of it.

Not fair

I’ve been playing this game for awhile. Yes, I have cashed out twice. Not a lot. I probably only broke even. But the point system is rigged and when I question them about it I only get vague responses that don’t even answer my question. But when I complained I suddenly started winning more games. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. So save your money because eventually your going to lose it all anyways.

Crash

I put money in my account and played 14 games and 12 of those games crashed (aborted), sent an email got my money refunded back to my account. I also played blackout bingo same thing happened, both are Skillz they have a certain amount they will refund then they are done , it’s not fun playing these games when your games crashes all the time. Won’t be playing these games anymore.

You actually have more options than just 1 or 2 cards. And I love that it goes at a decent speed. A lot of the other bingo games go soooo slow.

I deposited, played, won, and withdrew 2 months ago. Until today I haven’t received my withdrawal. I keep writing to them, and keep getting the same answer that I will get it soon, but that soon is an unknown amount of time. Don’t deposit anything of you don’t want to lose your money. Their site says we’re suppose to het it within 2 weeks, but that’s a lie. It’s actually NEVER.

Receiving money?

I only got this app not just to have fun but to also receive and earn money. Yet I have not see anyway possible to do so. And yes they take money form your account but it seems like you can’t take any money from within the game. There’s no explanation either if you can take money out on how to do so.

Penalties

Only reason I put 4 stars is because every time I daub a number on one card it sometimes won’t let me on my second one and so it penalizes me! Other than that I enjoy playing and it’s relaxing!
