This new version is a vast improvement from the previous version. My chief complaint previously was how slow it was. For example, scrolling down to see additional balances would hang, lasting several seconds. This new app is much faster. In fact, it is the fastest app I own, better than the other banking or financial apps.
This new mobile banking app from Brookline Bank is super user friendly. It’s very easy to use, and packed with so many helpful banking features and functions including Bill Pay, Mobile Check Deposits, External Transfer In and Out, Zelle, Debit Card Maintenance, Travel Notice, etc. And most importantly, it’s much faster than the old version!
I’ve been a customer for at least 5 years and I can’t believe how archaic the technology is for your bank. In order to even deposit a check into my own account you guys made me jump through hoops. i had to call the bank to make sure i was authorized to do so today. You aren’t making it easy for customers to work with you. It would be helpful to improve your technology & procedures to 2022. Thanks.
It froze during setting up a transfer for $1 to a new person for what seemed like an entire day. It takes several days to pay people using the Zelle feature. The way to PoP money or send people to people transfer is hidden, and I have to ask people for much more of their information so then they sometimes become suspicious and we end up using another app.

The mobile banking Dept was extremely helpful in guiding me to set up mobile banking. Ms Malinda Reagan AVP of the West Medford branch always provides expertise in all banking matters. She is a kind and top notch professional.
I was able to use mobile app for deposits until recent updates. It now requires you to have software update of 16 iOS or higher. Which I do t have. What a pain now I have to go to branch for deposits.
Maybe I’m too old, but I shouldn’t have as much trouble logging in as I do. I’m always getting locked out - or being asked to re enter my data. Shouldn’t be this hard.
