1. I liked the login process for the prior app. I liked the user name, countersign image, and password sequence. It gave me confidence that I was not being phished by a counterfeit website. 2. The fact that the system required verification when I got to a bill pay item, seemed odd. If any additional verification is needed after login, it seems that should immediately follow the password. 3. When I tried to use the provided print feature for a bill pay confirmation number, the app locked on a white screen with the Campus Federal heading and would not navigate off of that screen. This credit union has really helped me to manage through hardships. I was divorced, bankrupt, and never had enough money to cover my expenses. I was never judged when I called nor was I made to feel bad about the situation I was in. The $500 bounce protection supported me until I was able to obtain my divorce, and order for bankruptcy. I am not over-drafting as before, I’ve not had to utilize “bounce protection “ in over two months.
I have been a member of Campus Federal Credit Union since the 1970s. The customer service department gives me all the information I ask for, ensuring that it’s really “me” on the call. The employees that I have spoken to are friendly , knowledgeable and always make certain I am satisfied st the end of the call. I would never bank anywhere else.
This app has been great until you posted the account balance on the opening page starting this past week. Why are you putting a bank account balance in huge font that anyone can see? You don't even have to log in to see it, merely opening the app displays it. Please remove that feature.
Since I started with campus federal they have been with me through thick and thin. With advice and financial backing to keep me a float. The people and the business are basically the same in my experience I have had long lasting relationships with multiple people throughout my time with campus federal
The app helps me keep constant track of my funds, even when I have failed to record a check! The receptionist, the loan officers, the tellers at the office are really fantastic people and help answer my questions immediately. They are very kind and very efficient!
There are a few issues with the website that I am not satisfied with. I have reported them, and they still remain troublesome. Also, on the mobile check deposit, the endorsement is way too long “for Camus federal credit union mobile deposit only” + your signature + your account number.
I have been with Campus Federal for over 20 years! I have bought more than one vehicle through them with no problem and have always had very good service. I would highly recommend them!
I have been using the CFCU Mobile App for years! I find it very easy to navigate and use for all my transactions. No security issues! No problems and always available. Service has always been excellent!
I’ve been with Campus Federal for many many years and I love it. I’ve never been inundated with excessive fees which is a plus for me. It is convenient and easy to use the banking app or even to go into the physical building. Everyone has always been knowledgeable and kind.
I’ve been with campus since 1994 I enjoy the service that I get from them. my financial needs and concerns are still being met after all this time and I intend to continue my life long relationship with them
Online banking so far has been pretty easy for me with the app. What I am missing is direct deposit. Sending checks seems really outdated to me and with my other bank direct deposit works great! No hassle on both sides.
Campus Fed was there while I was going through cancer treatments and came close to forgetting my own name. They were always courteous and helpful while I was in my time of need.

I always love the app and everything about it until....I have to Mobil deposit.😩 It crashes. It logs me out. It does everything but let me complete the process. I basically have to pray and say a Hail Mary before it works.
Impossible to deposit check. So frustrating. Crashes every time. 2019 and I’m still driving to the bank to deposit a piece of paper with writing on it.
i love this credit union but ever since they updated the app a few months ago it has been helplessly buggy, glitchy, and slow. has completely ruined user experience.
