BTES

I used to really like this app. It was easy and convenient. But, since the update, it keeps giving an error message saying it’s incompatible and that I need to update the app. My phone just ran an update last night, so I know the software is up to date. When I click ‘ok’ to update the app, it just takes me to the app in the App Store and shows that it is up to date already. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still didn’t fix it.

Does the same here, won’t let me update.

Enhancements were made to the ap 2 weeks ago now it is not working. When you try to log in it says not compatible, click ok to update. When you click ok it takes you to the ap store but no where to update.

Fix your app Bristol Tennessee Essential Services!!!!!! If you Valued your customers you would take the app complaints for the last 4 Months seriously!! If every stopped paying their bills we wouldn’t get a pass from you!

Update does not allow me to log in. The screen says “not compatible click ok to update” but there is no option to update manually.

See review from Dec 2, 2022. It is now May 3, 2023 and I am having the same problem described in that review. As a result, the app is unusable. Wonder whether anybody at BTES is paying attention?

Since the current update the app sends user back to App Store to only repeat the cycle

App doesn’t work at all! No way to update either. Very frustrating.

Downloaded app today it say incompatible update in app an their is no updates available. BTES needs to have better support then this on a app.

Encountering same problem. Circular message: incompatible version…Update….I try….same message. Yikes!

App doesn’t work just everyone else has mentioned.

Last review from Dec 2nd …. It is now Feb 15th and still incompatible issues??!! Please explain or fix! Thank you!!!

Below standard just like everything else BTES does. GUI looks like a child coded this. The animated logo has to go. Maybe I would over look all the problems with the app if it wasn't for BTES having the worst customer service out of any company I've came across in the 30 years of my life.

I love that I can sign up for alerts and push notifications to go straight to my phone and iPad that will notify me of my approaching due date and when my payment has been posted.

I really like that when I receive a text notifying me of my due date I can go in an pay my bill right away from my phone. I love that I get a payment notification that my payment was posted too!

I love that BTES has given us another payment option! Not only can I pay my bill from my phone, I can also look at previous bills and manage my account! Great app!

Great app from BTES! Love the convenience of being able to view my bill from my cell phone anytime.

Just updated & it is still saying it isn't the right version & I need to update to the current version.
