Forget Mobile banking in 2022, we’re going back to paper receipts.
Aside from this “new and improved version” always giving an error message when I try to log in everything else seems to be fine. Take that as you will because I can never log in regardless if it’s wifi or cell service.
The app is horrible. Performance wise it crashes and I find it rare now to do as much as log in and check my balances. The aesthetics of the app are stuck in 2008 as well as the optimizations. I will be switching banks soon. It is 2020 we are a society on the advent of technological breakthroughs and one of the biggest banks in schuylkill county is having a tough time catching up. A simple makeover to the app would not cost a lot, especially to a federally backed bank. Luckily I’m a teenager who only relies on the app for petty expenses. I couldn’t imagine being an adult with things such as mortgages, utilities, car payments, and kids relying on the app to balance my books. It’s just a shame and you are greatly failing your customers. P.S I would give it 0 stars but Apple doesn’t allow for it.
I don’t understand why they can’t just leave the app alone. They’ve updated it again and it says I have to enroll even though I already have an account with them.
Unable to log in since most recent update. Total garbage. If I hadn’t been with this bank since the early 90’s I would just go elsewhere. You really need to move your technology into this century.
