Been with Blaze for many a year and think it’s great!!! The ease of their app is about as easy as it comes… and if you continue to pay your bill on time they will continue to raise your limit,,,like clockwork!!! I know they have to do this but as I continue to rebuild my credit the less need I have for cards that charge a yearly fee! I know there’ll come a day when I’ll let my yearly fee cards expire away, but until then I’ll continue to used a great card!!! Anyone attempting to rebuild your credit you can’t pick a better bank than Blaze CC!!! They’re simply one of the best out there!!!
I absolutely love this credit card company! I have been working with them for over a year now. I pay my card on time every month and they've continued to give me increases and have reported positive feedback on my credit report. This has tremendously helped me rebuild my credit from divorce and bankruptcy. I'm right back to a 750 credit score and not ever going back down again! Thank you blaze team you all are so helpful and customer service is amazing!! The app is great and easy. Can't say anything bad about this company for real. 100% satisfied
I just received my card. I’ve downloaded the app, made a payment on my card and no problem. It was really easy to do through the app. You could do one thing to make it better. Give more options on how to pay your bill. Only option there is , is to put in checking account info. I pay my bills(including my cc’s) with my debit card. Much easier that way. Other than that, no problems. Was able to login with ease. Let’s hope I continue to have a pleasant experience.
I found the Blaze Credit Card when my credit went to sheet due to a divorce and bad decisions yet Blaze was willing to give me a chance and it’s been a great card for the past year and half that has actually helped my credit score grow. I would definitely recommend Blaze CC to my friends and family Cheers
I have been my Blaze for many years I have zero complaints with this credit card I wish that maybe they would update their app make it to where you can do a credit increase on the app. I have had the same credit amount for a long time other than that I love it
I wish you could use a debit card to make your payment instead of giving a routing and account number because it all comes from the same account. It’s just easier with the card but I like being able to pay it without the extra four dollars fee.
The customer service has always been there to help me solve any issues I was having and those issues had nothing to do with the card or the app not working but learning how to use the interface, etc., etc.
I have other financial apps that constantly update and I have to call in for some reason, or have other problems or glitches. Blaze, however, it’s consistently smooth, fast and that’s what I needed to do without a bunch of fancy stuff that isn’t necessary. Works for me!
After you register with all of the verification (and that is great) because its for security have a suggestion to have a notification when a payment account is added. Works fine otherwise.
I received my blaze card, it’s easy to use and I just log onto the app to pay, the only downfall is I can only pay with my checking account and routing number and would rather use my debit card so it’s immediately out of my account and applied..other than that it’s a good card to have.
I received my Blaze Credit Card through the mail. It actually arrived super quick!! I have had no problems whatsoever. Your app is user friendly not like some of the other apps. Thank you for allowing me to become part of the Blaze family 🔥🔥🔥
The one drawback that bothers me about this app is that you can only make a payment from one bank account. Other credit card apps allow you make payments from different bank accounts to complete minimum and/or higher transactions.
3 months in and no problems. I love that your available credit is updated the next day after payment. Looking forward to my credit line increase after 6 months.
I went to the app to set up a payment, it would only let me pay that day! I didn’t want to pay that day as I was waiting for pay day! I had set up all my payments, the. Because I forgot to go back again to this app, I was late!… You should be able to set up a payment for more than just todays daye!
I’ve been with Blaze for only 6 months and got an increase for an awesome payment history! Aside from the interest, which I try to avoid as much as possible, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Multiple times before I go to pay my bill the day before it’s due, and it shows no payment due. Then I get notified that I’m that I didn’t make my payment. How can I pay something that doesn’t show. Tried to make a token payment but it won’t take it. I don’t know what the problem is but I wish somebody would resolve it.
This is the easiest app I’ve ever had sign in and pay. My debit card is attached to my account but I like using my bank account because they notify me every time money is requested and I have to verify it.
Never heard of a Credit Card Company who keeps their annual fee the same every year. Charge people to use a debit card. People are having a hard time making ends meet. I am seriously considering not keeping this card after paying off my balance. If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I would go as far as to give them negative 1 Million Starts on everything about their business practices
Used to be able to pay on a selected date of your choosing or if you wanted to pay extra on a different date. Now it only lets you pay on one day like tomorrow instead of next week. Something changed and once it’s paid off I am done with the card.
I recently received my Blaze card. While using it is no problem of course, the app will not let me sign in at all whatsoever. It’s so much easier to be able to pay my bill through my phone. I can pay it on a computer but its so much of a hassle when i can just do it on the go. If I was able to use the app I would definitely give 5 stars. But unfortunately I have to give just 1. Thanks
Awesome app, been using t for years. However, it only allows one payment per cycle. I’m trying to lower my debt so I try to make more than one payment in the same month but the app doesn’t allow. Please fix this.
Set up automatic payments easily and quickly can view account information instantly I’m so glad they came out with this app it makes managing account easy
I literally just got my blaze card & installed the blaze app on my back phone. I can’t even set it up because it just stops! It won’t let me add my information to even create a account so I can keep track of my account!! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would!!! I will be closing this card out. If they can’t get the app to work it’s because they as a company aren’t working either!!!
This card is fraudulent. I made a payment days before my due date(even got an email to prove it)but they did not consider it paid until it posted which took them a few days to process charging me a late fee! Complete scam!I’ll be paying this card off and closing the account. Stay away!!
No Debit Card Payments. No Apple Pay or Smart Wallets. Only 2 payments allowed per month. Takes a long time for available credit to come back after payments. I know this is a bad credit -credit card… but I have others that are way more advanced and so is their app.
I called about a late fee than I had to call back and get fix after they told me it was taking care of. The representatives are rude and assume your a fool because they don’t like fixing mistakes. The floor supervisors come on the phone angry because of the representatives mistakes. Gets personal about your billing because their friends with the representatives. This card will be Canceled first chance I get!!!
My only complaint with this card. My capital one card is a breeze because it allows you to do that and its just so easy and immediate! I love it take notes!
I tried to make an login but my credit card number keeps disappearing when I go to the next question. This also goes with their website. Will cancel this card if the issue is not fixed soon.
The fact that the App only allows you to make 1 payment per billing period is ridiculous!!! It’s just their way of saying that they want to keep charging interest on your account without allowing multiple payments to reduce the amount of debt.
They ALWAYS claim your ACH transaction was returned from the bank, charge a fee.. after arguing with them about it miraculously a few days later it’s credited. But they forget to credit the fees. Legit SCAM typical shady American corporate greed. and I will be closing my account asap.
Lame!… tried to pay my bill and it says I have too many payments in this cycle….. but I haven’t been able to pay in about a month….. how is it even possible there is too many payments..????…. I still owe money ….. let me pay it!!!!
