This app has never allowed me to log into it I even tried getting help from the company I work for to figure out how and why I’m not able to log into the app I have todo it online and I just can’t understand why this is still the app and company are employers chooses I truly find it extremely hard to believe someone hasn’t built a better working and actually functioning app that’s easy to use this app needs to be replaced asap I wouldn’t have to struggle to input my hours every day or week just like everyone else is having to deal with should be a very fast simple task for us to input are hours so we are able to get paid not have to stress and worry if we will be able to even login or if they will actually get saved and sent in for payroll it’s time to retire this app already and upgrade
I don’t understand how you can create an app with no functional use and call it complete and actually suggest people download it. For what purpose? The second you log in on the first screen, you are prompt to do it ALL OVER AGAIN for absolutely no reason at all but to grant you access to NOTHING. Once you are officially “signed in”, there aren’t any drop boxes, and when you attempt to write the location in the blank space, it will say “Failed” and issue you are “WARNING”. There are many people who prefer to use an app to plus in their hours as oppose to a lap top or desk top. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER. Because this app serves No purpose Other than to raise levels of frustration & anxiety, and I’m sure that wasn’t the objective. I don’t even want to give it a single star, because it doesn’t deserve one, but I am left with no choice in order to write this review. Again, GET IT TOGETHER. We all would appreciate it. And anyone looking to download it, PLEASE DONT BOTHER. Go on a lap top or desk top. It isn’t Moble friendly and will not work otherwise.
This is where we need to put our times to get paid for our jobs yet it seems that the developers do not care. The app is SUPER clunky! You have to sign in every time and it doesn’t matter if you tick the “remember me” box, it never will. It freezes all the time while adding your times. The back button doesn't work at all and it logs you off instead of going back to the previous screen or the dashboard. This app is mandatory for some employees so they get paid and it seems that peoplenet takes advantage of that by not fixing the app’s bugs in a timely manner. It is a pain in the neck to add your times here. Very analogous feeling. It would be nice that the different screens would fit the phone screen without the annoying “wiggle” that they have. Please fix!!
I am required to use the app for logging my time; however, the app is not easy to use. Initially, it worked well although it wasn’t easy to input time. I learned how to navigate the app sufficiently enough to input my time. I was always concerned that the time wasn’t being submitted as needed. Recently, I was attempting to input my time and wasn’t able to do through the app. I had to eventually get it done using my laptop. The app has always been a bit wonky. It would be helpful for the company to put some time in to getting the app functioning properly since someone people depend on it to get paid.
I wasn’t using the app at first but going through the web browser, but since that doesn’t work anymore, I was forced to download this app and it only lets me put in one day of work and when I try to tap any day besides Monday, nothing happens, it a very bad feeling that we have to use this app and simple minded companies haven’t thought about any other way to keep track of employees time, this is definitely about to effect my dealings with this company, probably will be quitting because of this, smart people wouldn’t even refer this to Anyone!
Thanks for sending the message I definitely prefer using the app than my browser. There are many bad reviews but it worked great for me, quick and easy. Maybe create a different interface it would be more eye candy, it serves its purpose and I appreciate it. Thank you creators.
I work nights on a per diem basis and was told by the new company I started to work for that this app was required to input my hours. After wasting two hours unsuccessfully trying to submit my hours, I finally had to call the company’s reimbursement division to say that I couldn’t enter the data required and that since use of Peoplenet was required, I would not work for the company any more. Make a user friendly app, jerks!
Nothing works on this app....nothing...including fields that they need you to fill out when logging in. I never even made it past sign in screen. How can I fill out a drop down field if there are no options to select in the drop down menu? Literally blank...just use the browser version, that seems to actually allow log in.
This app literally just shows you their website, except without all those pesky browser features like back buttons or zooming. Seriously... If I wanted an icon I could tap to visit their website, I would create a bookmark in Safari. This "app" feels like it was some middle school kid's homework assignment that got put off until the night before it was due.
Finally was able to get in but it just switches to website version and not the the mobile punch in version it shows. I usually go on the web site at work but I would like the convenience of doing it on my phone instead.
I agree with previous comments. I read the reviews, but thought maybe they had fixed some of the issues others had brought up. Nope, not yet. I hope they do. It would be a very useful tool if it were user friendly & worked properly.
The app is not user friendly at all. It does not fit to the screen on an iPhone (very common phone). When going to log your hours there is not an option for AM PM (or is not easily visible). You have to login every time you open the app. It is in need of many updates.
Mobile Version of a Site DOES NOT EQUAL Mobile App
This app seems to just be the mobile version of the website, but it defeats the value of an app (saving the login for easy access, being easy to use, etc). I was very eager to make download, but this is extremely disappointing.
Layout needs to be streamlined. Menu needs to be easy to understand. The design scheme does not make this app easy to use. Found myself lost and pressing random links trying to find were to upload hours.
This is the worst Time and Expense tracking app I have ever used. Not remotely user-friendly and impossible to track expenses on the go. I would give it zero stars if I could and wish I didn’t have to use it to get reimbursed.
This application is pure garbage. It worked initially for me and then stopped. No rhyme or reason. My job requires me to be accurate to the MINUTE and I got written up for not being “absent or late” clocking in. Times out and requires multiple logins. Don’t bother!
I can login. Ok. I can put in my hours. Ok. But there is no submit button. Where is it? What good is logging in your hours if you can’t submit them? Why can’t I see a submit button? Where is it hiding? Don’t bother downloading!
First of all, this app does not keep your information, when selecting the “remember me” option. With today’s advanced technology, this app should be much better, both visually and functionally.
I downloaded this app. And it doesn’t find me in the system. Keeps telling me to enter a PIN number which I don’t have. When I go to manager login I tried the same thing to logon. This app doesn’t work!!!
App is absolutely horrible. Barely works half the time doesn’t remember me. Externally slow app screen doesn’t fit and it lags. I have to use this for work and it makes me really sad.
Won’t even allow me to sign in because the sign in screen isn’t complete. There is zero point to having this app if I have to go to the website anyway.
I saw there was a update 2weeks ago, so I download it again, however I don’t see any improvement. App is not functional. I rather use my own browser.🤦🏻♂️
The “app” (it is just a link to a very poorly coded webpage) is garbage. Tapping the “Worked” toggle takes about 20 tries just to get it to stay on yes so you can enter your hours... So then when you try to enter your hours you are given some text boxes and no matter how you format the time it never takes it. Gave one star so I could write this but it deserves 0!
It feels like you’re using the app on a 2008 iPod touch. The graphics are terrible and the app is almost useless. Do not download and just use the site. Not worth the headache.
What’s going PEOPLENET! first time here and it does not work as advertised! I saw the reviews very disappointed. I am a iPhone user and does not work. I hope this helps.
