Newest update makes it difficult to pay multiple accounts at once
The newest update makes it very difficult to pay multiple accounts at once. Before I only had to click pay for one account and it included all of the balances due. Now it’s many more clicks and because the balance was past due, I had to manually change the amounts being paid for each account. Please change this back.

The old version was just a wrapper for the website. This version is a much less useful version of the website. Because the new rates have us keeping a sharp eye on the peak hours, seeing a usage graph was a good plus. Unfortunately, navigating the graph isn’t good and it doesn’t give any actual numbers. The bar could be low in context, but I won’t know if I have a new peak hour amount that will cause me to need to sell a kidney to pay the bill. Basically, you're better off just using the website. This app doesn’t even have the basic info you can get there and is full of bugs on top of that.
Graph options to display usage data a plus, especially since they’re not printed on the bill. Can set custom date ranges too. Various notification options for outages, bill pay confirmation, daily usage, etc. are also helpful…hope it works. Nice job Blue Ridge.
There are so many glitches on this app. It’s so much easier and faster to just go to the actual website. Why even have an app if you’re not going to keep it updated.
If you like staring at a screen waiting for the app to connect, only to get a communications failure, so you can hit retry over and over again - this is the app got you!!!
Aug 21, 2013 Why have an app available that works for no one ? I have the same problem as the other user. Tells me it's not compatible then directs me back to the new version.....which is the same version. UPDATED on Sept 14, 2014 A year later and this App still doesn't work. It has the same problem as before. Does anyone work on this? Seriously people?
After I enter my acc# and password the app proceeds to tell me that I need a newer version, takes me to the app store, where this much needed newer version doesn't exist. I tried this for about 2-3 months. All the same. Deleting it now.
Can’t get past the login screen. The same credentials work fine at blueridge.coop but on the app it says “Invalid Acct No and/or Password.” The website works fine, I’m guessing the app is just a portal for that so I may as well just save the web page as a shortcut and it’ll work better anyway.
