I used to really like this app. It was easy and convenient. But, since the update, it keeps giving an error message saying it’s incompatible and that I need to update the app. My phone just ran an update last night, so I know the software is up to date. When I click ‘ok’ to update the app, it just takes me to the app in the App Store and shows that it is up to date already. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still didn’t fix it.
Enhancements were made to the ap 2 weeks ago now it is not working. When you try to log in it says not compatible, click ok to update. When you click ok it takes you to the ap store but no where to update.
Fix your app Bristol Tennessee Essential Services!!!!!! If you Valued your customers you would take the app complaints for the last 4 Months seriously!! If every stopped paying their bills we wouldn’t get a pass from you!
Below standard just like everything else BTES does. GUI looks like a child coded this. The animated logo has to go. Maybe I would over look all the problems with the app if it wasn't for BTES having the worst customer service out of any company I've came across in the 30 years of my life.
