Bowling by Jason Belmonte

This game is just flat THE BEST bowling simulator on the market. There’s huge potential between the players and the developers to make this already amazing game even better. As Bowler myself, even though I’m okay at the game, it’s still a lot of fun to play. There are still a few flaws though, as the pins almost act like they’re bouncing on rubber and as if they are made of rubber themselves when flying or rolling across the pin deck. I would like to see carry down of the oil patterns to play a bigger part in the 1v1 games, like accelerate the oil movement or something similar. And expand Oil Pattern and Ball selection as it updates, I know you guys are currently trying to implement Roto Grip and other companies so that’s a great start. One last thing that could make this game a little better is that you guys could let players, Lvl 50 or higher, drill their own equipment that they’ve purchased throughout the game. You could also let them change the weight of earlier balls (Plastic, Polyester, and PloyUrethane) to they’re current strength. Other than those things, this game is still fun and has a very solid foundation that keeps growing upwards. Thank you for an amazing game and keep doing what you guys do.

The Jason Bemlo Bowling Game is an accurate, fun, and competitive for bowlers to feel like they are on the lanes. With changing axis tilts of balls and more. But there are to many bugs and problems and not enough better updates. With the games that are out now on phones, this game can be bigger and better with a possible career mode, lower chip pricing for upgrades, more comments during gameplay ( maybe personal but supervised chat conversations 🤷🏽‍♂️) and faster loading speeds. Connections are always glitching and going out. Not due to wifi or cellular but you would have to close out the game and hurry to reopen it before a 0 is given for the first ball due to timer. And RECENTLY for the past 2 days the game now pops up with a facebook connection, ( WHICH DOESNT WORK FOR SOME REASON), and then continues to load, but nothing never comes up. It used to say offline and do you wanna practice or retry. Nothing comes up, and I belive it is caused by the Failed Facebook Connection. It may only be a few selective peoples phones doing this but its consistant on my multiple phones. Also you cant save guest information when the game is deleted which means we should have an opportunity to a login and password to save our data. I hate spending my money for bowling balls and if it gets deleted its gone. i know these are things that need to be fixed and will take time and money, but these fixes are worth it for the game.

I have been playing this game for many many years, going back to September of 2017. I have had to restart upon getting a new phone, because of this, it wouldn't login to my original facebook account. It locks you on an account once signed in. Upon restarting, I realize that new players start with absolutely nothing. Forcing you to have to pay to get coins in order to even compete. No one should have to do that. So thats the first issue, its not new player friendly whatsoever. My second issue is the bots you play. There is absolutely no reason in the world they should be averaging 200+ every game when the player average is a 160. This makes it to where you only lose money and its not like you are even giving it to another player, you are giving it all to a bot that is programmed in here to have unlimited coins because well they are bots. Once again there is no reason whatsoever they should be averaging 40+ pins higher than your actual average. Im halfway tempted to just give up and find something better because I'm not spending money on a game that is so expensive just to level up attributes like smartness and strength. If you dont believe its a problem, I’m now level 27 and upgrades are already costing hundreds of thousands of coins (700k for instance) All and all this game does not balance well at all with in game purchases and the amount of coins you can make. Please fix these issues and make this game great again.

This is flat out the best bowling game on the App Store. Realistic ball motion, (almost) realistic pin action, and the plethora of real-life oil patterns available are the big upsides of this game. With that being said, there’s a few things that I would personally change to make your arsenal/bowling style a bit more unique. I feel like you should be able to take away skill points you’ve added to the strength, speed, and smartness skills. As a bowler myself, there are plenty of times where I have to slow my ball speed down to play a certain pattern correctly. I do understand that we can swipe slower, but it is near impossible to repeat shots that way. I also feel like upgrading those categories shouldn’t cost any in-game currency. I feel like once you level up, your reward should be leveling up your speed for free. My next “inconvenience” is the fact that we are limited to brands of Storm (hopefully we see 900 Global stuff soon!). I know plenty of Brunswick staffers that would love to be able to train with their own equipment. I do understand that this is bowling by Jason Belmonte, not bowling by PBA, so it’s obviously not a dealbreaker for me. All in all this is still my favorite app on my phone and it’s a fantastic training tool, and an overall fun game!

The game is ok I will say that. I do think there’s to much Emphasis on buying things. The tournament style event on the game is stupid hard. Like any game to many ppl find a way to cheat or there bots even if it says there another player. Why are there different styles on the game if you just want ppl to bowl 2 hand. Anyone that knows about bowling knows it doesn’t matter the ball on the oil pattern it matters the part of the lane your bowling from. I have bowled on all these patterns and make the adjustments you would in real life on these oil patterns. Why is it easier to bowl on short patterns and hard on heavy to medium when in real life it’s reversed. The animation and the way the pins react 1 frame your stink in a animation where the pins hit and they fall the next game the pin spinning right In front of the pin. And know one leaves as many as spits as ppl do on this game. Do you know how rear it is for someone to leave 4 to 5 7-10 in 1 game. Not only that how do so many ppl pick that up on this game because is predetermined. I’m not saying make the game easier I’m say make the game fair. How can ppl with 10 ranking literally be better then ppl with 300 ranking. And how do some ppl hav a 300 ranking and like 20 games played. This game could be really good but it your a little to money hungry and you get nothing unless your paying for it!

I’ve tried pretty much every bowling game that there is on the App Store looking for something realistic. This IS it! It can actually help improve your real life game. Bowling is a game of angles and curves. But it’s also a mental game. I’m about a 180 average bowler on league. My nemesis like many bowlers was the ten pin! What I learned playing this game is to take a more direct line to the 10 pin. Still cross lane but a lot less angle. I haven’t missed a 10 pin in over a month and my average is now 205! I owe part of that to observing ball motion on this game. Now a few complaints. The amount of splits I leave in THIS game is pretty unbelievable. I’ve been watching pins fall long enough that I pretty much can call what spare is going to be left as soon as the ball hits the pins. There is something off here. I real life you see a 7-10 spit maybe one time out of 10 games. Here I have seen one or three per game. Also it would be cool to see your opponent’s shot. Other than that. Great bowling simulation.

Very accurate ball motion, shapes, pin action, oil patterns. Everything is on point. Would love to see lanes change over the course of a game. Other ball brands is a pipe dream but it would be cool to roll other brands. Would love to see more oil patterns down the road. Also a more interactive chat would be cool. I would love to play some of my friends and talk some serious smack. Much like we do when we bowl in leagues. Only complaint I have is sometimes it takes forever to find a player in 1v1. After a while it finds bots to play but perhaps there could be a setting to only play bots but gain less experience. Or even a campaign mode similar to the PBA bowling game. Also, this game crushes the PBA game in every aspect. Very addicting and a great tool to educate yourself off the lanes. It becomes fun playing different parts of the lane and drilling the equipment to have the ball walk into the pocket. A very large learning curve but once you get the hang of it it is hard to exit. This game brings everything real bowling would bring to you. Going from lane conditions (oil pattern) to the cover stock and weight block of the ball. With realistic stats to show which each individual ball does and how it may react on the different patterns available. Even the pin action is super realistic, I mean even real bowling random things are left and occur so definitely as realistic as it gets. Easily 5 stars hope more modes come out asap. If you are a actual Rl bowler this is the game for you hands down no questions asked. Even for someone looking for a real bowling experience that isn’t a avid bowler or doesn’t play often this is as close as your gonna get to being in the bowling alley throwing games. Great job belmo I still wanna vs you 1v1 in RL if your near Sacramento Cali, it would be a dream come true to show storm there’s another monster bowler that could give you a run for your money lurking =)

It’s a very cool bowling game, probably the best one out there. Physics are fantastic, and the one on one mode is great. One of my main complaints is there are just some pay to win elements in this game, so if you don’t have the money, then you won’t be able to have access to as much balls as someone who did have the money, which I think is kinda unfair. At least expand the pro shop, where you don’t have to spend money, or make it so that you have to use your coins or chips to actually buy the balls instead of straight up money. Also, there are a few weird glitches where sometimes the bowling balls, when returning back to the ball return, get FLUNG right onto the floor, which I think is quite hilarious, but it can definitely use some fixing. There also have been times where my game has had trouble loading and I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store to fix the problem (luckily, the access to Facebook accounts helps keep all the progress). Besides other suggestions to improve the game, such as faster oil transition, and being able to customize your speed more (maybe have a bar similar to the ones where you control RPM, axis rotation, and axis tilt where you can set it to your max speed that’s determined by your speed points), it’s a great, very addictive game. Highly recommend!

My son loves the game and plays it all the time. It is challenging and the various balls play differently as they would in real life. It is fun to play against each other as well. We did have a double billing issue when I tried to purchase content for his account (requires parent approval). If you try to buy something in the app and it doesn’t go through don’t try to buy it again. Instead contact support and send them a copy of your bill and they will get the content added. That is how we were double billed. The content didn’t show up so I tried to purchase again and the app didn’t catch that I had already paid for that content. Support was helpful in resolving this issue (they can’t refund, Apple has to do that, but they helped me get additional content for the money I paid).

I like the game. Probably more realistic than other bowling games out there. I just don’t feel like there is enough to do. You have a skill shot tournament where only %1 of those who enter get the top prize. And if you can’t bowl close to 300 every game forget it. Not even fun at all for those just starting out or even those who have played for awhile. There are some on here that have every ball and pattern mastered. And it isn’t that easy. New ones need not apply here. Besides that you just bowl online sometimes against the same person, some over and over. There are no tournament for new to average bowlers. Unless you can throw over 270 consistently. There are no daily or weekly challenges no fun things to do to level up. Just bowl the same people over and over until you be become good and then face bowlers who will be rolling 300’s against you. It is a great game though. Just wish there was a little more.

Each time I leave a bad review I finally get a response, but only afterwards. “Please send your receipts”??? After a couple months? No thanks, YOU screwed up, and at this point you find out what the story is, or don’t. I’m fine with your horrible service, unless I hear from you. And here’s the last one, so everyone can keep up. Game is deleted After at least ten attempt to contact them, the only response I’ve gotten has been when leaving an unfavorable review. Three purchases without receiving what I paid for. This last time, after months, NOW I’m told in there last response, only after a bad review, that they need receipts after months. I told them when it happened, and got NO response, but NOW months later they want something. It was more than this, but go and give me two of the three balls I purchased, and I’ll return to the game, only because I know I won’t get any one of the three I was no given after paying for them. I know they read these reviews, do I guess we’ll see how much they value their customers and if they are just money hungry or if their concerned with fair service

*Update* after reaching out to the developer with no luck and reading and watching a few things online nothing changed. Waited a few months, nothing changed. The only way to fix my problem is uninstall and reinstall and that only works until I close the game. As soon as I come back no matter what I do the ball goes straight, no rotation whatsoever. I am forced to downgrade my rating and just completely remove this game from my phone, since nothing has been done since October. Nice try Belmo but you should have picked a dev that could support your product. I won't be redownloading or changing my rating due to developer negligence so don't even try. *original review* This game could be fun but it has many bugs and flaws. Firstly, when I first left the game to came back to play, I had no balls on my ball return and had to figure out how to get them back. It was not explained. Secondly, after leaving the first time I now can't get the ball to hook. No matter the release settings the ball goes completely straight and I can find no way to remedy this. It could be fun but it is nothing but frustrating at the moment.

Hello, My name is Lucas and I have been playing the Belmonte game for a while now. A couple months ago, anytime I’d try and load into the game, it would just glitch and I couldn’t press anything. It looked like the bowling alley but all of the back walls combined. I have tried restarting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the game but that didn't work. How ever when I would redownload and sign into the game I would be able to play the games but the rooms were always messed up and practice kind of worked. Then when I closed the app and reopened it it was glitched again. I was able to make a new account and that would work but then trying to get back into my actual account it was still glitched. This was my favorite game to play but now I can’t play it. Can you please do something about it? Thank You I emailed you guys like 3 times, can you guys please do something?

So, this is my 2nd review I’ve made, but hear me out. This game was incredible, by far the best bowling game. Like it wasn’t even close. This game had it all. And while the most recent update doesn’t take away from the fact that it is still great, it just really hurt the game. Basically, it slowed down your maximum ball speed from almost 21 mph to less than 17 mph. And this is with 30/30 speed too. This really ruined so many bowling balls. Hy-Road Nano, arguably the best bowling ball in the game, and extremely popular, is virtually impossible to hit the pocket with now. You used to be able to use any bowling ball you wanted, but now you can really only use bowling balls with very little hook. This game is great, just please at least make it possible to get back to your old ball speed.

I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years now, really fun and great to mess around on when the boredom hits. I’ve never really had a problem with the game, but waiting forever to get new balls in the in-game shop is ridiculous. Haven’t spent a single dollar, took ages to get the physix and the fever pitch in the shop. It’s sad how anti-consumer the developers are. For the longest time, you could buy the gold cards with in-game gold coins. That feature is now removed, and you can only pay for it with real-life cash. Development is great, graphics are awesome, but if they could be a bit more consumer friendly the game would be golden. Some suggestions I have are: after a new ball is out, put it in the shop about a month after the promotion went live; and start allowing us to purchase gold cards with in-game gold coins again. Please don’t keep going in the direction of MTX, it never works out in the end.

This is a very good game and it's got the storm company brand and you can setup your own bowling balls, I have not seen a game like it. It's a lot like real bowling, you have to hit your mark. I know because I bowl in real life and you have to be on your mark to get good results. Storm is a good company though even though personally I bowl Motiv. Anyway this is a good game. Also I know that Jason Belmonte is a storm player but if it's possible. Can you guys add like Roto-Grip and other brands, so we have more of a variety and those picky company players who only stick to one brand. I just know that this game is centered around Belmo. Now that I think about it, that would be hard, you would probably have to be sponsored by the other brands for copyright reasons. Sorry this is so long but thanks for the very realistic game. 😀🎳👍

Fun game! By far the best bowling game available for mobile devices. For the developer: It took a long time, but the tournament mode finally came out. It was really a let down because you go into the mode and there are already a full list of players who have shot 900 for the three games. So to start with no chance of winning is not that exciting. Seeing that the Red Square pattern also had a full list of 900s leads one to believe that the game is hacked. To this point, I have not faced that many 300s in live games to suggest that this is even possible. I would like to see a different mode other than just the one on one. Maybe an offline tournament or league mode would be more fun. Or maybe a live tournament where you actually bowl live against others. And there needs to be another way to progress other than just playing against other bowlers. Also, could there be a way to reduce the speed points on your profile? When you select to increase your speed after leveling up and you find it doesn’t work as well, you should be able to remove the point and drop back down to the previous maximum speed. Lastly, it would be nice to see more design options for the pins added to the game.

First of all this is a great game. I have played for 2-3 years and this game is phenomenal. I’d talk about how the ball motion is amazing, and pin physics are accurate but that has already been said In other reviews. One problem is that I can’t adjust my release during a match. I don’t know if this is a glitch or on purpose but either way it’d be cool to be able to adjust it mid match like you do irl. Also if you win a bowling clash you’ve already won you don’t get the pins or the ball rewards because you already have them. Can there be some type of alternative reward even if I’ve already won it before? It would also be cool to have a doubles type match and team/league play Otherwise everything is great.

Huge fan of this game and have been playing it since it came out. Finally got to Level 104, have over 40 million in chips…..just to not be able to play because it can’t login to Facebook. This game used to be supported and updated and it’s pretty obvious that it is no longer that way considering the king of the “week” pattern has been Stone Street…..for about 7 months now….🙄 Love this game, love the graphics and realism about it, but if your gonna make an app that is this good, you have to continue to support it and unfortunately until you get it fixed I have to uninstall and let it die with the rest of the once promising bowling simulators.

This game back in the day was amazing, good ball motion, great ball action and fun to play, and you could play for little to no cost. I get that someone has to make money on the game somewhere at some point, but it has now become greedy. There are sooo many bugs in the game. You go to gameplay and it puts you on the wrong oil pattern and allows you to shoot, but the other player falls out of the matchup and then you get zeroes because it times you out. Gameplay a year ago was pretty flawless, rarely issues...until someone decided it was a good idea to add 20 oil patterns, tournaments, ridiculous prices for equipment and oil patterns. The developers have ruined a perfect game by over complicating it. The game WAS fun and simple, instead of keeping it simple, someone went rogue and added too many features with a tremendous amount of bugs. It’s time to find a new bowling game in the App Store.

There are many reasons why I enjoy Belmo’s game; the balls, brand name and funky patterned ones, the axis adjustments, and speed (can easily bowl a practice game in under 4 min) to name a few, but a few areas are disappointing; for one the directions and descriptions of strength and smartness do not make sense, it seems whoever came up with the text does not use English as their primary language, I can guess at the meaning but shouldn’t have to. Another is the UI, I’m on level 6 so I assume it gets better but using my iPad the difference between throwing the ball in the left gutter to a 1,3 pocket strike is a flip of a coin and no idea what the result is. Lastly, most top rated games let the player try out equipment before purchasing, perhaps a few frames or a game to determine what ball you like. Could be a four or possibly five star with these improvements.

I absolutely love this game, one of the more realistic bowling game there is right now. That being said there is, of course, always room for improvements. A) I wish that the Belmo Coins and some of the bundles weren’t so expensive. ($20 is a lot to spend for a ball and some currency) Personally I would purchase currency if it were more along the lines of $1-$5. B) If you were to lag out of the servers and then reconnect with a second or two it’s very unlikely that you actually are able to continue playing again. For example I’m usually just left staring at the lane waiting for my arsenal to show up and it never does. Other than this I do love this game and will continue to play it.

From a physics perspective, this game is fantastic. There honestly isn’t much more you guys could do to make the physics much better. My issue, comes from the bots. I understand that as you play in more expensive and more difficult rooms the bots should get more difficult, but in a room like red square where there is little miss room it is too hard to keep up with bots who shoot 240 just about every game. Even if you are winning at the start of the game it seems like the bot eventually just strikes out and takes the game. On red square I would rather play a real person than a bot because it is easier to win even if the person is a higher level than me, which should not be the case. Bots should be easier to beat than normal people. Thanks.

I was in love with this game. Played it constantly. Amazing physics and so many different dynamics to consider. It was awesome. I worked to level up in speed and power and labored towards having a fast ball speed; every chance I got I became a little bit faster and the pins would fly around. So much fun. Then they threw in an update which despite my being maxed out on speed still - my ball speed dropped like a change-up. I feel like Betty White in a Golden Girls after BINGO league. My awesome stones which hooked like crazy now hook off the lane as the ball travels at a pedestrian pace: The pins which flew around violently now softly topple over like dominos on the moon. It was fun while it lasted. I haven’t seen natural daylight in several months anyways and I’m pretty sure I forgot one of my kids’ first names. Kudos on making an addictive game, but you slowed my roll, and I’d better go find what’s-his-face...

This game is really good and really fun but has A LOT of potential to be amazing. The physics/engine are fantastic and very life-like. THIS GAME DEFINITELY NEEDS AN IN-GAME CUSTOM CHAT/KEYBOARD. That would be over the top. The game is very buggy though. There's been multiple lags or freezes repeatedly. Mainly when in the replay mode, or when you start a friend challenge game. I've noticed if you start a challenge and head back to the menu before they accept, it often will freeze or won't allow you to bowl until you close and reopen the app, but your shot timer will still expire and it results in a blank shot or frame. The hardest and most frustrating part is keeping consistency with throwing/releasing the ball down the lane. Maybe an update to the functionality of that part of the app would be awesome. Another user mentioned adding a different or better way to earn the gold pro coins. I understand that part is monetized and draws us into buying coins with real money so that you can make money, but give us more options to earn... I would love the option to watch video ads for gold coins, similar to what a lot of games these days do.

I have been having the same Facebook login issue as the rest of you. I finally got logged back in. This is what I did to get in. Delete the Facebook app before you do anything this is the main step. Play as a guest and go through whole startup process and tutorial. Click on settings in top left, tap log in with Facebook. This will have you login through a browser. Then you should be back into your account, and back to bowling. Hopefully this fixes it the issue for at least some of you. Love the game by the way hope they fix this issue soon so more people will be back on the game.

Hands down this is the best mobile bowling game available on iPhones. I like it very much. I have no complaints other than the lack of new features to bring a little more realism to the game. It seems the priority of the development team is to bring new balls into the game for the sole purpose of microtransactions and that is unfortunately very sad which is why I can’t give it a higher rating. I hope new features will be added at some point. I will say the new oil patterns and balls are a must, but other new features would be major game changers for this game. New features that real bowlers would be looking for in a game like this is as follows: - Oil transition (oil soaking up off the lane. Rate of oil transition determined by type of ball, rev rate, and ball speed) - lofting (throwing the ball in the air to get the ball further down the lane before reading the lane, in the case of extreme oil transition forcing you to loft over the gutter like Belmo does very often) - After the above are implemented: practice sessions, rather than one game alone. This way you can keep transitioning the oil to move further and further left, forcing yourself to really play the lane versus the same thing all the time.

I love the game a lot it’s been fun to play but we need a bowling ball overhaul and get some more new bowling balls but also some classics from the earlier 2000s like the Optimus pearl that’s a highly recommended one we just need a lot more that are easier to get because I know a lot of people who play don’t level up quick and it’s hard to level up quick I’ve been playing since it came out and I’m only level 35 lol but just think about adding more balls one more thing that would be cool is being able to bowl with pros on here kinda how the PBA game has the practice with them and all that would be pretty cool as well

If you have little patience with rage games that sometimes seem to not work right, then don’t download this game you have been warned! I give points to the realism of the oil patterns and bowling ball equipment, it accurately reflects real life. Unfortunately this game is set up for you to fail, unless your just somehow magically perfect at it somehow. Your average will go up if you win games since your scoring well but then you will play harder bots and start to lose, especially if you play harder rooms with more challenging shots to earn more coins since the bots scores do NOT adjust based on the difficulty. Basically it’s a pay to play game and yall aint getting one cent out of me. Leveling up and “progressing” means nothing if your broke of coins and can’t buy anything just because your not perfect and can’t strike every shot

I am literally hooked to this game ever since I downloaded it I really love it! And now I’m at the pro room now. I’ve got the crux prime which is in ma opinion ma signature ball cuz the holes in the ball wher u put ur fingers in is yellow and the color of balls is blue and red and ma flags country is yellow blue and red. I’ve got star ball,I’m going to purchase ur hyroadx pack with the pins and yea over all it’s totally great! Even tho with the bugs, it’s still a really great game! Keep up the good work Jason! And I hope u win next years PBA championship :). Ok so I’ve been playing this game a few months now and the pins are acting weird like they would glitch and double up and sometimes freeze for a second

The amount of options this game provides you is awesome. The way the integrate all the details about what it goes into being a real bowler is very refreshing for a mobile game (i.e. the throwing style, ball setup options, oil patterns, etc.). The reason i deduct 2 stars is because the spares that you leave after your first shot often make NO SENSE at all. There’s no way that all these 7-8 and 9-10 splits should be left up. The amount of splits in general is just outright ridiculous and so frustrating that it truly makes you not want to spend your money on any of the extras as it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Get some more real bowlers involved in the developmental process and this game could easily be a home run and a quick 5 star reivew.

Ok, I’m a real Bowler, so after playing this game for almost a year now, I will definitely say that it is the best Bowling game on the market! Hands down! This game needs more balls, more shoes and more gloves! Also, Pin Action needs to be slightly tweaked, some shots I throw give me the weirdest results. And finally, this game needs a way to extend the game, once you get to a certain level, it’s basically over, there is nothing else to shoot for, no more goals to achieve. Definitely a great game! Love the attention to detail about certain things! If you are a real Bowler, you will definitely appreciate this game, it definitely needs to be put on X Box and PlayStation!

Only been able to play once online and that’s the only way you advance and get new equipment. App constantly crashes and never connects to the internet on either my iPhone or iPad. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app many times and done everything recommended to make it work and it will never load and connect to the internet. The gameplay is maddening to say the least and I’ve taken many hours to perfect the angles and speed. So far I have a total of 3 strikes. The pins act like they’re filled with concrete. Not realistic dynamics in my opinion. I ended up deleting the app cause it’s caused more stress than what it’s worth.

I quit playing a while back cause the game would freeze in the middle of a match and would never go back to where I could play. I lost a lot of my chips and Belmo coins to this issue. Took time away from it, started playing again did the update and still have the same issue. Frustrating how you will be in the middle of the match and it freezes or just kicks you from the game and you lose all your coins from it. Some I’ve won, some I paid for. Very frustrating to want to spend money on something like this when it doesn’t work properly. I play on a IPhone X with most up to date software on WiFi, so I would think shouldn’t have this many issues. Be nice if the developer would rectify the issues and return some of the chips and belmo coins I’ve lost.

I know this game was made years and years ago, but some of the content in this game isn’t available anymore. Recently, I’ve noticed balls like the IQ, match, and even the match up hybrid have gone missing from the pro-shop. Even, the gold belmo shoes aren’t available anymore and it’s driving me crazy. Please add those back to the pro-shop if you can, and if you people are amazing, even add 900global balls because storm bought out 900global. This has literally been the best bowling game in the exist of bowling games. Much thanks to Jason Belmonte and the creators of this game.

This, is an amazing experience for anyone who enjoys bowling. The way the different oil patterns react with different balls are very realistic, just an amazing game all around. I have played for a while and am currently a level 29 and I will continue to play. I also bowl on my highschool team and really enjoy being able to bowl in offtime without paying for lanes, even if on a video game. However, there are some things I would like to see. 1. More competitions that can be played between friends and easier ways to add friends on the game. 2. It would be cool if there was a way to loft the ball down the lane. 3. Better tournaments, but instead of the type of format they’re in could be improved, by making an actual bracket and maybe even a stepladder based on level or last 10 averages. 4. More brands if bowling balls, but this wouldn’t shock me if it can’t be implemented. 5. These are just a few improvents that can be made, but in all this game is outstanding.

I have loved this game ever since it came out. I have been playing this game no stop wether I’m on a plane sharpening my skills or bowling in tournaments on my favorite oil pattern. I find it a bit annoying to upgrade you need so much. I wish you could upgrade for cheaper or for no cost. I would also like to see backup bowling balls or backup style added in. I would like some more equipment added too. I know it might be too much to ask for but you should bring the storm pitch black bowling ball into the game. Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi!

Will say, the physics and Bowling dynamics are light-years ahead of anything else. You can honestly use this to simulate your throw and practice your spares... There is one BIG NEGATIVE for me... You really play this seriously on a phone. Swiping accuracy on such a small screen is kind of frustrating and all over the place... It's really great on my tablet with a stylus. But I don't carry my tablet around and it defeats the whole mobile purpose. If I'm near my tablet and also usually near my PlayStation or PC where'd I'd play real games... Amazing Job making a Bowling simulation experience... It's just not a very good "mobile game"... That being said, Bowling fans will really enjoy this on a tablet with a big enough screen to get an accurate and consistent swipe.

I’m sad to be writing this review. Truly. When the game first launched it was my favorite bowling app. However, over the last few updates it is easy to tell it is a cash grab. When you launch the game it has a slot machine for your login prize, followed by a second machine for paid for attempts, followed by “specials” for new balls and the in game currency. Now, with the most recent update, you have to pay to use different oil patterns in practice. How sad to see this great game fall. Bowling is meant for all ages and this app is not a child friendly game. The game itself is great. I love the visuals and bowling mechanics. The pins sometimes feel “fake” and the physics off, but overall it functioned well and was a great app. Now you are blasted with microtransactions and it no longer feels like a game meant to actually be fun. It’s just a cash grab in 2019 and is very sad to see.

It has come to my attention after the new update that prices for bowling balls, membership cards, and even renewing bowling balls has went up. I’ve made several purchases on this game, and the new prices have made it harder to progress within the game, before the update a 1 day gold membership was 11 Belmo coins opposed to the new 110 belmo coins, and a year membership being over 8000 belmo coins... which means you have to spend over 100 usd for that which I find unbelievable. I’d give this game 5 stars before the new update but now it’s a solid 3 stars. I’d love to see the prices go back to the original prices before the new update. Would love to see a response, thanks.

This is the best bowling game out there by far. It can be addicting. There are a few current issues such as profile not showing opponents average during game play. I almost gave it a 4 because of it. Since I play this an hour day I must go with a 5. Some of the reviews out there giving low scores are ridiculous. They also seem like they were written by cranky children and not adults. “The bots are always getting better, it’s not fair”, “My speed won’t change and I am on level 50 waaaaa” 😭😭😭. Anyway this is my favorite game to play on the IPad.

Huge fan, but the physics aren’t as good as they could be. Two handers get way more carry irl, and when there should be a messenger strike, the pin is stuck to the lane when irl it definitely would have fallen down. It’s also very frustrating when nobody is playing Sphinx and you go against a bot that bowls a 240 game when I bowl a low 200 game. This causes me to be frustrated because I have now lost around 3m chips in less than 15 mins bowling against bots. Other than that though, this game is great and I wish there were more big updates but I can’t complain, at least there’s this game rather than that pba game which is super easy.

I love the fact that Belmo made such a realistic bowling game. I play this game at least everyday! It always calms me down. Especially when I’m at the bowling alley myself and I’m getting frustrated, I play this game! One thing I wish that would be really cool to add to this game is that we could resell the bowling balls that we got when we were lower levels!! But that’s never going to change my point of view on this game. Still always going to play this game, day in and day out! Keep up the great work Jason! I absolutely adore you. I wrote an review on 5/1. Now this update today 5/22 It stopped working again. Can't log on at all. It's not my internet. Everything in my home is working. I'm done. I've been playing this for over a year. I had all my strength, speed and smartness maxed. I had over 600,000,000 coins. I had the best blowing balls. Best shoes, gloves. I was up to level 190. Then the app wouldn't load for a good 2 months of not more. The app finally started working. Don't know when as I just logged in today. But what happened? IT STARTED ME ALL OVER FROM THE BEGINNING. LEVEL 1. THIS IS B.S. I wrote other reviews that for some reason have not posted. Hmm? I emailed WannaPlay Studios directly back on March 27th and never a response. Why does Jason Belmonte even want to have his name associated with this?! This is B.S.

The game is awesome and I’ve played it for 2 years. I do have an issue logging into Facebook. I had my account through Facebook and a couple months ago it wouldn’t let me log in. It would just sit there in the loading screen forever. I played for a month or two on a guest account. A while after that I was able to log back in. I tried playing today and the same issue came about and the guest account option isn’t even there, just loading screen. Any fixes to this??

First off, love the game, i play it almost every day. I will say though, ive seen a few things i think would make the game better. 1. A career mode would be cool, this game has alot of potential as a career mode game and multiplayer. 2. The cost of upgrade points, The price to upgrade your person is insanely expensive, drop the cost atleast 100k 3. Logging on, everytime i log on, i seem to end up on a guest account everytime, please have the game locked to facebook unless you log out. 4. New bowling alleys/ events. I think a change of location and events would be cool. The events already are cool but have like a spare challenge or something so its not just a game of bowling. Love the game and hope to see more stuff in the future. Thanks for making this game, enjoy it but would love to see improvements

I’ve found myself playing this game less and less as all I can really do is practice. Whenever I play a game in competition I can either wait 5 to 10 minutes to play against a real person, or play against a bot that has yet to provide a fun experience. The last 2 games I played against bots were quite boring. The bot in the first game shot under 100 and the next almost shot a perfect game. I would like to note this was on the same oil pattern and only practice games were played between the two. Not playing in rooms would be okay, but I can’t progress and have just become bored. I wished the bots provided a better experience, but I don’t know what to do about wait times.

Terrible pin action on this game pin action is nothing like the real sport. Also you can hit your mark but the balls break more or less every frame there is no consistency at all even when speed and revolutions are the same. And worse of all it’s a expensive pay to play game all the good storm balls are locked and you pay for them. But that’s the name of the game with apps these days pay, pay, pay. And then pay again I’m sure they will have success and it’s costing a lot to slap Jason face and name on it. Wish them and him all the luck but this game isn’t the true accurate game they say and I’m sure this review will get taken down or shuffled to the back but oh well make that money...

I’ve been bowling since I was 3 (23 now) and this is one of the worst bowling simulators for mobile I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying. The PBA Experience game was a much better game, and although I had high hopes for this game, it just doesn’t compare. The speed calculator, whatever it may be, is always different. The ball NEVER does the same thing twice, regardless of if I change release, axis tilt, or speed. I can’t seem to have fun with this game no matter how hard I try. I respect Mr. Belmonte and everything he has done for the game, as well as the game itself. However, this game is trash, and I recommend just going to a real bowling alley and practicing to get frustrated rather than playing this game. Because that’s all you’ll get from this game; frustration.
