Logging in to my season tickets and the app won’t allow a download to Apple wallet. Says “pass download failed. An error occurred.” Has been working Ok this season until now.
Recently I was having a tough time because of all this covid stuff, but since I downloaded this app, I’ve been able to keep up with Brooklyn!! I love how the app tells you how much each player weighs ... it’s super helpful. Hopefully I can grow to be as tall as them. Thank you Brooklyn, and thank you Steve Nash!!
Right now there are only 6 text Emojis/Stickers from like 2 years ago. I’d love to get a bunch more and updated with players, animations, etc. Just a thought since I love having them available but the current 6 leave more to be desired
I am always having issues with this app never updating my events or tickets properly. I have to constantly sign out and in again and even then it barely works. Ticket transfers get held up and lags for me whether on WiFi or my cell phone. It makes that part of utilizing the app impossible! Ugh!
Fantastic app missing just one thing. If there was an NBA scoreboard page it would be my go to for everything. Official NBA app still leaves a lot to be desired.
Two additions would make this the perfect app: First is the box score, which has already been mentioned. Second is a league scores section. I use the Philadelphia Eagles app to follow the whole NFL every Sunday and would love to be able to do the same with the NBA and the Nets app. Otherwise, this is awesome. Go Nets!
Thank you for updating this app and taking away the lag. More importantly thank you for making a new layout for the app Cus the old layout started having problems and I disliked the way it was setup. But this one is way more manageable and I can actually receive some Brooklyn Nets notifications. Thanks!
Great new layout, everything looks beautiful. But there's some issues such as I can't link my Ticketmaster/Chant account, everytime I try it gives me an error message. The other thing is Nets Advantage does not record all the points for achievements I complete. Hope the issues will get fixed. P. S. Nets Advantage is a great idea, maybe more experiences could be added.
It's a great app, but sometimes the game stats don't update and the most recent game sometimes doesn't show up in the past games section until the next day. The NBA Gametime app updates better but lacks the team specific features. It would also be great if the game notifications also had a link to the league pass stream (if you have the NBA league pass).
I've never had a problem with the app it keeps you perfectly up-to-date on the games. I've only had this app for a couple months but there's one thing for sure. It's a whole lot better than the Miami Heat's app!
This app is clean, fresh and smooth. I just wish this app had a calendar with games months to come but other then that its excellent. Don't change NOTHING. Good Job!!!!! The designer of this app should have designed the New York Knicks app because their app is HORRIBLE and I deleted it.
When I first installed it, I was able to search through some things but when I tried to link my CC for the ewallet, it said I had to verify my email... But I never got a confirmation email to verify it (and I tried to resend twice with no luck). Now whenever I try to launch the app, it crashes. Please fix.
Nets is the best team in the NBA i live in LA and i cheer for you guys from the west coast all the way to the East. I wish i could get tickets when you guys play against the lakers or the clippers.
If you are a Brooklyn fan you NEED this app! It provide live scoring and news, and loads of background information on your Brooklyn Nets roster!! Lets go nets!!!
The new app looks great, but now it crashes the second I open it! And the rewards program is not as clear as it can be. Also the app does not accurately keep track of all the actions I did on the app. It is a great start, but needs to be touched up so that it is functional!

Every time you accept a transferred ticket, the app crashes and reboots. Then you have to re-enter login credentials to access. The Chant Account is not easily accessible either.
