The application is user friendly. However, the followings are few shortcomings: 1. The text associated with transaction is not clear, misleading and most of the time does not reflect the right meaning. 2. Transactions do not show the balance of the account after the transaction. 3. Transactions are just text. They are not digitally active to open to the user the details of the transaction. 4. Each time you make a transfer the system will take you to the current account even if you have chosen other accounts.
The app has improved but the most important feature in it doesn’t work. You cant have statements and transactions are not clear they just show money in and out no details. Other banks gives more cash back. And log in need to be pressed to sign in should sign in directly
Tried to open online bank , used the app while putting my personal info the app suddenly closed !!! Tried to put my info again , said the info was already used 🫨
The app does not change currencies, for example if I want to settle $10 on my card and I select an account with 8JDs the app gives an “insufficient funds” error. The old app was so much better in all aspects, this one is very poor.
