I like that the features are easy to use. I was able to quickly restrict purchases on my debit card after I lost it, and I as able to call the bank with one tap. The deposit section is easy, too! I also love that I can message the bank employees from my phone. Thank you Bryant Bank!
Wonderful people and great leadership in the Huntsville market. Ken Watson, Mike Johnston and Rusty Stiles are fantastic and everyone is friendly. Most importantly they help me organize our business money with improving apps and easy help when we get stumped. Love Bryant Bank and would recommend it to anyone at any age for any financial purpose.
Wish that you will upgrade this software to a more competitive software currently used by other finance companies such as Keesler Federal CU which is similar to Wells Fargo, All In CU. That upgraded app keeps all the navigation button at the bottom, mobile deposits are easier to see, pretty simple. Your current app is not bad just no competitive with the current market with other banking institutions. On the positive side you have Zelle.
I liked the previous app a like better. This app took away the bills calendar and all my information. The bank keeps telling me it will be fixed - 2 months later it’s still not. It’s very scary to know that an app change through your bank can remove all your banking information that you depend on for your bills, budget, yearly overview, etc. Should have been thoroughly tested before launched.
We have been with Bryant bank for 6+ years. I love this bank. When I have an issue (which is rare) they are able to fix it right away or by the end of the day. Thank you for always putting us first ❤️
We are always greeted when entering the bank. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. Tameka Jackson has been very helpful in setting up our accounts and transitioning into the area. We always feel welcome there.
I miss the calendar feature. The new app still has a drop down calendar to schedule payments, but has eliminated the calendar that shows when scheduled payments are going out each month. That missing feature was very helpful to see at a glance what my cash flow was going to be.
Has the lock card feature been removed? This was a very handy feature in the app. As of the update yesterday, the only way you can lock your card is in the web version.
I have 2 Belk accounts. And with the new system I don’t know which one is which because it doesn’t show how I can tell the difference. So far that is all I have had a problem with.
So impressed with the personal, prompt attention each time I contact Bryant Bank with any question. What a world of difference from other banking experiences. Thankful for their culture of kindness.
Love the old fashioned relationship banking with the benefits of modern technology. Love the app, but love going to the bank more. So happy I made the switch!
The bank is great as long as you don’t do anything international. I’ve used them for years and don’t plan to stop. This app, on the other hand, has only worked for me about 75% of the time. My understanding is that this review is got the purposes of the app and NOT the bank.
